• Anna (10/5): Pobyt udany. Mieszkanie godne polecenia i właściciel bardzo miły - Przestronne, wygodne mieszkanie. Doskonała baza wypadowa. Blisko market Nie sugerować się basenem widocznym na głównym zdjęciu gdyż nie jest on integralną częścią mieszkania. Jest oddalony kilkaset metrów
• Maya Lila (9/5): Lovely host and a lovely home away from home. - Wonderful host, beautiful apartment, very clean, comfortable beds, lots of towels, nice balconies. Very close to a big grocery store, an organic shop and various cafes. Also a park with a playground and turtles nearby that my daughters loved. We arrived late and didn’t get a full introduction with the host, so we had some difficulty figuring out the hot water.
• Ileana (10/5): - Very good location , this place was wanderful , a full size apartment in a residential area from Chania . With nice shop across the road, chemist, coffee shop, restaurants with local food . The apartment itself was immaculate & equipped with everything.. I could live in it for long time ......you can easily reach the beaches (on foot or by bus), the old town, the Venetian harbor with the lighthouse, the maritime museum. .... The owners lived right next door and he was very , very helpful ....
• Mario (10/5): Excellent apartment!Thank you Emmanuel! - The property is located in a central zone of the city of Chania near the city hall. The apartment is close to the main amenities, and there’s no need to use a car to get around Chania. The apartment is well equipped, and its main advantage is the washing machine, which is very useful if you have luggage limitations due to air travel. The owner is very kind and helpful. If I had to mention a small downside, it would be that the bedside tables and the bedroom in general hadn’t been properly dusted.

• Ian (8/5): Lovely quiet location, with good facilities and local supermarket. Very clean and well cared for apartment where everyth - Nice quiet part of Chania and right opposite a great supermarket. Good location to walk into old town of about 15 mins. Only about 10 mins from the new harbour. Difficulty and confusion getting access to the apartment. Turns out there is a key safe on the wall near the front door, but you need to ring Emanuel the owner directly to get the current code. We stood waiting for about 30 mins and after x2 calls to Booking.com to finally be told about the key safe and having to call Emanuel the owner for the key code. On a positive note, Emanuel is absolutely lovely and was apologetic and very helpful in general. Well worth the money.
• Carole (6/5): Extrêmement déçue - Appartement idéalement situé, proche de la vieille ville, commerces juste en face. Différentes lignes de bus. 10 grosses minutes a pied de la piscine, ce qui n’est pas clairement stipule dans l’annoncé. Gros soucis d’évacuation des eaux dans la salle de bain. J’ai du éponger et nettoyer les 5 premiers jours, impossible de prendre les douches les uns apres les autres. Nous sommes partis dormir du coup 3 jours ailleurs, afin de pouvoir nous doucher normalement et profiter a volonté d’une piscine.
• Darya (8/5): - Хороший хозяин, понравились комплекты в виде большой тарелки фруктов и наливки. Кровать удобная, несколько подушек на выбор. Ремонт не свежий, но выглядит не плохо. Аппараты не маленькие и с высокими потолками, что мне лично очень нравится) Бассейн не находится в данном жилом объекте. До него нужно идти минут 10.

• Jonas (10/5): Perfekt läge! - När vi anlände sent på kvällen till denna stora, charmiga och centralt belägna lägenhet i Chania, blev vi varmt välkomnade av vår fantastiskt trevlige värd, Emanuel. Han visade oss runt i en mycket smakfullt inredd och välutrustad lägenhet som snabbt fick oss att känna oss som hemma. Det vi uppskattade allra mest var: • 🗺️ Det perfekta läget – gångavstånd till allt • 🛒 Närheten till mataffären – bokstavligen rakt över gatan • 🌅 Den härliga balkongen – perfekt för frukost eller kvällshäng • 🤝 Emanuel – hjälpsam, tillmötesgående och alltid med ett leende • 🧺 Praktiska faciliteter – som tvättmaskin och annat som underlättade vår vistelse Vi kan varmt rekommendera detta boende till alla som söker komfort, närhet och ett varmt välkomnande i hjärtat av Chania. Vi hade inga problem med det faktum att poolen låg på ett hotell cirka 10 minuters promenad från boendet, det gav oss till och med en trevlig liten utflykt genom området.

Even in the middle of the night. Apartment spotlessly clean, spacious and very comfortable with all we needed including good air con which was a must. Location convenient. No doubt we will be back. Water pressure in shower a bit weak but that is the only thing I can critique and it was not a major issue.

• Daniel (9/5): Superb - Emmanuel was available for check-in very early in the morning. He had provided fruit and drinks which were a life-saver with our kids after a mid-night flight. Emmanuel also let us check out quite late. The apartment was spacious. The pool was beautiful despite being a bit further away. The supermarket, a great cafe and an amazing gyros restaurant are all within meters of the property. The only issue I had was with the pool - it is not on-site. This wasn't clear in the booking information. On booking the property we were told it was only 50m away but we later discovered that the location had moved to about 800m away. The pool is beautiful so we were happy with the final outcome but I think it could have been made clearer from the beginning.

• Torsten (9/5): Clean, large and well equipped apartment in walking distance to Chania‘s old town - Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Our host who lived next door was friendly and communicated well without being intrusive. When there was an issue with the pool access (which is at the hotel across the street), he reacted quickly, found a good solution and provided a nice compensation. We’re a family of four (kids aged 8 & 5) and can recommend this place.
• Caoimhe (10/5): Exceptional stay - This was the best stay ever - we have been lucky enough to travel all over the world and Emmanuel and this property is a stand out for being exceptional. After a long stressful travel day we arrived late at 11pm to a smiling host , water and fruit in the fridge - we knew it would be a great stay. The location is amazing. The pool across the road perfect and the apartment has everything you would ever want. We were sad we couldn’t stay on longer. The host was even kind enough to left us store our luggage as we had a late flight out. I would recommend this property to anyone and we hope to be back in the future N/A
• Trish (10/5): Super spot. Close to town, but not too close. Would def stay here again. - Great location. 10 min walk to the port. Supermarket a few metres away. Swimming pool in hotel Crete Elena, just beside the supermarket. Having a washing machine and clothes line was a real plus. Emmanuel, the host, was v helpful. Would stay here again. All good. Those innocent looking black flies, are a nuisance and do bite!! Keep the doors closed and the repellent nearby!
• Oscar (7/5): I would definitely recommend! - The apartment was really big and lovely and a great location to be. The bed was really comfy. there is a great little veg shop over the road and a supermarket and restaurants/ coffee shops about 1 minute away. Emmanuel was also very helpful and let us leave our luggage at the property after we checked out. The shower was either very hot or cold so kind of frustrating and the WiFi wasn’t very good. one thing to note is that the pool is actually the hotel across the road that you have free access to, it was a great pool though!
• Jeremy (9/5): Wonderful stay in Chania at Aspasia Suite - Manolis, the host, was really helpful, welcoming and gave us nice tips about Chania and Crete. The location was perfect having stores and restaurants close by as well as walking distance from the center. The apartment is big and spacious. The pool was easily accessible from the facing hotel. It was a bit tricky to use the WIFI and the speed wasn't so good. Using personal phone hotspot was more reliable.
