• Genti (6/5): Got the space but needs some work - Space was good, amneties all there. 1. It needs a thorough clean-up. Whoever cleaning it, is just ticking a box and not really caring. 2. It's in the ground floor with no soundproofing at all. Single glaze windows, a metal door... Whatever happens outside, you hear it inside. 3. Very uncomfortable beds. I get the living room couches, fine. But the double mattress in the bedroom... man, can't recal a worse one in the past 20 years.
• Sean (7/5): OK, but getting in was a hassle - Owner does not know his address!!!Real address is Carrer MARQUES DE MONTORTAL 23. [above the door] We had to wait in hot sun as we went to the address listed on web site which was incorrect. ] Owner did not communicate effectively--he had the wrong address and, when called he just spoke very fast and, basically, made no real effort to communicate--he just kept shouting very fast. I hung up and his manager showed up and let us in...A real pain. Try listing the correct street and number!

• Bogdanium (10/5): Good quality price ratio - Very good location, immediate easy access to bus to center. Supemarkets, grocery, pastry shops a few minutes away. Fellix the host is very kind and helpfull. The apartment is located at ground floor, at street level, sometimes a bit noisy in the morning.
• Raichel (1/5): Huge bugs in the bathroom- Gandaci imensi in baie - Dupa ce am vazut in baie cei mai mari gândaci din viața mea, nimic! Vacanta noastra a fost distrusa. Nothing, after sawing in the bathroom the largest bugs ever. It ruines our vacantion. Horrible experience! On the first evening, huge bugs ( around 5 cm) came from a crack on the bathroom ceiling .My husband had to kill them as they were crowling on the walls and floor, he counted 18. The owner came after one hour while we with my children were terrified. He sealed the crack, but after that another huge bug appeared on the floor. The next evening, another bug appeared on the room were the children slept. We found at arrival the apartment dirty, it wasn't vacuumed, there was hair and crumbs on the floor.

• Iwona (7/5): comfortable and very well connected to the city centre - The apartment was really spacious with big, well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms.. The kitchen would benefit from addition of a small pan or saucepan . We liked the towels which were nice, thick and of good quality. The surrounding area was quiet and pleasant. It had few nice places to eat, shops and cafes and was really well connected to the city centre, The Old Town by bus 6 &16 and to Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. The apartment wasn’t easy to find. We had eventually managed to locate it but required few instructions from the owner. The light in the kitchen was “laboratory” bright, unfortunately there was no other option. The bathrooms didn’t have any bin and would benefit from provision of shower mat. The bed had one very long pillow which was difficult to arrange for two people. We would have preferred two separate pillows. The wardrobe in the bedroom is really old and not in good state. Overall the apartment was a good choice and good value for money but could do with a few finishing decoration touches and provision of earlier mentioned items which I believe would make it much more attractive and comfortable
• Dmytro (9/5): will come back :) - Appartment is located close to the bus no. 6 station. It takes around 15-20 minutes by walk to get to the centre. Host has provided all info regarding location and details of the entry. Appartment is clean , comfortable, equiped with all required for life. 2 toilets, large kitchen, tv room , bed room. Shops are in a cloxe proximity. all was good.
