Buchan (3/5): Poor - Location OK. Kettle, fridge not working. Bed frame taped together. No extractor fan in toilet. Poor communication about how to access door key. We were told the combination, but weren't told it opened a box containing the key. Wasn't sure what building we were in, so took a long time to work it out. The staff should have been aware.
Elfin (5/5): Hmmm. Meh - accessible to main streets, roxas night market The owner told me that the staff was waiting for us at the unit but she was not there. I tried contacting her and she was somewhere else and her line connection is hazy. I immediately informed the owner about the issue that I saw on the bed but I was only told that they will fix it AFTER my stay. I don’t recommend this for staycation, only as a place where you can leave your things then explore Davao for the rest of the day.
