• Gaia (4/5): - buona posizione purtroppo la completa mancanza dei servizi minimi necessari (mancava la carta igienica che ci è stato detto di andare a comprare) come le coperte pulite e il totale menefreghismo della host ha fatto si che la nostra permanenza sia stata pessima. si vede che manca attenzione e cura ed è un peccato perché la casa ha del potenziale..
• Ettore (5/5): Le foto sono molto vecchie - L'appartamento é spazioso ed in una posizione molto comoda, vicina a ospedale e centro di Verona. Le condizioni dell'appartamento non corrispondono assolutamente alle foto sul sito: doccia fatiscente con muffa sulle pareti, assolutamente antigienico; c'era addirittura un rotolo di carta igienica usato e il tetto del bagno era pieno di insetti; le sedie della cucina erano in condizioni pessime; lavatrice maleodorante; frigorifero sporco, così come tutto il piano della cucina e alcune delle stoviglie messe a disposizione; divano pieno di macchie di dubbia provenienza; la federa di uno dei cuscini del letto matrimoniale era sporca. Il grado di pulizia era quindi pessimo, per non dire imbarazzante. Abbiamo infatti deciso di abbandonare l'appartamento 2 notti in anticipo.
• Yury (1/5): Отвратительно - Достаточно неплохая локация. Рядом очень вкусное кафе с утренней выпечкой и кофе. Просто отвратительное отношение хозяйки квартиры. Сначала выслала в WhatsApp не верную локацию, метрах в 600 от нужной, что выяснилось только после повторного запроса четкого адреса. Это небольшое расстояние, только если ты не с чемоданами, а на улице не идет ливень. Пока добрались - все промокли полностью. Инструкции по доступу к ключу к двери написали без деталей, сейф открывается нестандартно. Также под дождем пришлось 10 минут списываться пока не сказали как он открывается. Далее, в квартире нет интернета, когда задал вопрос - сообщение прочитала сразу, но вообще никакого ответа. Запросил счет за проживание 5 раз - также полностью проигнорировано. У хозяйки политика общения полностью надменная и принцип "ваши проблемы - это ваши проблемы". Далее, в квартире нет даже минимального набора стандартных гигиенических средств таких как душ-гель, полотенца на кухне (хотя бы бумажные), кофе, чая, ничего нет. Квартира укомплектована по самому минимуму. Стулья вокруг стола будто принесли со свалки, они когда-то были сделаны из искуственной кожи, осталась только сетка ткани на них. Ужасно, отвратительно. К слову, в эту поездку останавливался в 4 разных городах, во всех других объектах оценку поставил 10.

• Paolo (5/5): Basterebbe poco per migliorare un bel appartamentino - la posizione comoda per l’ospedale e per il centro città Struttura bella con infissi nuovi belle piastrelle e ben disposta insomma ha un grosso potenziale, ma purtroppo non e’ curata, noi abbiamo trovato molto sporco sia i pavimenti che le mensole (4) con due dite di polvere , cucina sporca , frigorifero sporco,doccia sporca (tanto che non ci siamo lavati), basterebbe davvero poco per passare da voto 5 a 10 , comunicazione scarsa con l’Host, tanto che sono ancora in attesa di comunicazione per adempiere al pagamento della tassa di soggiorno.

• Guillaume (7/5): Bien placé à Vérone - L’Emplacement. Grandeur de l’appartement Nous n’avions pas eu de papier toilette. Le wifi ne marchait pas. Il faut mettre une mousse anti bruit sous la machine à laver. Le proprio mettait du temps à répondre à WhatsApp
• Maja (2/5): Esperienza da non ripetere. - Posizione buona. I letti sono a dir poco scomodissimi. Il divano letto e scavato. Le ante dell’armadio non funzionano, non si può aprire l’armadio. Poca luce nella camera da letto. Lavandino e la doccia sono otturati. Le tende non ci sono. Le sedie della cucina sporche e troppo vecchie.

• Maria (1/5): Bad - Horrible experience. I don't recommend at all. Air conditioner both didn't work, the heat was UNBEARABLE. We ask for a solution and she said to go the next day to fix it, as if we could sleep there. Then after asking for a refund and she saying 'she would never give one for something like this' when we rent a place with air conditioner and there was none and it was literally 34 degrees inside the house. After a lot she agree to let us go to another house of her that didn't have even a proper air conditioner either but promise to come back to fix the air conditioner to the next day. She didn't came. And send a message saying we could split the other house or do whatever we want. The other house was far and we had lugagges to carry. The host was super unresponsive, unpolite and didn't want to refund us even to find a better solution. I would SUGGEST TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

• Мишина (8/5): Very good - The hotel is cozy, comfortable, there is everything you need. Near the hotel grocery stores. Attractions of 20 minutes on foot.

• Evangelos (9/5): Great option for a visit to Verona - The apartment was modern, clean and spacious, perfect for a short visit to Verona. The checkin process was easy, we could visit the center easily and there were enough parking spots outside the apartment. We were three and I was the one that slept in the sofa bed in the living room. My friends had an excellent sleep in the bedroom but my back was destroyed the next day, the sofa-bed was so uncomfortable, I think it needs to be replaced.
• Nikolai (10/5): Exceptional - Awesome apartment, very spacious, cosy and clean. Good location not too far from the city centre. Good price. You have to climb up the stairs, which is not an easy thing to do with luggage. Fortunately, the stairs are not too high though.
