• Robert (8/5): Conveniently located, excellent value, friendly staff! - Breakfast was great!! The location was perfect for us, right across the street from our appointment. The staff was very friendly. Restaurants close-by within walking distance. Cute pool area!

• Anonymous (1/5): This is probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at - The toilet didn’t work correctly, shower head didn’t work correctly, the WiFi didn’t reach the room so I had to stand by the door whenever I needed a signal. Breakfast was supposed to be at 8 and they didn’t have any when I went up, I ended up just going to a pharmacy to get breakfast. Thankfully I only stayed for 2 days

• Emily (9/5): We loved this hotel - it was a great option for the price and we would be happy to return in the future. - This is a great location! There were lots of things to love: the room was large, my kids loved the pool, the breakfast each morning was simple but good. The rooms were cleaned well each day. The internet was fast and reliable. The staff are great- super friendly and helpful.
• Stanislav (8/5): Very good - A classic, simple hotel in Mexican style. Basic amenities, but clean and cozy. The room is located next to the pool equipment room. Noise from the pump starts early in the morning and continues until late in the evening.

• Melike (5/5): Enough for just 2 days - Near to Cancun center, there is always good coffee;) The rooms which dont have windows have so much humidity, but the ones have balcony is good
• Emily (9/5): Great stay and staff, location a little far though - Staff were lovely, was a lovely stay and would definitely come back! The location is quite far away from both the city centre and the beach.

• Paulina (8/5): Very good - Place looks very cute. Colorful, nice decos. Pool also on the plus tho we didn't use the outside area much, because of terrible weather. Mattress was comfortable. Nice for short stays. Breakfast was not great, very artificial juice. Towels weren't ready at our check in. Only top light available in the room.
• Sab01 (5/5): Basic accommodation - Location was good, close to banks Unclean floors, found ants and bugs in the room and on the bed, a very basic breakfast. for the price I paid it was basic.
• Alessandro (8/5): Nice - The breakfast buffet was quite simple, but effective. There is a water dispenser at the reception, useful! Also a microwave and some herbal teas. Low sound isolation of the rooms, I could hear the neighbor a bit too much... The last day the light went out and the water stopped working, apparently not in all rooms, fortunately I had already showered and I checked out.
• Luis (4/5): Disappointing - Decent location to the mall. I would like for them to better dehumidify the room it was moist and smelled like wet dog. There was a ton of dead ants as well as live ones crawling all over the walls in the restroom and toilet. As well the toilet paper on the wall and even ones that managed to commit suicide in the toilet. Very sad 😔
