• Cleo (6/5): Simples, calma e tranquila. - Tive uma recepção excelente a chegada por parte dos funcionários. O quarto era grande e espaçoso e a localização era boa mesmo no centro perto dos restaurantes e bares locais. A chegada ao quarto tinha toalhas sujas no chão dos hóspedes anteriores. O quarto estava limpo mas tinha baratas pequenas que andavam no chão durante a noite. O pequeno almoço era muito simples sem muitas opções.

• Bartłomiej (7/5): Fair value for the price! - The 24h reception made it easy to check in and check out. The breakfast was included with some tables on the terrace, offering a nice view over the city and the ocean. The location of the hotel is right in the centre, 5min walk away from the ocean. The breakfast options are the same each day. The room windows oversee the street with the next building right behind it, which requires curtains to be closed for privacy. Also, it could have been better silenced - the noise from the street and other rooms may be disturbing if you need a complete silence to sleep.

• Jens C. (6/5): - Die Lage war perfekt Stadt-nah und auch zu einigen Restaurants. Das Personal ist freundlich. Wirklich sauber gemacht wurde das Zimmer nicht. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse ist zwar schön, aber optimierbar, Marmelade die schon seit Tagen steht, Sonntags noch nicht mal Obst zum Müsli.

• Romero Romero (3/5): NO RECOMIENDO LA ASISTENCIA EN LA 107 - Lo único que me gustó algo fue el desayuno servido con vistas. Arriba en la 6° planta. La ubicación. La atención de un señor que se quedó de guardia en recepción que me prestó un ventilador por que en la habitación no hay aire acondicionado. El servicio de habitaciones fue pésimo. El día que no puse el cartel de NO molestar en la puerta y tenían permiso para entrar a limpiar. Sólo me cambiaron una toalla. A las sábanas de la cama le dieron la vuelta y no las cambiaron. No limpiaron a fondo el baño. En el armario había otras almohadas de repuesto sucias pero con además con manchas. Y las de cama y igual que las sábanas no estaban recién lavadas. La peor habitación en la que he quedado en mi vida. En el primer piso con vistas horribles al patio de luces muy sucio. Encima los colchones eran tan malas que no fui capaz de dormir ni descansar. NO LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE. UNA EXPERIENCIA HORRIBLE.

• John (3/5): Good location, pleasant staff, clean--terrible room, breakfast, and services. - The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the room was very clean. The room was so basic, with zero amenities. No refrigerator or kettle (there was a microwave), so unable to store and prepare own food easily. The shower was very small and the shower head was fixed in place, so no way to step out of the water, and the drain ran slowly so it filled up with water after a few minutes and spilled over. There was no heat or cooling in the room, just a fan you could turn on. The furniture was limited to a small table and no chair. For the free breakfast, it was limited to bread rolls and cold cuts, the same every day.

• Periklis (3/5): - Location During our stay, we discovered bed bugs in the bed when we woke up in the morning. Although we were lucky not to have any bites, it was a serious hygiene issue that made the room feel unsafe to use. We informed the staff and followed up with a written message, but we never received any written response from the property, and the matter remains unresolved. While Booking.com offered some support, we would have expected a more fitting resolution considering the circumstances. We hope the property addresses this issue properly so future guests won’t face the same situation.
• Clemence (3/5): Je ne conseille pas cette hôtel - Sa proximité du centre de Funchal, nous avons réserver le jour J car avion annulé L’odeur de la cigarette dans les couloirs, l’odeur de renfermé dans la salle de bain et dans la chambre, en 4 jours seulement 1 nettoyage de chambre effectué par les services (pas de changement de serviette).

• Alina Elena (10/5): Fully recommend 👌 - The location was perfect. Tania and her colleagues are great people,extremely helpful and very nice to talk to them. I had everything I needed. There is an elevator. The 5th floor was with a nice view, relaxing to be reading in a balcony when it is raining. Overall,I felt very comfortable and relaxed. I can only recommend 👌 this hotel. Of course,it also depends of every person what are they looking for, which are their expectations/requirements and level of acceptance. Breakfast was very simple, but it was good for every start of the day. Thank you 😊! Maybe a bit of variety for breakfast.😊😉

• Daniel M (8/5): Bem no centro da cidade - em geral é um bom alojamento para algumas noites, principalmente para que quer ficar no coração da cidade. Não houve nada que possa dizer que "não gostei", mas existem algumas situações que podem melhorar: considero o preço desajustado para o que oferece, não obstante saber que a media no funchal é muito aproximada ou superior. Existem alguns equipamentos partidos ou a necessitar de remodelação. voltarei com certeza

I taras na 6. piętrze z ładnym widokiem Śniadania bardzo ubogie, dodatkowo raz był spleśniały ser. Pokoje powinnny być lepiej sprzątane. Czuć też specyficzny zapach w pokoju. Okna przy dużym wietrze się ruszają. Nie ma suszarki do włosów.

• Roman (1/5): - Крайне не рекомендую этот отель. Номер был грязный, старый - находиться в нем неприятно. Постоянно стоит сильный запах еды, так как внизу расположен ресторан, и, судя по всему, у них общая вытяжка — весь запах поднимается прямо в номер. Кроме того, запрещено приглашать гостей, что создает дополнительные неудобства. Честно говоря, лучше доплатить 20 евро и выбрать любой другой отель — условия здесь просто ужасные, больше похоже на конюшню, чем на место для проживания.

• Kempin (10/5): fantastico - localizacao, a vista da sala do cafe da manha, atendimento, simpatia. Eu determinado dia eu perdi meu casaco no restaurante ao lado, todos se empenharam para achar, guardaram e me devolveram, nota 10 para confianca. Guardaram a minha muchila com seguranca depois do chek out ate a hora de eu viajar. Tudo estava muito bom, porem tinha um pouco de sujeira nas paredes no rejunte do revestimento. E o café da manha a pessoa muito simpatica assim como todos os funcionarios mas muito sobrecarregada para atender a todos e eu tambem achei que a opcao de pao era bem reduzida a apenas 2 ou tres tipos onde as 9:30 as vezes demorava em repor e apos este horario muitas vezes somente tinha uma opcao, a maquina automatica do cafe tambem estava mais tempo estragada do que a funcionar, nao tinha opcao de leite quente apesar de a boa vontade de esquentar o leite no microondas o que é pedir demais para uma pessoa somente.

• Held (6/5): - Die zentrale Lage war optimal, auch bei einer spontanen Verlängerung konnten sie mir sofort helfen und ich konnte in meinem Zimmer bleiben, tägliches Frühstück inklusive war super! Balkon hatte ich am Zimmer, da konnte ich gut sitzen. Die Räume sind sehr spartanisch, Betten und Kissen hart und ich hatte keinen richtigen Mülleimer im Zimmer und auch keine Möglichkeit Lebensmittel zu kühlen oder ausserhalb der Frühstückszeiten Wasser zu kochen. Die Dachterasse war fast immer zugeschlossen.
