• Verónica Martín Paqué (8/5): El apartamento está bien, pero se puede mejorar. - El lugar. El grifo de la ducha del baño grande no funcionaba. El lavavajillas estaba oxidado. El perchero de la habitación que no tenía armario, estaba roto.
• Anthony (10/5): Retirement party. - Beutiful apartment. Very clean. All ammenities well catered for. Gret spot for both old and new parts of town. Nice view from balcony. No noise from any neighbours. Will definately use again. Good correspondance wth client .
• Callum (10/5): Great location, great price, good communication and would 100% stay again - Property is well located, rooms are well sized and two bathrooms. Big kitchen and big living room. Comfy beds. Only suggestion would be a larger corner sofa to replace the sofa or an additional sofa or sofas in the living room. Living room is massive so one sofa but two tables and a few chairs could be better with bigger sofa or more sofas for comfier seating

Lovaly lay out of property excellent location Not enough mirrors, 6 ladies, 3 bedrooms and only one mirror in one bedroom, mirrors in all bedrooms would be good, and more hand towels would of been good too, and more then one key, otherwise all what you need

Por poner alguna pega, los dias mas calurosos y en las horas mas calurosas del dia, aun teniendo ventiladores en las habitaciones hacia algo de calor, con el aire solo en el salón al ser la casa tan grande costaba que llegara frescor en las habitaciones, pero aún así se estaba bien.

• Lari (9/5): Great choice for those who need space with peace in central location in Benidorm. - Great space. Great location. Close to everything but still peaceful to sleep in. Relevant facilities for family holiday. Great for those like us who like privacy and self made holidays. Air conditioning worked fine but was located in the non-bedroom side of the long apartment. The sleeping was ok even the temperatures outside the building were highest of the year. Sleeping rooms had fans but they usually keep a bit noise. In case you are used to sleep with earplugs (like for companion that you have that snores) that is not an issue.
• Jamie (10/5): We had a great stay. The apartment was perfect for us and the host absolutely great. If we were returning to Benidorm, w - Spotlessly clean. Apartment was in the perfect location. Literally a 2 minute walk to shops, bars, restaurants and 3-4 minute walk to the beach. The lounge is huge, 2 shower rooms, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and the pool on the roof was effectively a private pool as we only saw a handful of people. The host was excellent. Instructions a couple of days prior to arrival with videos on how to obtain the key, how to get to the property etc. Our flight home was late evening and the host was very kind to let us stay in the apartment past the normal checkout time, making our last day a full day rather than sat in a bar with all our luggage. Nothing to dislike about the apartment. It would have been nice to have had sun loungers next to the pool but given the pool is on the roof (giving a really cool view!), it’s understandable there aren’t. So not really a negative point.
• Caroline (8/5): If you wish to spend your days at the beach and siteseeing then this is the property for you. If you want a relaxing poo - The location of this property is excellent for Old Town Benidorm. The property is immaculate and very spacious with comfortable beds. To future guests bins go out in the street late and night and disappear very early in the morning. Make sure you put your rubbish out at night or you have to walk quiet a way to find a bin. There is no outdoor furniture at the pool area other than the ground. Therefor this is not a holiday if you wish to sunbathe around the pool area and relax in the sun. Serious lack of mirrors in the apartment (take a make up mirror ladies) and not a lot of kitchen utensils. I had to fry and egg with a cake slice.
