• Gary (7/5): Location, location. Location - Location is great, comfortable bed, late check in after 11 pm was no problem. Mini split provided quiet, consistent room temps STAIRS! 83 marble steps up to the unit, shower door broken prior to arrival as was the soap dish by the bidet. Toilet flush button stuck the first 2 days so maid had to work it when cleaning. Free breakfast is juice, coffee, and a croissant across the street under a pop up.

• Sergejs (6/5): - Отличное местоположение... Хорошая кровать... В душевой вода не уходит...Маленкая как для ребёнка...Унитаз стоит так близко к стенке и душевой что им нельзя нормально пользоваться. Насадка на душе забита мытья не возможно..Розетки итальянские старые без переходников нельзя зарядить телефон. Ванная комната как после войны все разбито.Этаж высокий если с чемоданом не удобно...

Nous avons séjourné ici pendant trois jours afin de visiter l'île de Capri et les environs, la proximité du port facilitant l'accès aux ferries. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement. L'absence d'ascenseur, justifiée par le statut de site classé, représente un léger désagrément.

Luciano arranged a transfer from the Airport for us and carried our suitcase up the stairs for us we were very grateful as my husband has limited mobility. There are a lot of stairs 87!! We worked off our dinner on those stairs 😊

The host super helpful and efficient - Location is excellent, close to Quartieri Spagnoli, castles, palace… very nice restaurants and bar near by. Also breakfast was nice in the restaurant just in front. Spacious enough room with kettle and coffee machine and also coffee! The shower is not great, spits water strongly and the temperature is hard to regulate.

• Julija (4/5): Inconvenient - Location for the breakfast is great and service at the Cafe too, but would be great to have some healthy food for breakfast not only coffee, juice and croissant. Thank you The hotel name doesn't match to real hotel name and there was an issue to find the hotel when we arrived. There was no door bell somebody to be called, the check- in wasn't successful on time we planned (around 13:30), no reception downstairs. But host Lucio was polite with us who met us later during the second try with the check in. Hudge issue we found is with the water in the bathroom. There was no hot water in the shower or hot for few seconds only.

Should be contacted by phone if there is any problem Shower mixer, not good, hot and cold water can't be controlled.. Sometimes cold water comes, sometimes hot
• Mqrco (10/5): Exceptional - Strategic location.very close to Beverello Clean room, very welcome Varied and fresh breakfast. Mr Luciano was very kind, he gave us great tips to enjoy our stay in Naples. We will definitely return to Suite Napoli
