• Don (9/5): Spacious, bright and comfortable — with a wonderful seaview patio! - The location was ideal — short walking distance to grocery stores, cafes, restaurants and shops, and of course the harbourside promenade. The apartment was lovely, spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable, and the drapes kept the early morning sun from the bedroom, so we slept very well. In daytime, the apartment was bright and cheery. The large bathroom had good lighting, excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water for the sink and shower, and plenty of towels were provided. The kitchen had almost everything needed for meal preparation. It did lack small saucepans, however, and a larger garbage bin would have been helpful. The kitchen would have been perfect had it been equipped with a microwave oven. The private patio/balcony was huge, with comfortable seating and a large dining table. We enjoyed our morning coffee there each morning, as well as wine and dinners on a few evenings. We enjoyed watching sailboats coming and going from the harbour, and got to see a couple of beautiful sunrises from the patio, too (I will include a sunrise photo with my review). The en suite clothes washer was a bonus, especially since we were halfway through an extended holiday and needed to do laundry. The building has an elevator, which made arriving and leaving with luggage easy. Contact with the host, Dora, was excellent— she provided helpful information about Preveza, and always replied promptly (usually immediately) to our text inquiries. Our only dislikes were the lack of a microwave, a larger bin for garbage, and some small saucepans/ pots for cooking. We made breakfast and several dinners in the apartment during our weeklong stay, and the items I mentioned would have made things much easier for us. Otherwise, the place was great!

• Claudia (9/5): Wir haben es sehr genossen, obwohl es von der Straße teilweise etwas laut war - Das Apartment ist modern und großzügig, sehr gut ausgestattet, großer überdachter Balkon nachmittags im Schatten , Parkplatz vor dem Haus, Aufzug, gute Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge ins Land und nach Lefkada, belebte Promenadenstrasse mit Gastronomie und Musikbar direkt am Jachthafen

• Sae2412 (10/5): - Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die traumhaft schöne Terrasse mit wunderbarem Ausblick haben wir sehr genossen. Die Vermieterin hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert. Nach der Hälfte des Aufenthaltes kam eine Reinigungskraft, die komplett alles gereinigt, das Bett bezogen, die schmutzigen Handtücher und den Müll mitgenommen hat. Wir waren sehr begeistert. Alles in einem eine Wohnung, die ich nur wärmstens empfehlen kann. Eigentlich nichts, das Einzige, die Küchen Ausstattung könnte etwas besser sein. Z.B. eine kleine Schüssel, wo ich Eier für Rührei verrühren kann, gibt es nicht. Es gibt nur riesige Töpfe, wenn man 2 Eier kochen möchte, ist das auch etwas blöd. Es sind Kleinigkeiten, Ich wollte es nur mal sagen, das ist ja ganz einfach zu ändern.
• Stefan (10/5): Jederzeit wieder! - Das Appartement ist mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Der Blick auf den Hafen nebst Sonnenaufgang ist fantastisch! Als uns an einem Regentag ein Schirm fehlte, wurde auch hier umgehend Abhilfe geschaffen und wir konnten nach dem Tavernen Bummel noch den leckeren Wein genießen, der für uns bereitgestellt wurde. Wir wären gern noch länger geblieben. Da sich die Promenade direkt vor dem Appartement befindet, ist eine gewisse Geräuschkulisse vorhanden. Diese haben wir nicht als störend empfunden
• Marta (10/5): Fantastic stay in Preveza ! - It is so far the best place I have ever booked. Everything is excellent, 11 stars out of 10 is not enough. The host, Dora, is superb. Very helpful and kind. The apartment itself is well equipped, the terrace has got a fantastic view, and it's close to all attractions in Preveza. If I visit Greece again, this will be my place to go. It's just fantastic 👏
• Janny (10/5): Geweldig! - Het appartement zit op een prachtige locatie, direct aan de Ambracische golf. Het uitzicht is geweldig, evenals de levendigheid met de binnenkomende zeilboten. Het appartement is schoon, licht en comfortabel ingericht. Er is een groot balkon en er zijn binnen twee airco’s aanwezig. Bovenal is de vriendelijkheid van gastvrouw Dora geweldig. Het is goed om te weten dat beneden het appartement twee horecagelegenheden zijn. ‘s Avonds hoor je het geroezemoes. Het appartement is echter goed geïsoleerd.

• Stylianos (10/5): Άνετο και ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο, με πλήρεις παροχές - Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ άνετο και ευρύχωρο, με ποιοτικά έπιπλα που έδιναν μια αίσθηση πολυτέλειας και προσοχής στη λεπτομέρεια. Η ανοιχτόχρωμη και διακριτική διακόσμηση δημιουργούσε χαλαρωτική ατμόσφαιρα και όλα ήταν πεντακάθαρα. Οι παροχές ήταν πλήρεις — άνετο κρεβάτι, καλά εξοπλισμένο μπάνιο, γρήγορο Wi‑Fi και ό,τι χρειαζόταν για μια άνετη διαμονή. Η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν ευγενική και εξυπηρετική, έτοιμη να δώσει πληροφορίες για τοπικές δραστηριότητες και εστιατόρια. Η τοποθεσία είναι πραγματικά κορυφαία: στην άκρη της παραλιακής οδού με κορυφαία θέα στη θάλασσα. Συνολικά, πρόκειται για ιδανική επιλογή για όσους αναζητούν άνεση, καλό στυλ και εξαιρετική τοποθεσία με θέα στη θάλασσα. Διαθέτει parking. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα
• maria (10/5): Eleven out of 10 - Recommend for a longer stay - Gorgeous larger than expected apartment with nicely themed and styled decor. Good size shower, generous balcony, lift, two air-conditioners and two TVs! Everything we could possibly need for our stay was there. Nice neighbourhood. Being on the waterfront we had an exceptional view. Appreciate our host, Dora's support with our travel itinerary. Thank you for the bottle of wine and all the wonderful welcome treats. We celebrated an anniversary here and it was so lovely to have them to enjoy. Preveza is a lively town. None.

• Sawab (10/5): Exceptional stay - Location is excellent. In the heart of Preveza you will find all shops, restaurants and activities nearby. It is also less than 10 minutes to the nearest beach. The flat itself: Cleanliness 10/10, the flat is new and beautifully decorated, everything needed is there (hairdryer, air-conditioning, bath and beach towels....). Sofa and bed very comfortable. And the view is stunning! To add to all the good points, the host Dora is very kind and thoughtful. She went above and beyond our expectations! No negative point
