• Gianluca (4/5): Aspettativa delusa sotto ogni punto di vista. - Unico aspetto positivo è stata la posizione, anche se il quartiere non è dei migliori dal punto di vista del turismo. Comincio col dire che il contesto in cui si trova l'alloggio non è dei più moderni. Di fatto si trova in un quartiere molto residenziale dove, tra l'altro, è anche piuttosto difficile parcheggiare. Tuttavia il problema non è propriamente quello, sono stato (anche all'estero) in posti più o meno simili dove dall'esterno sembra un luogo fatiscente ma poi all'interno cambia tutto. Ecco, qui è stato un disastro sia fuori che dentro. Cerco di sintetizzare: 1. far trovare agli ospiti qualcosa in frigo sarebbe già un valore aggiunto, anche una semplice bottiglietta d'acqua, vedere il frigo vuoto e spento è veramente deprimente. 2. Caro proprietario, ti prego, cambia quella doccia che è veramente fatiscente (nera, logora) e soprattutto non scarica niente creando il fastidiosissimo "laghetto". 3. il letto con la rete a molle anche no ed il materasso che più economico non si poteva. 4. pulizia.... andrebbe davvero messa al primo posto tra gli obiettivi di un proprietario, perché svegliarsi e trovare tre (dico tre) blatte morte dentro l'alloggio non è proprio il massimo. Certo, sembravano morte ma erano lì, e la sera prima non c'erano. Da qualche parte saranno pure entrate. 5. il contesto in generale andrebbe valorizzato. Si varca il cancelletto di ingresso e si ha davvero una sensazione di trasandaggine. Migliorare si può, basta solo volerlo. Non è pensabile di offrire un alloggio mediocre solo perché serve solo una notte.

• Gagik (8/5): Было бы не плохо отремонтировать душевую кабину. - Хорошее общение с владельцем апартаментов. Мы просили сохранить для нас коробки доя велосипедов две недели и он сделал это. Апартаменты удобные , если вы прилетаете поздно в аэропорт Рима. Они рядом с аэропортом и доступ по коду. В квартире есть все необходимое. Можно готовить свою еду на кухне. Ванная комната хоть и старенькая и требует ремонта, чистая. Телевизор работает и показывает много каналов. Нету места для парковки авто. Но это если вы путешествуете на машине.

Nonostante un problema iniziale con l’alloggio prenotato, si è subito attivata per trovare una nuova sistemazione, dimostrando grande professionalità e attenzione verso gli ospiti. Esperienza positiva e consigliata.

• Yazmin (1/5): - The location was the only thing good about the property Everything was very bad. The fridge smells like cat urine, when we enter there was a cockroach dead on the floor. The kitchen was basically empty, not even a good knife to cut potatoes and there was one wood cutting board full of fungus in it and when I tell him about it he didn’t do anything to change it. The light during the night went off the last 3 days when nothing was plugged. The wifi wasn’t in the property so went on and off all the time. The communication with the owner was horrible and even when he ask the tax money and i refused to pay for it after all the bad conditions he accept it only if I give him a 10 points here in booking. I stay in other places in Italy and all of them usually the previous day before check out they re confirm about time and everything, he didn’t say anything so we arrange to leave at 2pm cause our flights was at 5pm, he wake us up at 10 am ringing the bell and calling me, when I explain that we didn’t have our things fixed and we needed time he told me that I have to leave immediately cause he had to clean… when I was sure that he didn’t have other guests right away cause after i basically beg he told me to stay only 1 more hour.Absolutely not recommend it. And the price don’t go with all the house issues. Very expensive for the old property like it is

• Oscar-USA (6/5): Essentially a place to sleep and go - Upon my arrival, I realized that the place was not situated right by the sea—as depicted in the photos—but was instead tucked away within a residential area. Nevertheless, since it was merely a one-night stay—a simple matter of "sleep and go"—the place met my basic needs. The bed and linens bore stains from the previous night and had not been changed.

La casa andrebbe rinfrescata, le pareti sono sporche, la doccia piena di calcare, il termosifone del bagno arrugginito. La federa del letto aveva una macchina e nelle lenzuola c’erano diverse briciole

• Irina (8/5): - Дружелюбный хозяин, всегда на связи. Недорогое жилье во Фьюмчино. На кухне есть все необходимое для готовки. Недалеко есть хороший супермаркет. Рядом море. На соседней улице есть место для парковки. Всегда горячая вода, есть отопление. Цена соответствует качеству. Нужно обратить внимание, что на кухне нет зажигалки, чайник не работает, доску для нарезки нужно поменять.

• Gianmaria (9/5): PERFETTO X POI VOLO DA FCO - A parte la posizione x partire poi da FCO , l’appartamento è a 2 passi dal mare e da tutta una serie di locali e ristoranti molto carini ; dotato di tutto quello che serve x una o qualche notte. Nota di merito all’host , che è stato gentilissimo e stra-disponibile in ogni momento , oltre al prezzo che è perfetto Le recensioni negative che ho letto in proposito : se x quella cifra a notte pretendete un Grand Hotel siete fuori rotta…se pretendete la pulizia è corretto , ma io francamente la pulizia l’ho ritrovata

• DANILO (9/5): Amazing stay In Fiumicino city - The apartment located perfectly in the center of Fiumicino city features a private entry with small terrace and a large kitchen with a sofa. The bedroom comes with a comfy bed, a huge wardrobe and a nice smartTV with Netflix included. Capsules for coffee were the cherry on top. Absolutely recommend!! Nothing

Close to the airport, also close to the beach. Almost everything. Bad smell, noisy, bad wifi signal, apartment was dirty, bed with hairs.... The room is not the same as the one in the pictures.
• Abdiqadir (10/5): - Absolutely loved my stay! The location is perfect — just a 1-minute walk from the beach, surrounded by amazing restaurants and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. There’s a bus every hour that takes you straight to the city, and it’s only 7 minutes from the airport, so getting around is super easy. The locals are wonderful and incredibly welcoming. The host was exceptional — always responsive, helpful at any time, and I’m truly grateful that he allowed me to check in early after my arrival. I recommend this place 100%. The price is amazing for what you get. I’ll definitely be back! 🫶🏽🥰

• Giuseppe (1/5): - Posizione Casa sporca (capelli sulle lenzuola, insetti nel bagno) phon non funzionante, doccia sporca con ante che a breve ti rimanevano nelle mani, piatto doccia incrostato di muffa…per non parlare della mancanza di bottigliette d’acqua all’interno del frigorifero, cosa abbastanza anormale per un BeB che non è stato pagato di certo 20 euro…il tutto riferito al proprietario di casa, che a fronte dell’inconveniente riferiva di offrirci la tassa di soggiorno, pagata già tramite bonifico, ma senza che ciò avvenisse. Dispiace ma ci si aspetta altro da una struttura seria e seguita, soprattutto in una zona di passaggio come Fiumicino…

Great restaurants nearby serving excellent seafood and pasta. Town very clean. Beaches are on the Tiber River. Accommodations were old fashioned but adequate for a beach town. Staff was helpful. Indoor lighting was inadequate. Dimly lit. Needs bulb replacements.

• shaun (7/5): - Location very good only a short walk to beach and large choice of Bars and Restaurants. Booked driver forgot to collect us which caused a delay whilst an alternative was arranged. The property name is not appropriate as it is a ground floor apartment which is old but fairly clean and well furnished.
