The place is comfortable, with great furniture, cozy, equipped with everything you need for your stay, has a great view. The bathroom is modern and stylish. Communication with the owner was pleasant and easy. I recommend the place!

• Alex (8/5): - Тепло, комфортно. Не очень далеко пешком до Черной Церкви. Парковка позади дома в общем дворе. Связать с хозяином хорошая. Ключи забираете в специальном ящичке у двери подъезда. В целом, отличная квартира на 1-3 дня в Брашове. 15 минут пешком до Черной церкви. Двор с парковкой не закрыт и не охраняется. Электрическая система в квартире не выдерживает нагрузку одновременно стиральная машина плюс электрический чайник, предохранитель выбивает. Необходимо найти электрощит над входной дверью и обратно включить тумблер предохранителя. Как оказалось, администратор квартиры не знал об этом. Главное, нет лифта и подниматься с вещами на третий этаж в этом доме - тоже самое, как будто на 5й этаж. Для пожилых людей, с ограниченной подвижностью или с маленькими детьми может быть реально сложно.

Gazda înțelegătoare cu programul nostru încărcat și cu ora de check-in târzie, bucătăria și baia dotate util și frumos, camerele comode. Voi mai rezerva această locație oricând trebuie să vizitez Brașovul, indiferent de numărul de nopți pe care le petrec. Nu a existat ceva care să nu-mi placă.

The flat is very clean, beautiful, newly renovated, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is in the very centre of the city, which is very convenient. • sebastiano (10/5): Soggiorno più che perfetto - Posizione ottima con parcheggio comodissimo. L'appartamento é grande, nuovo e arredato con molto gusto. C'è tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno e anche di più. Ci sono shampoo e balsamo per ogni tipo di capelli, vari bagnoschiuma e creme corpo. In cucina non manca nulla, dai biscotti alle tantissime tisane tra cui scegliere, ci sono anche varie tipologie di caffè in capsule oltre che due bottiglie d'acqua già in frigo. Tutto molto gradito! • Yanislav (10/5): - Много добро местоположение - на 10 мин пеша от центъра на стария град, в тих район, точно под хълма Тампа. Апартаментът е много удобен, с големи легла, чисто и с всичко необходимо за приятен престой. Гледката от прозорците е към Стария град и вечер, преди залез особено, е страхотно. Препоръчвам силно! Не се сещам за такова.... Може би малките кърпи са прекалено малки, но не е нещо особено това.

• LAZAROS (10/5): Υπέροχη διαμονή. - Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στην παλαιά πόλη σε απόσταση μόλις 10 λεπτών με τα πόδια από το κέντρο το Μπρασόβ. Έλαβα οδηγίες μέσω μηνυμάτων στο booking για τον τρόπο που θα έμπαινα στο διαμέρισμα. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον 3ο όροφο ενός παλαιού κτηρίου, είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο, ήταν πεντακάθαρο και μας παρείχε τα πάντα. Ο οικοδεσπότης δίνει έμφαση στην λεπτομέρεια , όλα ήταν τακτοποιημένα, ωραία διακόσμηση , παρείχε επαρκεί κλινοσκεπάσματα, στην τουαλέτα υπήρχαν πολλά αφρόλουτρα, σαμπουάν , κρέμες. Στην κουζίνα υπήρχε ζάχαρη και καφές, κρύο νερό στο ψυγείο και 2 παγωτά στην κατάψυξη για τα παιδιά. Τέλος πρέπει να επισημάνω την ωραία θέα από την τζαμαρία του σαλονιού. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται στον 3ο όροφο ενός παλαιού κτηρίου και όπως είναι επόμενο δεν υπήρχε ανελκυστήρας με ότι αυτό συνεπάγεται για την δυσκολία μεταφοράς των βαλιτσών. Η ομορφιά και το γούστο του διαμερίσματος όμως σε κάνουν να ξεχάσεις αυτή την λεπτομέρεια.

Shower leaks into the bathroom floor on very moderate water flow. We were forced to take one with a drizzle. Freaky parking and entrance to the building (especially is you arrive after sunset.

• Dmitry (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment seemed to be a clean, bright and comfortable. With all possible facilities that you may need. Host was very cheerful and happy to help. Location is exceptional, not far from the centre but in a very cosy part of the town. A free parking was available. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay there. No lift in the building.
• Edgars (10/5): Exceptional - It’s very nice and spacious apartment that has really all the necessary tools and utilities you might need. It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. A lovely mountain view from the windows. We loved the location - a short walk to the historic center, however, despite this, the apartment itself is very quiet in the evenings. The host is super helpful and responsive. There is no elevator in the building, so you need to be able to carry your stuff up to the apartment. The light in the staircase is very annoying - switches on / off constantly.

• Mr23valentin (10/5): Really nice apartment, right in the center! - The apartment is really nice, the view is amazing, everything is new, lots of facilities, really clean. We stayed only one night and we enjoyed it, we could not find something not to like. The host was really nice and guided us the whole time. Because we stayed just one night, we could not find anything bad, maybe only that the apartment was at the 3rd floor and there isn't any elevator and we had to carry our luggages, but that's it.

There is a on the ground floor of the building. Most of the windows in the living room cannot be darkened. It could use more pictures on the walls, or some colorful wallpapers.
