• Andrea (1/5): - 1. Accoglienza: Siamo arrivati alle 13 e non ci è stato permesso nemmeno di lasciare i bagagli. Dopo un'ora di attesa fuori con la spesa e le valigie, ci ha fatto entrare solo alle 16, dopo che una signora, chiamata all’ultimo momento, ha fatto una pulizia approssimativa. 2. Igiene assente: Lasciamo stare la pulizia generale, ma vi dico solo che sulle lenzuola “pulite” c’erano macchie marroni. Inaccettabile. 3. Letto da incubo: Il divano letto era una vera e propria trappola mortale. Due brandine degli anni ‘60, logore e malridotte, erano attaccate tra loro con stecche rotte che crollavano al primo peso. Durante la prima notte, ci siamo ritrovati con il sedere per terra e la testa sul cuscino, mentre il materasso si deformava sotto di noi come un relitto di un naufragio. Ogni movimento era un rischio: il rumore delle stecche che scricchiolavano faceva venire i brividi. Nonostante le nostre richieste di assistenza, il proprietario ha ignorato completamente le nostre lamentele, lasciandoci a dormire tra i mobili della cucina e la spazzatura. La mattina seguente, ci siamo svegliati con dolori ovunque e un senso di disperazione, costretti a convivere con un "letto" che sembrava un campo di battaglia. Una vera esperienza da incubo! 4. Bagno inutilizzabile: L’acqua usciva a fatica e diventava freddissima dopo la prima doccia. Incredibile. 5. Incontri sgradevoli: Per concludere in bellezza, abbiamo trovato una blatta mentre uscivamo. Un vero tocco di classe. 6. Maniglia del portone: e come se non bastasse, la maniglia del portone di ingresso era un capolavoro di ingegneria fallita. Ogni volta che aprivamo la porta, rimaneva regolarmente in mano, come se fosse un souvenir da portare via.

• Gianluca (1/5): Bad - Very poor for cleanliness (the main entrance and the staircase full of dead insects), open condoms under the bed, a nightmare to find a parking place (closed area to cars almost the whole day).

• Izabella (9/5): great location, even better hosts! - the hosts were amazing, and the apartment was perfect size for 2 people. the hot water stopped working on the 5th day, but didn’t bother us too much.
• Alena (9/5): Superb - The location of the accommodation in the historic center and historic house is great! Mario and Laura are very pleasant, welcoming, we thank them very much for the possibility of earlier check in and late check out. The double bed was very comfortable, the apartment had everything we needed, it corresponds to the photos in the offer. Really satisfied!!
