Guest Reviews
- Geladze (4/5): Overall I woudnt visit this one again. - I liked the location of the property We accidentally left the key behind the door and closed the door. Then we weren't able to open the door. The owner didn't make us aware about this problem and locksmith charged with additional 170€. Owner didn't event felt his responsibility about this fact.
Sometimes it was hard time to sleep, because matrass was itchy.

- Tobias (7/5): - Schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage Enge Dusche d.h. ca. 32 cm Eingangsmöglichkeit.
Klimaanlagen stand eine Wanne darunter die gelehrt werden muss.
- Joanna (10/5): Czysto, świetny kontakt z właścicielem. - Czysto

- Mariusz (2/5): - Lokalizacja Zaniedbana łazienka. Malutka kabina prysznicowa. Klimatyzator zalewający podłogę

- Lara (5/5): - Good location! Bad AC, water was constantly leaking from the inside unit (we had to change the buckets at least once during the night), bad smell in the bathroom and not particularly clean. Water in the toilet had trouble with flushing, shower was very small (even a small person has trouble getting in and showering). The couch didnt have a sheet.

- Haider (6/5): Pleasant - Everything was great, I totally recommend this place.
The location is excellent, the property owner is helpful, most essential things are available within the apartment. The bathroom drain was not working properly
I used the shower and suddenly the water was flooding around and I had to dry it and clean the water drain myself.
- Olena (8/5): Very good -
- Klaudia (9/5): Superb - Safe gated community, close to shop, restaurants, train station. About 35 minutes walk to Piazza Navona, 40 minutes walk to the Colosseum. Great communication with the owner. Delicious coffee available in the apartment. The entrance to the shower cabin could be a little bigger. Apart from that, a really nice, atmospheric apartment. 😊
- Hande (9/5): Superb -
- Oleksandr (9/5): Good value for money - Everything is good, an apartment is comfortable and clean. It has everything you need. Shower entry and size can be an insurmountable problem for large people.
- Monika (9/5): Superb - It is a nice apartment, has most things you might need for a short stay - pots, plates, cutlery, olive oil, salt, coffee, event pastry for the first day:) we liked the location, not in a touristy area, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants nearby. There is a Sunday clothes/flea/random stuff market on the street which was a surprise for us. Communication was quick and clear. The wall between the bathroom and bedroom is thin and you get to listen to the pipes and water running quite loudly. Didn't really bother us though. There is also no washing machine, also wasn't a problem for us.
- Ingeborg (8/5): A nice and clean place, in a calme and friendly neighborhood if you are okay with a bit more walking. - It was clean, had a nice amount of space and friendly neighbors. The appartement has all the facilities you need for a shorter stay in Rome (except a wine opener). The only thing I can think of is that the entrance door on the first floor was a bit hard to open with the keys.
