• Ursula (9/5): - Lage, Ausstattung Die Wohnung sollte um 16:00 über geben werden, was ja ohnehin schon relativ spät ist, bekommen haben wir sie allerdings erst deutlich später.

• Maria Ines (10/5): - Excelente ubicación, muy cómodo. La vez que necesitamos comunicarnos por el ingreso fue rápido y sin inconveniente. Gracias por dejar jabón para el lavarropas y lavavajillas. El baño principal tenía el techo con humedad y también tenía olor a humedad. La mesa y el sillón tenían tierra. Le faltaba una pasada de trapito.
• Sheriann (7/5): Not a basketball fan! - Nice kitchen, 3 good beds, fairly good location for walking around the city Difficult to arrive by car, hard to park, hard to drop off. Apartment is attached to a school sport area where students played basketball and handball for hours all day and evening beginning at 7am! It was loud. The bouncing balls sound like hammering. Shower drain was very slow, resulting in backwashing. It's very dark inside, only way to get light is to watch student basketball.

Además éramos cinco adultos y hubo que hacer uso del sofá cama y este no tenía disponible una buena almohada al igual que ropa de abrigo. Pero en definitiva el apartamento tiene una estupenda ubicación y muy cómodo en su uso. Muchísimas gracias.

• Tulio Miguel (10/5): Excelente e recomendo - De tudo, limpeza, localização com transporte e muitos serviços nos arredores e perto dos pontos principais de Sevilha. Não tenho nada a dizer.
• De la Montagne (8/5): - uitrusting van het appartement is zeer compleet. Supermarkt zit beneden om de hoek. In de buurt verschillende restaurants. Prima locatie aan de rand van het centrum. De douche in de grote badkamer stroomt snel over (met een hogere rand bij de douchebak zou dat misschien verholpen kunnen worden). Naast het appartement ligt een sportveldje waar scholen overdag gebruik van maken. Dat is erg hoorbaar.

• Olivia (10/5): Propre, confortable et idéalement placé - L'appartement est parfait avec 1 chambre parentale et 1 chambre avec lits jumeaux, placards à disposition. SDB très bien avec linge de toilette. La cuisine est très bien équipée, vous aurez de quoi cuisinez si vous le souhaitez. Le lieu est calme, en retrait de la rue. L'emplacement est très bien, proche du centre à pieds, à 2min des vélos à louer et 13min du stop du bus EA (stop Marques de paradas) en venant de l'aéroport. On reviendra :-) Rien, bonne literie, bonne communication avec les propriétaires.

• gabriele (8/5): Buona struttura con alcuni punti deboli - abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti (sabato e domenica) ed è una buona soluzione per Siviglia, la posizione è ottima per visitare la città. l'appartamento si presenta con un reparto giorno ben disposto mentre le camere sono sacrificate Abbiamo parcheggiato dove ci è stato consigliato dall'host (200 mt dalla struttura) e per 45 ore abbiamo speso la modifica cifra di € 76. Sarebbe stato carino se l'host ci avesse avvisato anche del costo (per me errore imperdonabile). Segnaliamo inoltre che la struttura è adiacente ad un istituto scolastico e che la mattina dalle 7.30 c'è un baccano incredibile ( l'abbiamo provato il lunedì mattina)

• Dang7 (10/5): An inspired choice - Well located and spacious (two bedrooms, two baths, living with kitchen and dinning). Air conditioning in every room. It was not necessary to use it (being the beginning of October), but we appreciated it. The hosts are very responsive. It seems hidden, but with Google Maps you can easily reach the entrance.
• Anna (9/5): Spacious for 4 adults, great location - The apartment is in a great location and is clean, comfortable, and spacious for 4 adults. We walked a bit further from the apartment to get a taxi as it is slightly hidden. There is a grocery store nearby and a charming plaza. There are 2 bathrooms, although the sink in one of the bathrooms is just for washing hands (very small). The washing machine was useful. We stayed on the first floor. There is no elevator so keep this in mind. Hosts were responsive to concerns. Highly recommend this place.
