Only one tea towel. Kettle would not switch off after boiling. Quooker tap not working. Left a voicemail to the agency however no reply. Parking a bit hit and miss at times.
• Helen (9/5): Fantastic location, high quality furnishings, great house! - Great location, spacious accommodation, quality fixtures and fittings, large towels, parking permit, entry from 2.30pm. Kettle needed replacing, didn’t shut off when boiled. Hand towel rail broken in downstairs toilet.
• Linsay (9/5): Great Stay - Finished to high standard, no expense spared. Nice indoor / outdoor feel, it was too hot to sit outside but we enjoyed sitting in the open plan dining area (note: seal coming away under bifold door) Great location, close to High St & plenty of places to eat nearby. 5min stroll to Bettys! Not sure bathroom floors were mopped. Kettle needs replacing, it has a broken switch so it keeps boiling if you don't switch it off at the wall = dangerous. (TBF the kitchen does have a fancy "boil" tap, so assume kettle is for technophobes like myself) Initially worried about street parking but we always managed to find a space.

• Alison (9/5): Lovely property, close to the centre. - Overall it was a lovely house and we really enjoyed our stay. We only have minor comments to improve the stay. We would recommend a hair dryer for guests. We would also recommend salt and pepper in the kitchen plus extra tea towels.
• Claire (10/5): A perfect weekend, will definitely be back! - Absolutely fantastic accommodation. Brilliant location and fab facilities. It was lucky I was paying attention in the shower as there was almost a flood! The shower trap needed cleaning out (I did this), it could have been a disaster! Luckily there was all the facilities to deal with this e.g. a washing machine to clean the towels used to mop up the water!

• Maura (10/5): Relaxing, comfortable and a great spot to explore Harrogate without having to use a car. - The location was great, just a few minutes walk from the town centre but is in a lovely, quite residential area. The house was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The decor was tasteful, a nice mix of traditional and modern.
• Tom (10/5): Exceptional - Everything about this property was perfect. It's be beautifully renovated to the highest standards.
• Loma (10/5): Exceptional - The whole house was tastefully decorated to a VERY HIGH STANDARD. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary utensils, cutlery, glasses etc etc. All the bedrooms are beautiful, cosy and the beds were very comfortable. The whole house was like home away from home. The kids and I loved everything. For three teenagers to notice and comment on how lovely the house is ..... says it all.
• Alison (10/5): Exceptional - Very close to town centre, Very clean, spacious and well equipped with good quality china, bed linen etc. Useful information folder. Host answered a phone query immediately. A warning in the instructions that the quooker tap spits a bit. Information that the parking is on street with a (provided with the property) permit during the day on the booking page.
