Tam pačiam pastate yra maisto prekių parduotuvė ir kelios kavinukės ir barai šalia. Butas septintame aukšte, kiek keistokas liftas, bet pasinaudojus pirmą kartą pripranti. Viduje labai jauku ir švaru, miegamąjame plati dvigulė lova, televizorius, spinta išėjimas į balkoną, svetainėje išskliedžiamoji sofa, didelis valgomasis stalas, televizorius, taip pat yra išėjimas į balkoną. Virtuvė maža, bet joje rasite viską ko reikia maisto gamybai ir patiekimui. Vonia/dušas ir tualetas viename, su visomis higienos priemonėmis.

• Nathalie (8/5): Zentrale Situierte Wohnung mit moderne Ausstattung - Lage, sehr näh von der U-Bahn und direkt mit Bus 100 vom Flughafen : Freundlichkeit der Besitzer, preis Verhältnis super keine Küchentücher, keine Badematte, wenig Löffeln und keine Backrohr Handschuhe. Es fehlt auch Schüssel für Müsli

• Marinela (9/5): Great location, comfortable apartment. - The property is in great location, close to the Old Town, close to airport. The flat is nice and clean, comfortable bed, nice bed sheets. A small kitchen that has almost everything that you need. The host is very friendly and helpful, he answered to our text messages promptly and offered advice/ help. I would happily come at stay again in this apartment. The downs about this property are the following: 1. The hot water takes ages to warm up, and even after 10 min of waiting the water is not that hot. I do not think the host can do anything about this matter as it’s a general building water boiler. 2. The heating is for the whole building too so it is only going to work if outside is a bit colder for a few days on a row. However, has reversible AC and you can heat up the place with it. 3. There was no bath matt provided, and no kitchen towels.

• Athina (7/5): Central, comfortable stay for 2 people yet somewhat overpriced for the offering - Very central location, bright flat overlooking the boulevard, good amenities provided in the flat - toiletries, coffee pods, complimentary bottle of wine. The hot water can take really long to come, resulting to great water waste, and the water temperature is not stable either. I appreciate it may be a communal district heat issue yet still worth noting. Would also be handy if there were some options to store luggage somewhere before/after check in/out.
• Adrian (10/5): Cazare perfecta pentru zona centrala a orasului. - Este pentru a 2 a oara cand rezerv acest apartament si pot spune ca totul este conform asteptarilor. Data trecuta le-am sugerat sa lase o sticla de apa plata in frigider pentru cei care ajung si se pare ca au ascultat. Am consumato dar am si cumparat alta la schimb, pentru urmatorul client. Sper ca cei care vor mai rezerva sa procedeze la fel. Nu am nimic de obiectat.

• Daniar (7/5): It's a nice stay overall, although it needs some improvements - The location of this apartment is very nice, just 20mins walk from the old town, very convenient while still being in a quiet neighborhood where you can sleep peacefully at night. The apartment itself is clean and well equipped with everything you need during your stay The bed was quite stiff. The warm water in the shower took a long time to heat up, which was a bit inconvenient. Although the apartment has a bathtub, the faucet to fill it doesn't work, so only the shower head can be used. Check in process could also be improved. The host did send clear photos via WhatsApp showing the location of the key's lockbox, however there was no mention of the code needed to unlock the box, how to open the gate, the apartment floor, or the apartment number. Providing clear, step by step instructions before checking in would be very helpful. I had to check the wifi router to check the name and password of the wifi, would be better if it was clearly written somewhere more accessible Lastly, the listing mentioned that a bottle of wine would be included, but it wasn't provided. It's not a big issue, but updating the amenities list to match what's actually offered would be appreciated. Despite these minor issues, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the quiet location and clean environment
• Badileanu (9/5): Enjoyable stay in a Comfortable and modern apartment with a great host - Very good location and excellent host!! we enjoyed the view and the balconies and appreciated the peace and quiet, due to great windows and no traffic noise We liked everything! And all you need is there minus a toaster but everything else has been provided
• Arik (5/5): Passable - LOCATION WE WERE 3 AND ONLY ONE BED AND SOFA , THE APPARTMENT WAS ON THE 7TH FLORE AND THE ELEVATOR WAS ALLWAYS STUCK ON THE GROUND FLOR , SO EVERY TIME WE WENT OUT , WE NEEDED TO GO DOWN 7 FLORS BY THE STAIRS , NOT A NICE WAY TO START YOUR DAY , AT THE LAST DAY, I HADE TO GO DOWN TO THE LOBBY TO RELESE THE .ELEVADTOR , SO I CAN COME UP TO THE APPARTMENT TO TAKE THE BAGS
