• ROSA ANA (9/5): - El piso es muy amplio y cómodo. El hecho de que tenga plaza de garaje es un plus bastante importante. El personal fue muy amable y la ubicación es estupenda.

• Hilary (10/5): Comfortable apartment in great location. - The apartment is in a great location, close to the old town, with lots of restaurants and 2 big supermarkets within easy walking distance. We had everything we needed. The washing machine/dryer and dishwasher were appreciated. The underground car park is a huge plus. Nothing.

The apartment is very modern, well equipped and within walking distance of everything. Check in was easy. We would definitely recommend and would stay again

• Aleš (10/5): - The apartment is in an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the Puerto de la Cruz seafront. It is very well equipped: air conditioning and TV in every room (living room and both bedrooms), washing machine, dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen, a nice bathroom, and plenty of space. The stay was truly comfortable — even though we were four people, it never felt cramped. Communication with the host was easy. He welcomed us upon arrival and gave us the keys to both the apartment and the garage, where you can park your car (which is essential if you're driving, as public parking spots are usually full). Every day we received helpful tips on sights, day trips, and restaurants. The hosts really go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay – and we did. We’ll definitely come back. Puerto de la Cruz is a lovely town, especially in summer, as it’s a bit cooler than the south. /

• Tim (8/5): Nice, modern apartment conveniently placed to explore Puerto de la Cruz. - Lovely clean apartment with lots of space and light. Nice location near the centre of town. Handy underground parking. Highchair provided on request. Lovely big TV for relaxing in the evenings. Dani was our contact and he was super friendly on arrival, very responsive throughout the stay, answering queries promptly and was really helpful with recommendations. Checking out was not very easy and the procedure should be clarified a little - we were told to leave our keys in the flat, but you need them to exit the building / car park. This was a bit stressful at the end of the stay as we couldn't figure out how to do it! Again, Dani would have helped us if we needed it but we managed by holding the door open and double parking in the street, but would have been impossible if we had been on our own. Washing machine was a bit difficult to use and couldn't stop cycle in the middle so had to leave things in the dryer longer than we wanted to. Not many places to hang up towels - the towel rail in the listing pictures in the bathroom did not exist in real life. Some minor inconveniences but overall a lovely stay.

Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to cook, two large supermarkets are just around the corner. Smart TV in every room, beds are very comfortable.

• Ana (9/5): Superb - Apartment is really comfortable, specious and functional, pitty it doesn have terrace or any view. Beds are comfortable, kitchen fully eqipped, internet connection very good. What makes it a gem is a location, in city center few min walk to anything of a interest and it has it's own private parking, which is precious. You will have everything in a comfort of your own home, very cosy. Recommend it! All was perfect!
