• Jeffrey (10/5): Absolute gem of a property in Salamanca - The apartment was huge and in such a perfect location. Everything inside was new and spotlessly clean. The bedroom mattress was super comfortable and linens crisp/towels plush. The real stars of the show though, were Cristina and José themselves. Incredibly friendly and gracious and really interested in making sure that my stay was perfect. Communication was excellent throughout my stay, checking in to make sure that I had everything that I needed. It turns out I didn't really need anything though because they had already thought of everything! Many thanks to my hosts and I will absolutely book this property again the next time that I'm in Salamanca. Nothing. As others mentioned the parking space may be a bit tight for some, but hey that's Europe. I found parking totally manageable and José was very helpful in guiding me into the spot.

Vistas muy bonitas desde las habitaciones (Clerecía y torre Catedral; espectacular de noche) Muy buena ubicación; está situado en una zona del centro, que es muy tranquila y sin ruidos, pero a su vez se encuentra junto a los monumentos de Salamanca. Se agradece que disponga de forma opcional de una plaza de parking en el mismo edificio con acceso directo al ascensor.

• Ana (10/5): - Todo fantástico. Nos esperaban a la llegada y nos enseñaron el apartamento, explicando todo, incluso nos recomendaron sitios para salir a comer o de copas. El apartamento perfecto. Todas las comodidades, las camas nuevas y super cómodas. Baño arriba y abajo. Cocina equipadísima. Sofá cómodo.... etc. La escalera de caracol al piso de arriba super cómoda. Ningún problema con ella. La ubicación ideal. A 5 min andando del centro de Salamanca. Para los que piensen en usar el parking privado: muy recomendable. Al estar al lado mismo del casco antiguo el tema del parking en la calle está muy complicado. Nosotros con un coche mediano tamaño berlina no tuvimos problema, ni para aparcar dentro ni para entrar o salir. Lo recomendamos. Muchas gracias Cristina y Jose.

• JOSE EMILIO (10/5): Excepcional, superó nuestras expectativas de tranquilidad y confort - Al ser un apartamento es como si fuera mi propia casa, cómoda, confortable, excelentes vistas, trato excelente de los anfitriones, tanto para estancias cortas como largas pues tiene todo lo necesario para vivir con todas las comodidades, aprecio que no se fumara dentro, todo limpio y recogido, camas muy confortables y grandes. Dos baños completos y parking. Todo perfecto, nada que objetar,no puedo poner pegasa lo que al menos para nosotros no las tiene. Esta muy bien ubicado en una zona tranquila a 150m de la plaza mayor.
• Lara (10/5): This is a fantastic place to stay. It’s safe, clean comfortable and close to Plaza Mayor. - The beds were very comfortable, the apartment was very clean with lots of natural lighting. The hosts left us lots of extras like coffees and sweets for the morning. The location was the best, very safe and close to restaurants/bars and the international school where our daughter is attending school. But the best thing was the hosts, they were so attentive, friendly, helpful. They were the best hosts of all the places we’ve ever stayed! They are happy to help with recommendations or reservations. Only thing to note is, if you use the parking garage, don’t rent a large car, it’s tight. This is the best place and Salamanca is a beautiful city. We absolutely loved it! Nothing

• Rafael Zundt (10/5): - From the very beginning, communication with the host was excellent! They reached out proactively to arrange key pickup, which made everything so smooth and easy. Upon arrival, they were incredibly welcoming and helped us park our car in the garage. They were genuinely friendly and made us feel instantly comfortable in Salamanca. The digital guides they provided for local restaurants were really cool, and we even had dinner at one of their recommendations! The apartment itself is beautiful. It’s clearly very new and spotlessly clean, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms are very spacious, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable! It was also incredibly thoughtful of them to provide basic supplies (water, coffee, tea, etc.) so we could settle in before heading to the market. The location is absolutely perfect! We were able to walk to all the main attractions in Salamanca within 20 minutes, which was a huge convenience. Being able to easily explore the city on foot made our trip so much more enjoyable. Honestly, it’s difficult to find anything negative to say! Overall, an outstanding experience!

The design itself and the warm welcome from the hosts really made us feel like home. You can see they’ve put a lot of thought and love in their property and they are maintaining it to the highest standard. Cristina and her husband are magnificent hosts… The kind of people you actually wish would be your friends more than just your Salamanca hosts. There is no way you will regret booking this property. The location: superb. Location is practically unbeatable. Mega bonus: Cristina will give you a curated list of tapas (food) places and pubs… This is booking is so GOOD, the hosts even do your homework in terms of what to do and where to eat. Nothing. Literally perfect.

Le duplex de Cristina est idéalement situé au cœur de Salamanque, à deux pas des plus beaux monuments. L’appartement est spacieux, d’une propreté irréprochable, parfaitement équipé et très confortable, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Le parking privé, bien qu’un peu étroit d’accès, reste un véritable atout en plein centre-ville. Ce qui rend cette expérience inoubliable, c’est avant tout l’accueil chaleureux et la grande disponibilité de Cristina et de son mari José, toujours à l’écoute et soucieux de notre confort. Grâce à eux, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain passage à Salamanque !

Great kitchen and facilities. Only 5mins walk from some excellent restaurants and less than 10 minutes from the Plaza Mayor. Everywhere you might like to get to is easily accessible from this fantastic location. Hosts are wonderful. very caring and talented great care of the property. Main Spanish schools are also with 500m. I was there for two weeks and the property really made my time in Salamanca perfect. I was extremely happy with everything! It was a space I was very happy to be in.

• Ken (10/5): Simply one of the best and would stay again. - Cristina and Jose were the perfect hosts. Jose helped carry luggage to top floor. Whilst there was a lift to the second floor, the bedroom was on the floor above accessed by steps. The location was fantastic and you could walk to most places and the view of the university was special especially when the lights were on at night. The apartment itself was terrific and lacked for nothing. Parking on site was good but very tight. Sensor lights in car park weren’t working and lock on front door was a bit dodgy.

Wonderful place in a great location that’s easy walking distance to everything. Cristina and Jose were exceptional hosts that met us to walk us through the apartment, provided excellent recommendations, and checked in on us to see if they could be of any further assistance. Having access to a parking space in the attached garage was a huge benefit for us. The apartment itself was very clean, with comfortable beds and great showers. Can’t list anything here as we loved everything about the property!
• Michelle (9/5): Fabulous apartment, great location, exceptionally clean. - The location was fantastic, right in the centre of the town with easy access to restaurants etc within walking distance, the building was secure as was the garage beneath the building which was an extra cost for parking. The apartment was very clean throughout, the kitchen was well equipped. Good crockery and very clean cutlery. The main bathroom tiles are beautiful, very stylish. Some toiletries were provided. The shower was very good, very spacious shower cubicle, fabulous soft towels, the bed was comfortable with nice linen. Good view from the skylights in the bedroom and from the lounge & kitchen of the nearby buildings which are lit up at night. Salamanca itself is very vibrant, a very attractive city. The hosts were very accommodating and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay. Controls for some of the lighting in the apartment were a bit confusing - the apartment was a little chilly later into the evening and overnight so it would have been helpful to have been advised about the heating system. The spiral staircase had some narrow stairs. We were sorry we could only stay overnight and intend to return to Salamanca for a longer stay.
• Dominika (10/5): Exceptional - The location is perfect. The flat is fully equipped - there is coffee, tea, jam - there was even cocoa, what made our daughter very happy. There is lift, so you don't have to carry your luggage. If you come with the car there is parking under the building and the lift goes straight to the parking, which is very convenient. Comfortable beds, beautiful view from windows. Blinds in windows, so if you like to sleep in dark it's grate (I slept very well).Wonderful hosts, who are very responsive. The windows are faced to the inner side, so it's very quiet. Location is perfect just few minutes walk from the old town. And the flat is very cozy, it's not another standard, hotel apartment, it's a real flat, with it's soul, so you can feel like at home, not like a tourist. The stairs to bedrooms are quite steep, so if you come with very little child, it may be inconvenient. But our 7-years old daughter fell in love with the stairs :)

• Craig (10/5): amazing apartment with an incredible view! - the home was incredible. very large space with excellent loliving area and fully equipped kitchen. 2 large rooms both with very comfortable beds. the bathroom was very large and had all of the necessities you could ask for. the view from the windows was absolitely amazing! the hosts were also extremely helpful and friendly and sent us some amazing restaurant reccomendatios which are definitely worth checking out! We have been travelling for 2 months and this was easily the best accomodation of our trip!

Cristina and Jose made us feel so welcome upon arrival and it's clear that they value their guests from start to finish. Having somewhere to stay so close to the city centre made everything really convenient but the peace and quiet from being able to retreat back to the apartment was a perfect balance. The parking was a great help and the lift makes access straightforward. Book this without hesitation if you find it available and are looking to visit Salamanca; you won't be disappointed. Nothing at all - we couldn't fault a thing.

Cristina was friendly and helpful. The spiral staircase was noisy and not suitable for anyone with mobility problems and no door on the main bedroom.

The hosts, Cristina and José w - Loved the convenient location close to the historic centre of Salamanca. The property was in a secure and well maintained building which was quiet at all hours. The flat itself was well decorated, comfortable and well equipped for all our needs. Accessing the bathroom from the second bedroom entails entering a common space open to the master bedroom to take the spiral staircase down to the other bathroom.
