• NAOKO (10/5): 熊本にいる兄弟で晩御飯を食べられて、楽しかった。 - キッチンに何でも揃っていて、料理ができた。 部屋がたくさんあって、どこもきれいでした。 駅から遠いし、坂だらけなので、高齢者にはきつい。 また来る時は、レンタカーを予約します。炊飯器があると、もっとうれしいです♪

• 光（Hikari） (9/5): とても良かったです。また宿泊したいと思います。 - 部屋がたくさんあり、ベッドと布団の数も多い オーナー様の対応が親身になってくださる ありがたいものです ここに来るまでの道が細く車を擦ったりしてしまいました また、この敷地から出るときにも車をこすってしまった人がいる。 隣の広い駐車場が借りれたらいいのにと思いました そしてよければ、郵便局と上原団地の方面から来る道のりを最初にアクセスとして提示していただけたらと思います。Googleでは狭い道の案内しかせずここに訪れてくれた皆様から道が悪くて大変だったと言われました それ以外はとてもすばらしいところです

• サムライ　朱 (7/5): 広々一軒家 - 3人で使うには、広くてお部屋数も多く、台所とリビングも快適でした。タオルも揃えてあり歯ブラシ、ドライヤー、洗顔料までありました。 コーヒーの用意もしてくださっていました。（砂糖、ミルクはないけど) 寝室はベッドルームに３人でした。ゆっくり個室にしたかったら事前に和室に何人寝る、とか希望を伝えるともしかしたら叶うのかな？ ベットの寝心地も快適でした。 Wi-Fi繋がりませんでした。テレビしか見られず。。 湯沸かしポットが使えませんでしたが、ガスでお湯は沸かせました。 洋服をかけるハンガーや、クローゼットは構造上ありませんでした。 注意点は道が狭めなので大きい車だと入るのが気を使いそうです。

• Jose (4/5): Older property, possibly-suitable for groups or families with older children. - This property must've been very exclusive during it's heyday, great layout with plenty of room for large groups or families with older children, multiple balconies. It was notably dated (which was not a problem) with parts of the property were in need of repair/replacement. The sleeping arrangements were extremely clean, kitchen was in good order, bathrooms and shower areas were clean with great water pressure. The location was a very quiet residential area, which was very pleasant. Although the property was outdated, which is not a problem, there were several items around the property that were in need of repair/replacement, such as a broken window pane in the downstairs shower. There was a very dusty smell in the area that did not clear even after leaving all of the windows open during our stay. There were also cleaning chemicals and other items easily accessible behind partitions on ground floor, sharp edges throughout lower-floor layout; which is unsafe for younger children. For this and other reasons that we decided that my daughter-in-law and young grandson to stay elsewhere. It was very difficult to understand how to get the keys, found out by accident the the front door was unlocked. Looks like the front door has a code lock, but was not provided code. Found the key to the side door while inside.
• Cclee1234 (5/5): If the owner asks you to change your stay to Ryuganji Onsen Hotel, you should refuse him. - The onsen in the Ryuganji Onsen hotel was nice. Actually we didn’t stay here. Before our trip, the owner called me and asked me to change our stay to Ryuganji Onsen hotel. Because the location was closer to our next destination, we agreed. However, the two single rooms we stayed were very old, not clean and small. It was quite a disappointment experience for us.

• Benjamin (7/5): Good - I'm not too sure The castle house isn't what we got. We were put into a small apartment just behind the castle house. Up some rickety ass allumium staircase.

• Katharine (2/5): Only if you are desperate - Not much. When we arrived we couldn't believe what we had been given for the price. So I rechecked the reviews and it would appear the front house is fairly good, but we had been given a run down, not very clean dump upstairs at the back of the 2nd house.The steep stairs were a worry, the floor and beds were clean, but the sinks, mirrors, bathroom and windows were not. Way overpriced. Just make sure any booking you make is in the front house.
• Liam (9/5): Kumamoto city trip - Excellent communication from the owner, google translate was required if you dont speak Japanese but he was friendly, helpful and fast to respond. He allowed us to check in early and the house is well located with easy transport links to the center of town. The house is very large and has all the facilities you need including air conditioning and a large balcony with city views. I would stay again, it was excellent value for money!

• Hashim (8/5): Great stay for a large group of friends or a family. - The inside of the house is beautiful. The main rooms on the lower floors were excellently clean, especially the tatami room. The kitchen was nice and spacious, and for a group of seven, that was great to have. The shower was nice and had very strong pressure. More beds for the pillows would be nice, couples who stayed in the same beds with each other struggled having to share one pillow. Also, the metal doors outside the windows impacted most of our ability to sleep.
