• Rj (7/5): Good location but need upgrades. - Location and secured The cost went up a bit and no upgrade to the room. 3rd timer. It was hot by the way even at night. I think they need to at least put the air condition. The water heater needs replacement. You can hear other tenants even though our door is closed, is it because other tenants open their door?

• Rj (8/5): Very good - The location is fine, safe and secure. The guard though seems to be forgetting stuff. Also, the lobby guard won't assist you for elevator access even if you show the key of the room, your car key and even told the guard what your parking number is. The price surge on season but other than that, it's all okay.

• Vanessa (8/5): Near city center, very accessible, comfortably sleeps 4. Any issues encountered are easy to address. - I like the location, it's very near the city center. I also liked that there was an elevator, plus the apartment and the building itself were very accessible. I also appreciate the free parking space, fast wifi, and that we were greeted and assisted with our luggage when we arrived. The space was probably not occupied for a while before we booked it. The balcony was dusty and the cabinet below the sink smelled like sewer fumes every time we would open it to throw trash into the bin (somebody cleaned out the grease trap and didn't clean up properly). The water heater wasn't working when we arrived. The fridge needs to be looked at, it didn't cool our food very well. The bathroom should have a bathroom mat or floor rug to keep it dry. All of these are minor issues that are easy to address with a little bit of effort. I would easily give the property a 10/10 if not for the above items, and I'd definitely come back if the host confirms the above has been fixed.
• Sherry (9/5): Superb - Central location but located in a prime and quiet neighbourhood that's a 10 minute walk to Session. We loved the size of the unit, compact and clean with cooking facilities and a fridge. This unit has a balcony with a view of relaxing bamboo trees. Also, Mt. Cloud and Hot Cat Cafe is a few metres walk from the property, so coffee and food were not a problem. None. The unit was just what we needed.
• Froilan (8/5): Value for money if you stay as a group of 3 or 4.. but if you are a solo traveller, you have better options. - Flexible check in. I appreciated that i was able to check in arriving at 4AM. Good location, very near a good cafe! A number of items worth fixing… shower door has no handle which can trap you once inside. TV without an adaptor. Mirrors with heights awkwardly placed that you have to squat or bend to see yourself. Living area clock needed battery replacement. Bedside lamp with no accessible outlet.

• Honeywell (8/5): Good for family - I like how it is close to the town proper, the place looks new and the interior is cozy and nice. There were issues regarding the parking but it was cleared later on. The staff was not readily available to respond to our calls and texts. We were also not completely informed about the coverage of our booking. Also the unit was not that clean when we arrived. It looked clean but the appliances and table tops/countertops were dusty.. Also, the bathroom floor was very wet, looked like it was just hosed down quickly just in time before the guests arrived. Anyway future guests, bring your own drinking water

No nearby establishment or convenience store. Far from taxi stand. No NetFlix. No breakfast.

The place didn’t have tissue paper when we arrived. We were able to have essentials delivered through Food Panda Mart as the place is accessible.
