• Henry (10/5): Wunderschöne Auszeit direkt am Meer - Wir haben uns im Sitia Beach Apartment von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, komfortabel und angenehm großzügig geschnitten. Man merkt an vielen kleinen Details, wie viel Mühe sich hier gegeben wurde. Die Ausstattung ist modern und hochwertig. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist natürlich etwas sehr Besonderes und auch gute Restaurants sind problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und haben sich sehr um unser Wohl gekümmert. Besonders in Erinnerung bleiben uns die vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten – das war wirklich nicht selbstverständlich und hat den Aufenthalt nochmal extra schön gemacht. Für Kinder gibt es ebenfalls viele Spiele, was für uns ein noch einmal ein Pluspunkt war. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! Nichts :)

• Alexandros (10/5): - Πολύ πρακτικά εξοπλισμένο διαμέρισμα, όμορφα διακοσμημένο και με όλα τα απαραίτητα για μια 4 μελη οικογένεια, όπως η δική μας. Καταπληκτική και φιλόξενη η ιδιοκτήτρια, κυρία Δέσποινα. Σίγουρα θα προτιμήσουμε πάλι το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα, όταν βρεθούμε ξανά στη Σητεια!

• Raphael (9/5): Sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkunft in Sitia. - Die Unterkunft hat wirklich alles was man bei einer Ferienwohnung benötigt und war größtenteils sehr sauber. Es gab viele kleine Aufmerksamkeiten von den Gastgebern und viele tolle Utensilien für unser Baby. Man ist zudem echt schnell an der Strandpromenade von Siteia und mit dem Gratisparkplatz direkt gegenüber kann man die Gegend sehr gut erkunden. Es hat vor allem im Bad muffig gerochen. Falls man beide Schlafzimmer zur Auswahl hat würde ich das ohne Wand zu den Nachbarn nehmen da diese sehr laut spät abends noch Fernsehen.
• Ilias (10/5): Enjoyable and relaxing. - We were met by our host Despoina, on arrival shown the apartment. It is in an excellent location, near waterfront restaurants and cafes, and the beach of course. Breakfast not included as well stocked kitchen in the apartment. There is nothing to not like about the apartment. It is well appointed and maintained as well as being very clean. Plenty of crockery and cutlery for dining. There are cups for tea and coffee, but no mugs. Other than that all very good.

• PETER (10/5): Fantastisch - Heel vriendelijke eigenaars. In het appartement was werkelijk alles voorzien. Heel dicht bij strand en verschillende restaurantjes. Een absolute aanrader. Niets
• Michael (10/5): Beautiful apartment in beautiful Sitia - Everything about the property was great, a wonderful apartment in close proximity to everything. Our hosts Manos and Despoina, were brilliant, very warm and welcoming and hospitable, anything we needed they were there for us, we will revisit Sitia and we will stay here again, I highly recommend Sitia beach apartment There was nothing to dislike, everything was perfect.
• Eirini (10/5): A true gem in the heart of the city. - Fully equipped apartment near the beach! I am not gonna spoil how well organised it was, just find out by yourself. On top of that, very kind and friendly owner. Everything was perfect!

• Daan (9/5): Prachtig ruim appartement op loopafstand van goeie restaurants en een prachtig strand - Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad. Manos en Despoina zijn heel vriendelijk en stonden bij aankomst klaar om het appartement te laten zien. Ze gaven ook tips voor de omgeving. Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien, de koelkast was zelfs met basis benodigdheden gevuld en er stond zelfgemaakte olijfolie en druiven uit eigen tuin. Manos en Despoina hebben er voor gezorgd dat wij ons welkom voelden. Halverwege ons verblijf kwamen ze nog meer lokale lekkernijen langs brengen en zelfs een verrassing voor onze dochter. Wij komen hier zeker nog een keer terug
• Jana (9/5): schöne FeWo um die Ecke vom Strand - Schöne FeWo mit einer sehr netten Begegnung mit der Vermieterin. Wir waren völlig verblüfft, weil der Kühlschrank mit einigen Getränken für uns zum Verbrauch gefüllt war. Es gab viele kleine Dinge, die den Aufenthalt angenehm gemacht haben - Strandtücher, kostenfreie Kosmetikartikel / Shampoo & Duschbad, kostenfreier öffentlicher Parkplatz vor der Tür, tolle Lage ganz nah am Strand und den Restaurants - so kann man abends ein bisschen bummeln u/o einen Verdauungsspaziergang machen Die Spülmaschine war kaputt - Vermieter informiert, will Abhilfe schaffen Die Klimaanlage im WZ hat nicht funktioniert - bestimmt nur eine Einstellungssache - war aber somit für uns nicht nutzbar Die FeWo hat irgendeinen merkwürdigen Geruch - Feuchtigkeit?

• Stefanos (10/5): Απολαυστική και 10 στα 10 διαμονή ! - Καταπληκτικοί άνθρωποι, εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα, τρομερές παροχές, ότι καλύτερο για να μείνεις στην Σητεία κα να απολαύσεις το μέρος. Super clean, comfortable, τέλεια τοποθεσία, τρομερή ενέργεια, ότι πιο σύγχρονο και ανακαινισμένο. Συγχαρητήρια στους οικοδεσπότες
• Michele (10/5): Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt in komfortabler Wohnung - Sehr gut ausgestattete und komfortable Wohnung mit sehr gut funktionierender Klimaanlage in beiden Schlafzimmern und im Wohnbereich, was angesichts der hohen Temperaturen im Aussenbereich sehr wohltuend war. Man kam sehr gern in die Wohnung zurück. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal, strandnah und fast im Zentrum. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und mit vielen liebevollen Aufmerksamkeiten verwöhnt. Der Kühlschrank war äußerst großzügig mit Getränken gefüllt. Wir bekamen außerdem Trauben aus eigenem Anbau und leckere Backwaren. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wären gerne noch länger geblieben! Absolut empfehlenswert!!

• Angelika (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment that we really loved. Welcome drinks in the fridge, fruits, honey, coffee, sweet treats, can't count them all. Clean, comfy and warm place especially for the winter as windows are in sunny side. Nice balconies, one with side seaview. Very nice bedsheets. Everything just as you want home away from home. The location is close to everything by foot. Easy to park the car. The owners are very nice people, very helpful. Totally recommend it.

• Pekka (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is just like in the pictures, kitchen is very good and has all equipments, new washing machine, nicely furnished and decorated. Location is very good: Near everything and peaceful. Hosts are very nice and generous. There were food and different drinks in the refrigator. Fruits, wine and their own superb olive oil.

• Roger (10/5): Superb apartment, delightful owners, a great place to stay - This is an exceptional apartment. It has been decorated and prepared to a very high standard and is in immaculate condition. Very convenient access with car park about 5 metres away and lift access to the apartment. It is also only about 1 minute walk to the beach front area. Extremely fast WiFi throughout, huge TV with every service and the most welcoming and friendly owners. Really enjoyed our stay here, if we are back in this area we will definitely stay here again There is nothing to dislike
• Susan (9/5): Spacious, modern living in the centre of the town close to all amenities and beachfront. - Everything. This property has recently been renovated to a very high standard. The owners met us at check in time and showed us around the property. Everything that we may have needed for our stay was provided and more. The beds were comfortable. There is a free car park across the road. Several balconies for outside seating and very close to the beach and centre of the town. Large TVs in every room and efficient AC. Very happy would definitely stay again. Nothing.
