• Gabriela (1/5): Worst accommodation ever - The only good thing for this property was the location, close to train station and close to the city center. The dirtiest booking we have ever stayed in. The room we received pictures in the booking is not the room we received. We stayed in a small room at the ground floor of the building, seeing the inside space between the building where all the dirt is thrown from the upper floors. We had cackroacehs, spider webs on the walls, filthy floors and bathroom. We didnt dare to use the kitchen, pillows were very used and uncomfortable same as the bed. We didnt have toilet paper. We requested from the property on tuesday toilet paper and iron (as it is mentioned in the room facilities that there is one), the property brough it on thuraday night and we left back home on friday morning.... save your money and keep looking for another room!!
• Gabriela (1/5): Worst accommodation ever... - Close proximity to train station and city center This is by far the worst accommodation we have ever been to. The apartment doesn't look anything like the pictures. Its very run down and unmaintained. Not cleaned properly, there is so much dirt on the walls and in the shower cabin. Beds and pillows are very uncomfortable and so used, that i had slept on the sheets without opening the bed and covered the pillow with a t-shirt. We are not the type to carry sheets and towels when we travel, but in this place i wish i had. Sofa was not possible to sleep in, it dips in the middle and my kids had to sleep horizontally cuz it was hurting their backs. Basic facilities were missing, such as toilet papers and iron, we had to ask for them and we received them 3 days later, in our 5 day trip... kitchen is unusable, fridge very dirty... just, very disappointing... i urge you to search for other places.

Трябваше да бъдем настанени в по-бюджетен апартамент, но поради някаква авария бяхме преместени в друг, който беше по-луксозен! Получи се доста кофти ситуация, защото ние не получихме уведомление от букинг, че дамата е писала, че ще има промени в мястото за настаняване. Пристигаме ние свързваме се с дамата и беше неудобно и за нея и за нас. Понеже апартамента е на друга цена в който бяхме настанени, но категорично отказахме да платим повече понеже вината не е наша, че сме преместени. Дамата беше изключително любезна и ни влезе в положение. Не ни таксува допълнително, бяхме в луксозен апартамент но пък локацията не ни допадна и се наложи да наемам кола, защото беше далече от центъра. Автобусите в Бари не спазват точно разписания. Бяхме 2 семейства (4 човека) имаше отделни спални за всички. Просторна всекидневна със всичко необходимо. Има възможност да си готви човек ако пожелае има всичко необходимо, но не е нужно защото на партера има много барове и заведения за хранене. Благодарна съм на дамата но определено не бих ползвала букинг повече, никой не се свърза с нас колкото и опити да правехме. Чак след 2-3 дни писаха но така не се прави! Единствено локацията, че е малко по-далече от центъра, ако нямате автомобил е малко неудобно. И на мен като жена ми липсваше голямо огледало😂😂😂

• Patricia (4/5): If minor amendments are made, it would be very good value for money - Location good. Ground floor. Cockroach present Broken switches No kettle and not enough kitchen utensils, No matches to light gas cooker. No ventilation. Towels do not dry.
• Irena (1/5): disappointing - easy communication with the host. nice and clean lobby of the building. Dirty and not maintained. There were hairs in the sink in the kitchen , there was mold in the shower cabin, the bedroom had a window facing the stairs and the elevator, it was very noisy, the covers were synthetic, the balcony faces a dirty courtyard with a strong smell of food.
• Filiz (1/5): Worst worst apartment!.Stay away from it! - Nothing !!! This is the worst apartment we have ever booked. Terrible accommodation,on arrival to the first thing that struck us was an overpowering strange smell. We entered the apartment and our spirits dropped as it was not clean at all. It was definitely not as described in the pictures we seen. Hairs all over the floor, stains on the bedsheets, dirty cloth and rug in kitchen area, toilet not flushed, mould on shower walls and base, toilet flush broken, bedroom covered in hair also and dirty cotton bud left on floor at side of bed, bare wires in ceiling light fitting and also wall socket, broken kitchen cupboard door handle. On seeing all this we messaged the owners about our disappointment at the flat and they video called us.We explained the flat was not as described and very dirty and didn’t even have toilet paper. They started shouting at us and laughing saying it was clean and they were not going to do anything. We asked for our money back as we felt cheated and they again started shouting at us and threating us saying do what you want you are not getting your money back. My son was now in hysterics and crying as telling us to just leave as he was worried someone may come during the night and harm us. As it was now past midnight we had no option but to sit in this dirty flat all night and look for new accommodation while we waited till morning as we were too afraid to go to sleep .We then left the flat at 6 am.Don't make a some mistake as for looking their pictures and reviews. You can book much less price with better places.

• Lieke (8/5): Very good - Just before we arrived we were told that our apartment had problems with water and air conditioning. The owner had given us another apartment which was great. The owner is very helpful and thinks along if there is anything. So I can't say much about this apartment, but I can say that the owner was helpful and spoke good English. Also everything you needed was available in the apartment.
• Emil (9/5): Superb - Location was extremely good (in the centre, 20min to the beach) Nice staff - helped us whenever and whereever they could! Clean Had everything an apartment needed It can get noizy at night (but we had a different room 5min from this location which was directly on a major road thats why)
• Sangeeth (8/5): An unpleasant check in experience, the place is pretty good though! - The owner gave us a new apartment because for some reason this one was overbooked. we still don't know why. The new apartment was clean, newly renovated and overall very comfortable The morning of our check in, at around 10 am the owner told us that the guests who staying at the property the previous night decided to extend their stay, thereby nullifying our booking. However, the owner told us that he would let us check in to another property he owns, we were told the property would be ready by 3:30 pm, we reached the property by 3:30 pm only to find that the cleaning staff just walked in and has started cleaning the property. We waited till 5:30 pm for them to finish cleaning and have the apartment to ourselves. It's been a rainy day and we were completely drenched when we came to check in, sadly we couldn't even use the bathroom freely or change the clothes in privacy till 5:30 because of the cleaning staff. It was a really nightmarish experience for us, the only plus side is that the apartment was really nice and cosy.
• Sviatlana (7/5): Good - A big plus for being able to leave things early. The owner wrote detailed instructions on how I could get to the apartment. The apartment is close to the train station. And from 10-15 minutes walk to the old town. However, I think that the apartment could have been refreshed more.
