• Laura (6/5): Great location. - Great location, central but far enough away from the main centre of town. Close to Woolworths. Good cooking facilities and large fridge/freezer. Comfortable bed. When we arrived we had luke warm showers on the first night and by the next day the hot water was completely stone cold. We called the emergency number to have someone come and fix it however after going back and forth for several hours with no resolution or intention of having maintenance carried out, ended up with no hot water for the duration of our stay. This was extremely disappointing and soured our holiday in Hobart. We were there to enjoy our time but were asked to trouble shoot the hot water system and send photos etc. It felt as though the staff were trying to stall actually getting someone to fix the problem. The building was quite cold and having a cold shower was not pleasant. The building is old so I think the electrical wiring isn’t very good; when the tv is on and the light is on in the bathroom, the tv reception doesn’t work very well.

• Takahiro (9/5): 全てがそろっていてくつろげる空間 - ホバートの中心街からすぐです！15~20分歩けばタスマニアトラベルインフォメーションに着きますし、スーパーは近くにあるので非常に便利です。 洗濯機・乾燥機もあり、冷蔵庫も大きくキッチンも全ての物が揃っています。 掃除機や清掃道具もあるので長期滞在でも安心です。 チェックイン・チェックアウトも簡単です。 私が滞在した時は周りは静かでよく眠れました。 また滞在したい、とてもおすすめのスタジオです。 シャワーのお湯が熱くはなく弱めでした。 ただずっとお湯を出してしまうと水になってしまうので、連続して使用する場合は時間をずらすか長湯にならないよう気を付けた方が良いです。
• Yun (4/5): - Close to city Woolworths and restaurants The facilities were bit old, curtin could not hang properly, one of the light was not working. The problem was on the 3rd night of our stay, there was no hot water when we back to the place around 9pm. Waited till midnight and tried to contact property manager, still no hot water and didn’t get response till the second morning. It was very inconvenient in a cold winter night that couldn’t have a shower. The 4th night, my partner and I only had a 10mins shower each and no hot water again. Don’t know what’s happening. But if you are a night shower person, the hot water supply is not consistent.
