• Andrii (10/5): Справжня знахідка ! Великий , якісний будинок для великої родини - Дуже гарний будинок. Скоріш за все будували для себе. Якісна фурнітура, меблі в туалеті та на кухні. Широка веранда. Є господарча кімната з пральною машиною, пилососом та різними речами. Багато якісних рушників в ванній кімнаті, багато столових приборів, бокалів, чашок, тарілок на кухні. Сам будинок знаходиться посередині населеного пункту ближче до моря. Поряд садочок. Є місце для паркінгу (хоча ворота не працюють). Є місце для барбекю та мангал. Саме місто дуже затишне, охайні та красиві будинки, комфортна берегова лінія. Лідл трохи далеко алє можна дійти пішки. Є інші магазини ближче. Рекомендую також хоча б раз побувати в старому місті, піднятися на пагорб до каплиці звідки відкривається шикарний краєвид на місто та море. Дешеве та якісне грецьке вино. Якісні продукти. Дуже рекомендую! 10 з 10:) Трохи темно в кімнатах, не вистачає світла або прикро ватних світильників , торшеру. Телевізори працюють , алє потребують заміни на сучасні якщо захочеться подивитися YouTube.

• Faustina Dorina (10/5): - Everything was perfect. Great location and the host was very nice and welcoming. The house was very clean and had everything you need. We definitely recommend it. -
• Nikolay (10/5): Pleasent stay - The property has a very convenient location in Nikiti. The host was very responsive, and even we locked ourselves outside with the key inside the property. The host came within 10 minutes to open the property for us. The property has enough space for 6 people. We were two families, 4 adults and 2 children, and it worked perfectly for us. The property has enough space and air-conditioning in each room, spacious kitchen, and all the equipment needed. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Different people prefer different types of beds. However, all of us find the beds to be very hard to sleep in.

• Любослава (9/5): Superb - Very beautiful house, equipped with everything you need like you are at home. There was even big sun umbrella, which we like a lot, but no sunbeds as I saw at one of the comments. There are a lot of parking space in front of the house, but not private parking spot in the yard. Very nice welcoming with a bottle of wine and olives. TV at living room and also one of the three bedrooms. The villa is luxury and spacious. We like the quite location and at the same time the beach are about 8-10 min by walk. - Beds are quite uncomfortable, especially at the parents' bedroom and also very creaky. - There are Ants at the kitchen and even at the bedrooms, which is very unpleasant. - Wi-Fi not so good

• Hristina (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment exceeded our expectations. Very spacious, clean, and equipped with whatever you think you would need at home, really everything. I can't think of anything missing. The young lady who welcomed us was very nice, friendly, and helpful. I can strongly recommend the apartment for vacation in Nikiti. We definitely would come again!
• Borislava (10/5): Exceptional - Very spacious rooms. The house is equipped with almost everything incl. sunbeds and umbrella. The whole furniture and household appliances seems like brand new. Private parking spot in the yard and also enough parking space in front of the house. Very close to the center of Nikiti. Only one toilet.
• Emil (10/5): Exceptional - Great location and the center of Nikiti was near the villa. There were many facilities that we could use - dishes, hair dryer, iron, ... Excellent welcome with a bottle of wine. The villa looked luxury. There were air conditioners in all rooms. The experience was great for six adults. It wasn't very comfortable with one bathroom for six adults. There wasn't a wardrobe in one of the rooms.

• Matthew (9/5): Great location for beach holiday - Lovely spacious, modern holiday home. Good kitchen and bathroom. Living space space was large and comfortable and the AC throughout was much appreciated during the heatwave. Bug screens on all windows and doors was a great touch. Location was nice and quiet and about 10 mins walk to the promenade with lots of restaurants and beach. Shops and supermarket also quite close.
