Will surely recommend this to our friends in New Zealand and in the Philippines đź‘Ť Bathroom in our initial room was flooding but when we told about it to the staffs, we were transferred to another room easily đź‘Ť

- Sojourner (7/5): Good - The place itself was really nice and the staff was really accommodating to our needs. The location is quite far from the main city and it can be tough to get a ride. The hotel does have its own car that can drop you off at a place where it is easier to catch a cab though.

- Virginia (5/5): Book only if you have your own transportation. Taxi is expensive and difficult to get hold of. - The maisonette was ok. I was just beside their venue for parties which unfortunately there was a wedding then a bday party after during our stay so it was noisy. The breakfast buffet was disappointing. The plated breakfast was ok. The double room was poor standard. Water from shower leaks outside making whole place wet I was charged extra for the stain i had on beddings. (Women’s issue) which i promptly informed them so they can change. Never experienced that in any hotel before.

I think it will be advisable to stay with your own car to prevent the hassle of commuting as it was a little far away from the city center. One toilet with bath is not enough for family of 7 persons or more. I hope they have two or at least separate bath for bigger rooms.

- Tenorio (8/5): Very good - Good location for relaxation. Very nice receptionist and guard, very friendly and approachable. The house was big enough to accomodate 12pax. To the Café staff: Please assist the guests even if you are just a staff at the Cafe. Please show the guests the way atleast to the reception desk, coz you weren't busy that time. Cafe is at the center of the Hotel and it looks like it was the reception desk. If you dont do the reception works, then atleast show us the right desk and people and dont act like you are not part of the hotel. Don't just stand there and watch us going the wrong way, plus hearing your big laughs. What a bad day to start after travelling a long way there. Good the guard and receptionist were nice enough. All in all, our stay was wonderful.

When I found this hotel, I was amazed of the price of the booking that is good for 10 persons. It has 3 rooms with enough beds which was perfect for us. Unlike other hotels with rooms alone, Elliannah Pines Hotel has a kitchenette, small balcony and a living room for us to gather after a city tour.❤️ Perfect for families. None

- Baguiorunner (6/5): They were accommodating even though there was typhoon Carina when we arrived. - When we stayed here to celebrate my son's 4th birthday, typhoon Carina was raging. They did not charge a corkage fee for the cake that we brought. The room was just enough for us since we were only staying for one night. It was also a typical Filipino buffet breakfast. The road was in bad condition and was outside their jurisdiction already. We had to ask for the shower room amenities like soap, shampoo, and toothbrush if they were available for the room, but it was sorted out afterwards.

One of the sink in the bathroom downstairs was leaking, so it’s hard not to get your feet wet while just washing hands; some shower drains were a bit clogged, shower areas need some deep cleaning as they’re mouldy; dusty windows too. But overall was superb!

Location good except for the van service to highway...it was off and on. Had to pay for taxi. This service could use some drastic improvement. Transportation to highway

There isnt too mich around but it is great for families. There isnt an elevator so if you are going to stay there with someone in a wheel chair or walker only the rooms on the first floor. Also seemed that there wasnt airconat least not in our villa. Kind of out of town and no aircon though this wasnt an issue as it was cold all windows have screens.

The canal/drainage outside the villas were very smelly and needs to be cleaned. The front desk was a bit hard to reach at night. There could have been more coffee options at the cafe. The utensils/plates/mugs/cups were not readily available at the rooms and have to be requested.

- Jocelyn (7/5): Good - the garden is pleasing. the pictures was different from the actual. i got the villa, the construction of the villa is good however there are a lot of missing things. it’s too plain for me. no plates or glasses, just cups for coffee… no flower vases.. they say it’s upon request, i even requested for water since there is none inside. it was a bit dull. and the windows, there was only shears, no curtains.. the main door don’t have curtains too.. the doors in villa has glass rectangular details which means they can see you inside from the corridor staircase and you can see the insides of the next room.. for me it’s not so pleasing since privacy is important.
