• pedrams (10/5): Top Unterkunft, sehr gemütlich und sauber! - Sehr schönes, komfortabeles und sauberes Appartement mit einem schönen Pool auf dem Dach. Die Küchenausstattung kann noch etwas aufgestockt werden. Mehr Schneebesen, Toaster, große Schalen, mehr Besteck.

• Colin (9/5): - Rooftop pool area was beautiful and lovely to watch the sunset from. Apartment was clean, well specced and lovely and cool thanks to a/c. Ideal location too. We walked to supermarkets within 10 minutes and it's a short Uber ride away from Zadar old town. Very minor but no instructions for any devices means we had to learn as we went. Also could do with some more utensils in kitchen. Scissors for example!
• Naomi (9/5): Lovely - Excellent modern apartment with fully equipped kitchen and lovely hot showers. We loved sitting out on the little balcony - which was necessary as the pool area was a bit busy! Lidl is just round the corner which was super convenient Pool is very small and too busy in the day! We still got a swim in in the late afternoon
• Kris (10/5): A luxury stay - A nice apartment, stylish designed. A large balcony. You had two bathrooms and a wash machine, everything you need. We didn t see the host, but the check in was easy! The swimming pool was nice with free sun beds, the water a little bit cold. /
• Damien (10/5): Lieu parfait pour découvrir la Croatie - Bien situé, très propre et spacieux avec un quartier calme. Le parfum d'ambiance. La piscine sur le toit est vraiment appréciable. La douche à l'italienne est vraiment parfaite. Proche des commerces idéal pour faire des courses d'appoint. L'hôte est vraiment accueillant avec de bons conseils pour les visites. Merci pour tout. Manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine comme un éplucheur et un saladier par exemple.
• Catrina (10/5): Fantastic family holiday. Would go again. - Lovely, modern, well equipped luxury apartment. The terrace and poll were great. The owner Edo was lovely and helpful. Local supermarket (Lidl) was a 10 minute walk for food shopping. Uber around €5 to get into town. Location a wee bit “industrial”, but easy taxi ride into town, and you can see the sea from the balcony. No instruction manuals, so had to look up online.

• Lidia (10/5): great and beautiful - very clean, and new. supermarket 10 minutes walk. 10 minutes by car to sea organ and town center. floor in shower was very slippery so put something down for kids.
• Laura (10/5): Gorgeous apartment, lovely location. Perfect for our holiday! - Gorgeous spacious apartment! Nice to be slightly out the centre as it was so quiet. Fab pool on the roof top with loads of sun beds and space. There was no guide or Instructions on how to use appliances (such as oven and microwave) Also, only AC in the living spaces, not in the bedrooms which made it quite uncomfortable to sleep. Few of us slept on the sofa for coolness.
• Paul (10/5): A truly fantastic apartment - The apartment was everything we could have hoped for and more. It was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped with TVs in every room and a modern kitchen and bathroom. The pool is fabulous with great views and the rooftop area had chairs, sunbeds and a parasol so that it could be used throughout the day (we seemed to be the only other guests during our stay so we had exclusive use). The games room located in the basement is great too: pool, table football, table tennis and darts (with electronic counter). The apartment's location is about 3km from Zadar Old Town which made it quiet (there are supermarkets, a bakery and a couple of restaurant bars nearby) but it was just €5-6 in a taxi to of the centre of the city so we had no issues getting about. We did a couple of excursions (one to the islands via boat and one to Nin via taxi) and the apartment is well placed for dozens of other attractions. Our online contacts Andrej and Ana provided useful tips for car and bike hire and local resident Endo was always on hand to help us around the apartment (he even gave us a lift to town and organised our taxi to the airport on our last day). It was a truly fantastic apartment and we thoroughly recommend it. These are very minor 'would likes' rather than complaints but it would have been nice to have some instruction manuals for the boiler, the lighting, the air con and the kitchen appliances but we did work most things out (with some help from Andrej).

• Stephen (10/5): A fantastic stay! - The apartments are spacious, clean, modern and very comfortable. The owners are helpful and friendly when you need them. We had a great time there and hope to come back one day.
