- Alison (8/5): Handy overnight stop before heading back to airport. - Spacious room and good bathroom/shower. Quiet residential location, with lovely views across to Tromso City Centre. Handy for Arctic Cathedral and can walk across bridge to Tromso centre in 20 minutes. Thank you for providing a kettle and tea/coffee but the tea cups were very small! The weather was unusually warm for early June and the room was uncomfortably hot, as it faced the afternoon/evening/midnight sun and there is no air conditioning. We were on the 3rd floor and the lift only goes up to the 2nd floor.

- FRANCISCO (8/5): Bien. - Limpio y correcto a buen precio. Habitación de dimensiones aceptables. Falta una mesa donde poder trabajar 5 minutos. Cobrar como parking dejar el coche a la intemperie en una explanada de tierra y barro, parece excesivo.

- Michelle (10/5): Homely while so far from home - This was really a homely vibe, it was a pleasant place to return after a day/night of exploring. It had everything I wanted a bed, bathroom and space to unwinded. There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property I guess just be mindful that it is about 20mins from the center of town but that it was a lovely walk over the bridge

Stiilne mööbel koridoris ja treppidel, ruum mida kasutatakse kohvikun ja ahommikusöögiks on sisustatud stiilsete laudade ja tooliega. Seinad dekoreeritud peeglite kollektsiooniga ja väikeste meeldivate vidinatega.
- Margarethe Sophie (4/5): Egentlig charmerende hotel med god beliggenhed, men manglende rengøring og en uforskammet personale - God beliggenhed for at være tæt på Fjellheisen og Ishavskatedralen, med blik over Tromsøya. Hotellet har en Restaurant/Café, som er meget hyggeligt indrettet og Ren-burgeren kan varmt anbefales. Værelset var beskedent men adækvat og pænt indrettet. (Et billede eller to på væggen kunne have løftet indretningen). Rengøring: Kommode var snavset indvendigt da jeg kom, så jeg kunne ikke pakke ud. Lagde en seddel til rengøringen næste dag, men den eneste dag, der kom en til at gøre rent, var den sidste dag (havde 5 overnatninger). Fik delvis rengøring en aften, da jeg henvendte mig til vagthavende personale, som iøvrigt var venligt, forstående og imødekommende. Sidste dag henvendte jeg mig til personale, som identificerede sig som manager, på grund af den manglende rengøring. Hendes svar var: No. no. Hvorefter hun prøvede at identificere hvad JEG havde gjort forkert i forhold til deres rutiner (intet, viser det sig). Der udviklede sig en længere diskussion, som jeg til sidst gik fra, temmelig rystet. Jeg kommer IKKE til at overnatte på dette hotel igen.

- charlotte (6/5): - It was ok, nothing amazing. Great location and nice enough rooms but make sure you know what days and nights the bar is open or you’ll spend most of your time just sitting in your room when you’ve done all the site seeing. Grumpy staff. Food wasn’t nice.

- Alexandra (9/5): Hotel mit Charme und idealer Ausgangslage - Wir waren schon zum 2. Mal in der Villa Havblikk. Die Ausgangslage war für uns ideal aufgrund der fußläufigen Nähe zur Fjellheisen-Station, Eiskathedrale, Bushaltestelle und einer Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Das Zimmer war ideal ausgestattet und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel ist im typischen norwegischen Stil erbaut und hat einen wunderbaren charme. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Taxitransfer zum Flughafen nachts hat auch wunderbar geklappt.

Furniture was in places scratched and was not resembing that in the picture. Bathroom really tiny. This single room should have been refurbished. I wonder how many years ago. There is little interaction with staff. Check-in is self-service, which make things a bit impersonal. I didn't feel welcome even at breakfast time, the day after arrival, when finally I saw a member of the staff, who told me how much they would have charged me before anything else, including telling me what I could have.

Jag bodde i ett litet enkelrum. Det var helt ok men det känns som att ägaren hade lagt mycket pengar på att inreda restaurangen och det var inga pengar över för enkelrummen.
