• Samuel (9/5): Will be returning next year if not sooner! - Multiple pool options so can find quieter ones or other with more a more vibey environment. Great breakfast buffet and the service from the staff was fantastic. Construction was on going during our stay but understand that green season is most common for work to be done.
• Nicole (10/5): Paradise in Phuket - The property was like paradise. Huge rooms, private balconies, and western style bathrooms. With four pools and a beach front restaurant, it was an incredibly relaxing stay. There is even a quiet library. It would be great if there were ceiling fans on the balconies. Summer is incredibly humid, so being able to sit on the balcony under a fan would have been perfect.

Unsure how but we only ate at resort, met others who also got sick, they believe it may have been breakfast.

• Naomi (8/5): - We liked being right at the beach, the pool areas, with enough sunbeds for everyone. Great breakfast, and good restaurant. Area is good, lots of restaurants and shopping area can be reached by foot. The room was well equipped, the balcony was nice and big. The staff was friendly. Our room was on the third floor and the steps of the stairs are very irregular in height, making it a tripping hazard. There are many unannounced small steps on which we hammered our toes. It should be highlighted to avoid accidents. Breakfast area can get very crowded and loud.

• Marc (9/5): Top Hotel , Top Management! - Uns hat wirklich Alles gefallen. Super Zimmer mit Blick auf das Meer . Ein breit gefächertes Frühstück mit sehr aufmerksamen Angestellten . Es waren Alle durchweg sehr freundlich , man hat die Gastfreundschaft sehr genossen. Ein großes Lob verdient der Julian ! Er war jederzeit als Ansprechpartner für uns zur Stelle und hat uns eine wundervolle Tour in Phuket zusammengestellt. Egal bei welchem Problem oder Frage , Julian hatte immer ein offenes Ohr und war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden.

• JoaoP (8/5): Hotel com localização excelente - Já é a 4º vez que fico neste hotel sempre que vou a Kamala. A localização é excelente. Em cima da praia, perto da vila e bem perto de restaurantes e bares para se distrair á noite. O pequeno almoço é bastante variado e de excelente qualidade. As piscinas são um sonho e sempre limpas. A simpatia dos funcionários é algo que gostaria de salientar. A primeira vez que estive neste hotel foi em 2009 e fiquei encantando com a simpatida do staff, passados tantos anos é bom ver que as coisas não mudaram e que temos sempre o sorriso tailandes presente. Alguns quartos necessitam de serem renovados, existe um cheiro constante a mofo. Os colchões já deram o que tinham a dar, fazem covas o que não são nada confortáveis.

But no one listens and no one enforces the peoblem.so good luck hetti g a seat near the pool unless u wake up put your towel on a chair then go eat breakfast and return 3 hours later. You cannot smoke on your balcony either. Instead you have to go to a smoking.g area right next to the breakfast buffet and restaurant.

• JAMES (7/5): While the location was brilliant and we enjoyed the adults only hotel we would not stay here again. Our suite was outdat - The grounds were beautiful. The pool areas were very nice and clean. It was in close proximity to the beach, bars and restaurants. The views from our balcony were stunning especially at sunset. We booked a junior suite which was very expensive only to find it really old fashioned. The best thing about the kitchen/ dining area was the huge fridge. There were fitted cupboards galore but the overhead cupboards were inaccessible due to the height of them. The wardrobe was the same ,we came to the conclusion that the builders were either incredibly tall or they used ladders. It wasn’t worth the money we paid. We also had to push for someone to come in and fix the air conditioning unit, twice.

The property is an older style and is showing its age. The lifts were a fair way from the rooms. Lots of steep stairs and tripping hazards.

• MICHAEL (8/5): Excellent midvtier option with excellent location - Excellent location and grounds were beautiful staff went above and beyond to try to please. Breakfast was good with lots of selections. Had live entertainment some nights. Beds very comfortable. Rooms need some work on the maintenance side and AC unit was very loud and hard to control. The pool card situation leaves a lot to be desired. Open late/ close early. As the stay progressed more kids were visible on adult only side- very loud and boisterous. Need to do better job controlling that. No hot tub, steam bath or sauna hurt the score. No Beach chairs for hotel guests.

Polecam. Jedyny problem to malutkie gryzace muszki i komary, ale dalo sie przezyc. W wielu hotelach jest ten sam problem a mianowicie brak instrukcji obslugi klimatyzacji. Informacja ktora znajduje sie na pilocie NIE ZAWSZE LUB JEST CZESCIOWO WIDOCZNA nam mowi co nalezy przycisnac aby zmienic kierunek i sile nawiewu i temp. Gdyby byly male karteczki z instrukcja obslugi wiszace na scianie przy pilocie turysci poradziliby sobie sami nie szukajac kogos z obslugi .
• Klaus (8/5): Ideal für ein finales, entspannendes Stopover vor dem Rückflug. - Das Sunprime erfüllt hohe Ansprüche und bietet sehr gute Standards. Das Zimmer war perfekt mit großen komfortablen Betten und sehr guter Aircon. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr gut und vielfältig. Das Sunprime liegt direkt am pulsierenden Kamala Beach und man kann nach Belieben zwischen Pool und Strand hin- und herpendeln. Der Nachtmarkt (Do und Fr) ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, also quasi vor der Haustür. Das Personal ist freundlich und kompetent. Der Weg von unseren Zimmern zum Strand führte durch die komplette weitläufige Anlage und war entsprechend weit. Das Hotel-Restaurant ist deutlich teurer als die umliegenden Restaurants "draußen". Mir persönlich war der Strand ein wenig zu voll.

• Joerg (10/5): Einfach tolles Hotel mit nahem Strand - Frühstück und Abendessen mit Aussicht auf das Meer, sehr vielfältiges Frühstücksangebot auch mit lokalemn Spezialitäten, Pool, Zimmer und Anlage waren sehr sauber und ruhig. Am Pool gab es klare Regeln, die eine Liegenreservierung schon früh morgens verhinderten. Die Klimaanlage war leise aber leistungsstark, tolle Aussicht vom Balkon auf den Pool. In unserem Zimmer ging eine Schiebetür nicht und den Fernseher habe ich auch nicht in Gang bekommen, eine Seite des Bettes war schon etwas durchgelegen, das waren aber nur Kleinigkeiten.

• Michael (8/5): - Sehr viele Pools und Liegeplätze zur Auswahl. Die Anlage und die Zimmern waren sehr sauber. Das Essen und vor allem die Cocktails an den Bars sind wirklich verbesserungsbedürftig. Ich zahle gerne einen höheren Preis für gute Qualität aber außerhalb der Anlage hab man um weniger Geld um einiges Besseres bekommen.

• Robert (10/5): On the beach 🏖️ - The property and gardens were extensive and so well kept , the staff always had a smile on their face and were so friendly and welcoming ! Especially Ton at the beach/pool bar ! The location is spot on for bars, cafes etc and directly onto the beach ! Also to the front of the property is only 100yds to the night market ( check which nights) A small gripe but not a problem was the beds are a little hard ! And the sunbeds would have towels removed before 10am if you left them for 15 mins ! Which really didn’t give you enough time for a coffee or for breakfast! I fully support the idea of not letting people save beds but 15 mins is a bit of a joke and some guest were truly not happy having their stuff removed especially when there was so many other beds not taken !

Не понравилось питание, которое крайние года три - все хуже и хуже. В остальном, все хорошо! Питание!!! После пандемии, все хуже и хуже. В один из дней, специально пошлии поесть за пределы отеля, так как ассортимент еды был не очень. Ассортимент оскуднел и качество пищи - тоже,особенно ужины! Я в предыдущих отзывах(крайние два года) уже писал об этом, но наверное администрацию это сильно не волнует! Зря! Обратите на это внимание! Оценку из-за этого и снизил...
• marfuwwa80 (9/5): - Отель 16+- для нас уже плюс)) Большие номера, большой холодильник. Отличный завтрак на любой вкус Красивая зелёная территория, много бассейнов. Заселили в 10 утра! Персонал на ретсепшен очень вежливый и внимательный. Расположение отеля прекрасное, в самом центре пляжа Начнём с того, что номер делюкс с видом на бассейн был лишь слегка с видом...больше на угол дома и дико шумную вентиляционную шахту. В момент сильного дождя мы укрылись в ресторане отеля. Сперва людей было немного, нам принесли меню, но просидев так 30 минут, заказ никто так и не собирался принимать у нас. Я позвала 2 раза официантку, она кивнула головой и проигнорировала. Пришлось устроить разборки с менеджером ресторана. ( Нам было сказано, что ресторан не справляется с наплывом гостей. Что? У вас огромный отель и 2 ресторана...так нужно держать марку или нет? Имейте ввиду, что отель на 90% из немецких пенсионеров.

• Gordon (8/5): Ideal location to explore and relax. - Location, right in the beach. Staff excellent. Very large, our room was near reception , along way from beach. Pool view very limited.
• John (9/5): Great place to stay with plenty of facilities - Second time we have stayed here and it remains an excellent choice, with easy access to the beach and also to other parts of the town. Big room with all the usual facilities including a very large fridge. Concierge able to organise transport, etc., if you want to visit sites on the island (we went in to Phuket city one evening). Staff all very friendly and helpful. Didn't eat at night in either of the restaurants as there are many beachside food places and bars within a couple of minutes walk all serving good food. Breakfast options had a very large choice available including freshly cooked egg based dishes. Four good sized pools plus fitness / gym facilities – my wife participated in the daily aqua aerobics sessions and commented how good they were. Also good to see they followed through on promises to remove towels placed on sunbeds before 10am!.
