Guest Reviews
- Marzia (8/5): Ottimo appartamento vicino a Salisbury - Appartamento pulito. Comodo per Salisbury. Parcheggio davanti alla casa. Self check-in facile anche tardi. Un po’ scomodo per 4 adulti in quanto il bagno si trova nella camera, proprio di fianco al letto matrimoniale. Divano letto un po’ duro.
- Ashley (10/5): - Very clean property. Excellently stocked with all the essentials.
- Thomas (9/5): - nice place. easy thanks a lot for everything
- Chris (9/5): -
- Tan (7/5): Pleasant - Cosy The bathroom is too small . No shampoo and shower gels
- joji (9/5): - Clean and tidy Location and facilities
- Katie (9/5): Comfortable haven in the suburbs of Salisbury - It's a very clever space, with two spacious rooms, and good shower and a kitchen area. The sofa bed had been made up for me, and was very comfortable. I had my blind 90 year old mother with me and the space worked well for her - warm, easy to navigate and all on one level.
- CRISTELLE (8/5): -
- Luci (9/5): - Compact but clean and all we needed for a short stay. Would have like parking off road as the road is busy
- Stephanie (10/5): - Clean, comfortable and well appointed annexe, great for our family of four to stay while visiting the area for a trip to Stonehenge.
- Suzanne (10/5): A Gem in Salisbury - Although a small annex, it is very comfortable, quiet, secure and cosy. There seems to be underfloor heating which makes the annex very cosy at night. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and biscuits are provided when you arrive. There is a fridge, sink, and microwave in the mini kitchen and a generous amount of plates, mugs, cutlery and cooking essentials. Towels, toilet paper, shower gel and hand soap are also provided. The WiFi is great and there's Netflix and other popular channels on the TV. Let's be honest here, the owners have thought of everything to make it a great place to stay. I've tried to think of something I don't like but I can't.
- Alessandra (10/5): -
- ALESSANDRO (8/5): Molto carino - Pulizia, organizzazione e posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il centro Dimensione degli spazi ristretti per quattro persone, anche se ben organizzati
- Jessica (8/5): -
- lamera (9/5): -
- Gaia (10/5): - Bellissima, accogliente,pulita, spaziosa con tutti i servizi utili.
- Phillips (6/5): - Say to accses Very warm lots of spiders
- Baker (8/5): Very good -
- David (8/5): Happy with the experience. - The location was superb and the annex was very clean and modern. It was a little cramped for three people.
- Adrian (6/5): Pleasant -
- Samar (9/5): Superb - We sat on the bench in the garden. It was amazing.
Everything was super clean nothing
- Lucas (8/5): Very good - All good 👍🏼 and as advertised
- Caroline (10/5): Perfect place to stay. - Lovely, clean and cozy place with a brilliant and always helpful host. It was all perfect.
- Dianne (9/5): Superb - The host was very warm and welcoming
- Bethany (7/5): Cozy annex in a great location - Great location, which made it very easy for us to visit family. Very cozy, modern annex, with WiFi. Was a lovely treat to be provided with tea, milk, and biscuits.
Sofa bed was fantastic and was the size of a double. Very comfy and firm. We didnt have anywhere to hang up 3 towels after showering.
No control over heating, so for a chilly night, I would have liked to have had the heating come on once, before bed.
Main bed was soft and not very comfy. You could feel the springs on the side of the bed.
- Tim (8/5): Very good -
- Catherine (9/5): Very comfortable on the whole - What breakfast. Only coffee and tea were available Combi oven instead of a microwave
- Petra (9/5): Good value for money in close to the centre, yet quiet location. - Short walk from the city centre. Good communication with the owners. Property was clean and very welcoming.
- Vishal (5/5): Comfortable but very smaller than expected - The location was good, close to the center.
All appliances of need were present.
The rooms were very clean.
TV had YouTube, prime video etc. The pictures does not reflect the actual size of the property. Yes, it says annex in the title but it's literally a small extension in the garden. There are 2 very small rooms. It is suitable for an individual or maybe to a couple. But not big enough for a family of 3. The bathroom was also very small.
- Stewart (8/5): A small but comfortable and very clean accommodation not far from the city centre. - For a small kitchenette it is well provided with equipment. It was very clean and new. For a busy road the unit is surprisingly quiet, being somewhat set back. The lounge area (I think it's also a sofa bed) was perfect for my needs. Wifi was good. I didn't try the TV or other electronic gismos. Excellent shower - heat, water power and cleanliness all exemplary.
The location looks a bit out of town, but if you are able to walk 20 minutes, the Town Path route across the water-meadows is lovely. Parking is on the main road, not on the off-road section which is used by the hosts. Getting into the car was sometimes a race to get in before the next car came past.
The main bed is quite soft. That's not my preference but some will love it - can't please everyone.
There is a light right by the entrance to the unit but it isn't motion activated and the switch is inside. Getting the key into the lock wasn't straightforward in the dark.
- Thomaya (9/5): Superb -
- David (8/5): Pleasantly surprised was very well set up and ideal for short stays for an individual or couple - Annexe is clean, stylish and very functional. While we were on same property as owners we had private secure entry and did not have any direct contact with owners. Bathroom was clean and well set up, good shower and towels however it is very small and only a metre or so from bed with a sliding door so it’s not particularly private.
- Myriam (9/5): Beautiful stay, everything you need on small space - Small but everything you need, pretty and modern interior, and a nice bench to sit and eat outside The door to the bathroom was just a hanging door, was not completely closeable…
- Franz (8/5): Very good - Good third bed The bedlinen was stinking of unwashed feet.
- Natthapatee (9/5): Superb - Cute and comfy place to stay No soundproof toilet
- Inge (7/5): Cosy place for a stopover in Salisbury -
- Pavel (9/5): Very good - It was a very nice and quiet place. All was clean. Well equiped.
- Lynne (8/5): Locksmith attention needed - A nice new very clean self contained pod with everything you needed. Couldn't lock the door. Please - some better towels.
- Kevin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jenny (10/5): Exceptional -
- Helene (9/5): One night in Salisbury - Our hosts were very obliging. The guest annex was spotless and comfortable. Nothing
- Polonia (8/5): Clean, quiet place on outskirts of Salisbury - This very clean, compact modern unit is a quality construction behind a house in Harnham at the southern edge of Salisbury. Bus stops are close by, but the town center is a highly worthwhile 15-minute walk north through a peaceful, scenic nature preserve built around former irrigation canals, which has not received its due recognition as a place to visit. A few minutes away from the unit, the Old Mill inn, pub, and restaurant is a notably picturesque location at the start of the walk through the water meadows.
The unit itself is very quiet and bright, perfect for early risers. It has a comfortable bed, good shower and streaming services, but minimally furnished with necessities. The foldout couch is typical in comfort. Bed is set directly under the window in the bedroom and receives strong dawn light despite the short blackout curtains. Condiments and paper towels might have been supplied in the kitchen.
- Jill (9/5): Great for a one night stsy - Cooking facilities
- Laura (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and tidy, very comfortable and hosts were lovely
- Jane (8/5): Very good -
- Peter (10/5): Had a great stay right at the heart of medieval Salisbury - Great facilities and location Nothing!
- Jungmin (9/5): Superb -
- Armstrong (10/5): 5/5 stars ⭐️ - Cosy, home like apartment. Quiet area. Friendly host.
- Kerry (8/5): Great clean, quiet space to enjoy the city - Location quiet and within easy walk to the city centre. The appartment was just what we wanted. Quiet, very clean and a lovely walk into the city along the "town path". This is probably just our preferance but the double bed was far too soft meaning that we rolled into the middle all night. We are not large people. Something easily fixed otherwise a great stay.
- Martin (10/5): Overnight stay - Easy to find location perfect. Accommodation clean comfy and value for money
- Maileen (9/5): Superb -
- Clara (10/5): Exceptional -
- Oladele (10/5): Exceptional -
- Roy (8/5): Very good -
- Peter (9/5): Superb -
- Vicky (10/5): Superb - Everything apart from no lock on bathroom door as it slides open No lock
- Ben (10/5): Exceptional -
- Leslie (9/5): Superb -
- Tace (10/5): Great place to stay, friendly owners. - Very clean and comfortable, even for a family. Wish we were there for longer. There was nothing that we didn’t like.
- Elspeth (10/5): A beautifully set up property and very close to all the key sights. -
- Conor (8/5): Very good -
- Vicky (10/5): Exceptional stay have booked to go again! - Exceptionally well designed and equipped. Lock on bathroom door would be good as kept sliding slightly open.
- Joseph (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yevheniia (10/5): Nice stay not far from the Salisbury old town - Nice and clean accommodation.
We liked everything. Located not in the heart of the city, but in a 15-minute walk through nice park and streets. It is also very quiet area, we liked that. Would be nice to have a lock for the bathroom :)
- Kelly (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice & comfortable accommodations, flexible check-in, good location, and friendly hosts who made sure everything was set up the way we needed for our stay. The bathroom was a bit small.
- Agata (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gary (10/5): Nice unit highly recommend - The unit was spacious clean and had everything you needed. Corner shop close by. Only a short drive from the centre of the city. Nothing
- Mark (9/5): Superb -
- Tania (9/5): Superb - Compact but perfectly done. Very clean and comfortable. Not too many amenities close by. Definitely need a car .
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lizzie (8/5): A lovely spot to stay in Salisbury - Comfortable and well thought out. Some small touches like salt, pepper and olive oil made a difference when travelling. A nice outside space to sit and a lovely friendly dog came to say hello, which was great. Nothing
- Nicholas (8/5): Great place to stay - Very clean and comfortable No on-site parking
- Rita (10/5): Exceptional - The property had easy parking and was very clean. We stayed briefly overnight before a flight but it was well set-up and they were so kind to have the sofa bed already made ip for the kids. none
- Lesley (10/5): A last minute choice, amazed and thrilled at such a wonderful stay. - cute, exceptionally clean and bright.close to town. Comfortable. nothing.
- Brittney (10/5): Exceptional and would highly recommend - Property was clean and very beautifully presented. Newly built and provided great amenities. Awesome location to the city centre and local bars/pubs. Would certainly stay here again if we were to return for a visit.
- Stewart (10/5): Exceptional - Everything Nothing
- Spaid (8/5): Very good - Perfect location and great for the night. Very cosey! 11am check out would have been amazing, but understand the cleaning time for the next check in.
