The room was lovely and clean, but the communal downstairs area smelled of mould and kitchen was not up to scratch given the photos on booking.com advertised the upstairs kitchen with full cooking potential.

Down to the cost of the room to the beautiful guesthouse that offers so much. The amazing fully equipped kitchen and lovely deck area. I loved the authentic yet modern style the owner has created for guests, also with a few little sentimental touches. I loved the little touch with guest book as well! We were only 1km away from the water falls at Gardner falls and restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. I stayed with family and it was accommodating for all. Honestly a place to go to. I highly recommend and I will definitely be coming back! Peter the owner was very kind and thoughtful also, lovely person to deal with as sometimes with bookings. Especially booking.com interaction can be difficult. Genuinely could not fault it

Glover (9/5): Home from Home - The arrangement of the property. The bedrooms and ensuite are all off a central lounge area. Kitchen area with washing and drying facilities. The place has nice little touches which show the management care about their guests comfort. Also access to a TV that does not require individual registrations. The narrow drive where I carelessly broke my passenger side mirror. The whole region has poor internet access, certainly to Opus.

Google maps takes you to some random place up the road, ensure you check the map before heading there!! The car parks are quite small. The road noise was quite loud, only until about 8pm or so then it was fine.
Kate (9/5): Great Location with everything you need - Location Location Location! The guesthouse is just a short stroll to the main street of Maleny which was fabulous. The room was great and I personally noticed the quality of the linen and towels. Everything we needed for a short stay was available. Great communication prior to arriving and was easy to access. we couldn't access the Wi-Fi although we were provided with Wi-Fi and as login it would kick us out after a few seconds. Wasn't the end of the world was kind of nice to log off for a bit.

The staff and manager were very friendly and helpful. We had to arrive early for a wedding and they allowed us to access the room early to get ready which we appreciated. Nothing. Maybe a few biscuits to have with our tea?

Angela (9/5): Perfect for a romantic anniversary weekend away. - Walked in and definitely had a wow factor, room was spacious and beautifully furnished. It was neat, clean and contained everything we needed for our night away. We were able to bring our dog along which was important for us and not having to sacrifice quality was great. We enjoyed dinner around the corner and if it wasn’t raining we would have had only a few minutes walk. The shower hot with good pressure and the bed comfortable. We definitely want to come again.
