• María (8/5): Apartamento perfectamente ubicado y funcional para pasar unos dias en Tromso en invierno. - La ubicación nos pareció perfecta. El apartamento estaba caliente y bien equipado. La ducha buena. Las habitaciones muy pequeñas, pero lo esperado viendo las fotografías. No encontramos fregona ni trapos para limpiar el suelo. No hay armarios ni baldas para colocar la ropa

Imagino que es evidente en un lugar así pero la entrada a la casa estaba completamente llena de bloques grandes de hielo y era bastante complicado entrar. Salvo eso, todo genial.
• Agnieszka (8/5): - De localisatie- dichbij het centrum en toch in een rustige omgeving, snelle communicatie met de beheerder een beetje te weinig kastplanken voor de gasten. In de keuken miste ik een dunschiller of een rasp- maar verder was de keuken volledig uitgerust met alles.
• Elizabeth (9/5): Lovely place to stay for a week. - The apartment was lovely and had plenty of space in the living room. Very central to get into town, only a 5 minute walk to the main road and bus stations etc. Easy to cook meals in the kitchen. Bed was small but comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The shower didn’t drain properly, and didn’t have a particularly large hot water tank. Had to have a quick shower if 4 of us were showering. But honestly, it wasn’t that bad. That’s the only reason I didn’t give a 10 rating.
• Maria (10/5): Apartamento moderno y elegante - La ubicación era muy buena para visitar la ciudad y estaba cerca del supermercado y restaurantes. El apartamento era grande, con decoración elegante e instalaciones modernas y nuevas. Cocina muy bien equipada, solo faltaba una tostadora. El baño era muy espacioso, caben varias personas a la vez. Dispone de lavadora y secadora. Las habitaciones eran amplias y tenían armarios. Camas cómodas. Tenía un pequeño porche en la entrada desde donde pudimos ver el espectáculo de las auroras boreales. El primer día encendimos la calefacción pero costó que el apartamento se calentara. Hasta el día siguiente no notamos bien el calor. La habitación más pequeña no tenía armario y tenía que dejar las cosas en el armario del pasillo.

• Zuzana (6/5): - close to the center, parking at the accommodation The apartment in the basement needed a lot of airing, there were a few dirty pots in the kitchen. The apartment upstairs was unfortunately a big disappointment - the room was not cleaned at all (dirty sheets and cabinets on the bathroom floor, full dishwasher, beds not made, all due to the failure of the "Tromsø rental hub" service - poor communication and confusing instructions. We had to wait a long time with the children (almost until midnight) before someone brought clean sheets and towels. After long discussions and after cleaning one apartment, a partial refund was promised by Tromsø rental hub. (The compensation arrived, but unfortunately in a lower amount than agreed)

• Richelle (7/5): Good - Excellent location, convenient to walk to the shopping street. Missing dry rack when we checked in but they provided us one the next day after contacting them. Wi-fi signal was terrible. Dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher when we checked in. Oven was quite dirty.
