• Natalija (5/5): Dobra lokacija, 2 spavaće sobe, ali prljavo! - Apartman ima dve odvojene spavaće sobe i na dobroj je lokaciji. Bili bismo zadovoljni da nije bio prljav. Stigli smo u apartman oko 12h, na šta nam je rečeno da se čisti i da se vratimo oko 14h, što smo i uradili bez ikakvog problema. Kada smo ušli u apartman, vidno nije bilo čišćeno. Apartman nije usisan, kupatilo nije oprano, frižider je bio umazan i prljav, ispred frižidera je bila osušena fleka od hrane, a na radnoj površini su ostale mrvice hrane od prethodnih gostiju. Potpuno je nekorektno da neko čeka 2 sata ulazak u apartman zbog “čišćenja” i da na kraju uđe u PRLJAV apartman. Cena apartmana je ZNATNO veća od ostalih u ponudi u okruženju, za šta se podrazumeva da bi apartman trebalo da ispuni osnovni uslov, a to je čistoća. Takođe, prozori u jednoj od dve spavaće sobe ne dihtuju dobro, pa vazduh kroz potpuno zatvoren prozor prolazi u tolikoj količini i takvom brzinom, da bih slobodno mogla to da nazovem duvanjem vetra kroz zatvoren prozor. Veoma smo razočarani. Gadilo nam se da dodirnemo površine u stanu. Posuđe je prljavo, na čašama se jasno vide otisci usana i prstiju, odvratno.

Big thanks to Maja, who handles all the communications very well, she was always responsive when we had questions and most important she had the willigness to help all the time. N/A
• Alina (10/5): Exceptional - Good and clean apartment, very close to the slope (use the shortcut that goes up behind the building and you will get near Grand Hotel, on the slope). Very good restaurant and ski rental in the nearby building. It was good that it has dishwasher. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Nothing to mention.

• Ivan (8/5): A cozy apartment and bugger than most in this area - A bit bigger than most of apartments in this area. Parking can be a tricky part. Could have a better corridor equipment- towels for wet shoes, plastic shoes strainer, jacket hooks. All that is missing and is easy and cheap to get it equipped with.

• Paris (8/5): Great location, excellent apartment - Great location. Keys were easy to locate once had wifi signal. Clean apartment with everything you needed for a stay. Only small but there were no curtains/blinds in the bedrooms. Only net curtains. So had to change in the bathroom.
• Catania (10/5): Exceptional - We are a family of 6 who were very comfortable in this spotless, brand new apartment. The location is perfect, right in the center of town, easily accessible by car from the main road, but also within a 5 min walk to the base of the lifts and to the touristy area, supermarket, etc. If you have little ones who don’t ski yet, it’s also 2 buildings away from the daycare in Hotel Ras. It was very convenient to store the ski gear in the locker in the basement! The kitchen was well equipped, we had breakfast at home, and I was able to cook a couple of dinners as well. The dishwasher was a life saver! Finally, the host, Mr. Bane, is a wonderful person. He purchased a brand new crib when we inquired if one would be available during our stay. He was very responsive to all our questions, and gave us great local recommendations (such as a nice family restaurant near by, Kljunac). Next time we’re in Kopaonik with the family, we would definitely stay here again.
