Guest Reviews
- Victoria (7/5): -
- Akinbami (10/5): - Clean and very tidy. Good location .
- Nathan (10/5): 10/10 would recommend - Lovely spacious apartment for a very fair price
- Wendy (3/5): Very disappointing - The location when found was great, just minutes from the centre. But directions were very poor. The apartment had numerous used mattresses around the rooms, we were asked to remove our shoes on arrival but the carpets had seen much better days. The apartment itself was in a poor condition with numerous cosmetic issues, the toilet had flush problems, the sofa had rips on it. Did not feel welcoming at all.
- Jon (3/5): Not very enjoyable - Location was fine, little hard. To find when arrived but once tower was located straight forward from there Old kitchen in poor state, pubic hairs in bath and sink, ripped sofas, last tenants food in freezer
Heating not on when arrived, heaters ripped off walls not fixed, dangerous, general cleanliness and some mould in ensuite, toilet brush been used before and not left clean.
- Subramanyam (1/5): Worst place to stay. - It was very complicated to collect the keys if you go in car, there is no place to park and go in to appartment to collect the keys. The appartment is not at all clean, very bad carpets, the furniture is in a very bad shape, no chairs to sit , I wont recommend any one to book this worst place.Bads are a night mare , bathrooms are very very bad, in Simple words i say it is one of the worst places i have experienced.Getting the deposit is another challeninging thing.
I highly say any one and everyone not to book this worst place.
Also i say booking.come to review these places before they add it to the list.
- Mukesh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Terence (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and spacious
- Loredana (2/5): Very poor - very messy, the dishes are dirty, the beds are broken, the heat doesn't work, very messy on the furniture and sofas! at the end of the stay, he sends us a message that he offers £10 for a good review! avoid the location leaves much to be desired in every way
- Gordon (1/5): Avoid - Nothing Everything grubby toilet handle either broken or didn't work looked like it had been used as bail hostel and they ask for a bond for breakages and the place broken and a state living room and kitchen greasy and never seen bleach or cleaning fluid bedrooms look like something out of trainspotting it's disgusting
- Katy (10/5): Perfect stay - This is amazing quality and great price

- Peter (2/5): Nice location, in desperate need of renovation. Would not recommend. - Nice central location with good parking. Dirty carpet, terrible beds. In desperate need of a deep clean and renovation. Floor was broken, along with skirting boards. Overall badly cared for.
- Lloyd (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brendan (8/5): Very good -
- Karen (2/5): Over all poor - The hot water in shower was good Unit was grubby ,towels were still wet on arrival .Only one chair at kitchen table.Freezer still had food left from previous tenets in it.
No blind or curtain in lounge room .
Double bed squeaked and uncomfortable.
- Alan (2/5): Beds had been slept in dirty towels on bathroom floor. Called management but no answer he would only talk by text. Had t -
- Lauren (10/5): Exceptional -

- Karl (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location lovely place to stay
- Aaronjacko93 (10/5): Good place to stay - Everything was spot on Everything was good. Good place to stay
- Donna (4/5): Penthouse this is not. clean this is not. - location and secure parking and balcony almost everything, beds ,kitchen, bathroom
beds uncomfortable every room and almost everything in the room was dirty. wet washing left in washing food in freezer machine built up scummy hair in bathrooms plug, peeling paint dirty walls no kitchen sink plug inside and outside of kitchen cupboards were dirty no tin opener, no t-towel, no broom or dust pan rug in lounge is a slip hazard if you walk on it
we were there 5 days and just 1 hanger provided not enough room for all the photo I have
- Bhuwan (10/5): Very cozy apartment with balcony on a Top floor - Easy access to apartment, Shops nearby, Top floor with great views and free, secure parking not applicable

- Joshua (5/5): Passable -
- Arupendra (5/5): I will not rent this property again. - The location was good The ensuite shower door was broken.
One of the wall mounted heaters in Lounge did not work.
There was no microwave.
The dining table was not assembled properly. It was wobbly.
- Gabriela (10/5): quality and price insurance - location near train station mall and supermarkets very good I recommend it a microwave is missing and the mattresses need to be changed
- Gabriel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mihai (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kacper (1/5): STAY AWAY!!!! - Proximity to Waitrose. But mostly leaving the apartment The carpet is was very dirty, and I felt uncomfortable walking around in socks. The bathrooms are gross and have mould. There's many a few other places around the apartment that have mold. The beds are creaky and uncomfortable. The kitchen is incredibly under equipped, with simple things like a chopping board missing and no microwave (these days you can buy a new microwave for £40). The sofa is so worn out its incredibly uncomfortable. The table is nearly falling apart it's so wobbly, and the chairs are also broken for the most part. The cooker hood looks like it hasn't been cleaned in 20 years and even has droplets of really thick grease on it. In general the apartment is gross, and incredibly over priced for what it is. I wouldn't stay there again unless the cost was a quarter of what we had to pay.
- Barbs (2/5): It reminded me of student accomodation, infact it was worse! I disliked staying their so much I cried. - leaving it Shabby and unacceptable. Paid for three nights and only stayed one. Did not want to complain because we needed our additional £100 deposit back. This property may be on a high floor but is certainly no penthouse 🥲
- Linzi (5/5): ok but expensive for the standards - close to town but not the greatest of views and a huge block so bit noisy at times accommodation was ok but a little basic the building is quite busy and the views aren’t that great other balconies with mess on
