- Annet (9/5): Fijn appartement op goede lokatir - Heel fijn appartement, schoon, ruim, heel goed gelegen. Wij hadden fietsen waarmee we langs de zee naar het centrum konden fietsen. Alles was aanwezig, zelfs een Nespresso apparaat met enkele cups. Supermarkt waar alles te koop is, ligt op loopafstand. Wij hadden graag gebruik gemaakt van de tuin.

La ubicación cerca de la playa, la facilidad para aparcar. La comodidad de la cama, y sobre todo la ausencia de ruidos. Nos marchamos con ganas de repetir.

- Roberto (9/5): Muy buena opción para alojarse en Santander - Son apartamentos muy acogedores, limpios y bien situados para ir a la zona del Sardinero, para el centro hay que andar un poco más pero por el túnel de Pombo se llega rápido. El anfitrión nos conectó la calefacción antes de la llegada para que tuviéramos buena temperatura desde el primer momento. El desagüe de la ducha no tragaba lo suficiente para el agua que da el grifo y si lo abrías mucho se acababa "desbordando". Era cuestión de regularlo, nada más.

Llegamos en un autobus que se puede coger al lado de las estaciones de tren y autobus, que nos paró a pocos metros del alojamiento. Está en una zona residencial y tranquila, por lo que apenas hay ruido y se puede descansar sin problema. A poca distancia hay servicios como supermercados o restaurantes. El apartamento estaba impecable, está decorado con mucho gusto y la cocina bien equipada. Viajábamos con un bebé y nos han ofrecido cuna y trona. Además, todos los detalles de cortesía que han dejado son de agradecer. Nos ha encantado.

- John (10/5): Very comfortable and great location - Great location a block from the seafront esplanade, with friendly taverns and restaurants within that same Bock. All city bus lines stop just around the corner. I had a downstairs studio with a table and chairs in the back garden for my morning coffee. Kitchen and bath both modern. Room darkening curtains all round. Very pleasant. Because of humidity, I had some problem getting the AC set to right temp. But it is a modern, easy to use system with good ventilation

The apartment was in a great location near the beach, a supermarket, great restaurants and 20 min walk to the shopping precinct down town. What more do you need? - The location is superb - only steps from El Sardinero beach and two blocks from a supermarket and even a bit of a sea view. We stayed for a week and worked from the apartment. The kitchen had everything needed for us to cook our own meals. The apartment is light and bright with excellent decor. They even installed the warm LED's to make the atmosphere more cozy. The beds and pillows were superb. There was a nice desk for working remotely. Though it was a bit chilly outside at night the apartment was very cozy and warm, without any need to turn on the heat. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and answering our questions. I was skeptical of the 9+ rating but it is so well deserved. Nothing.
