• Karen (9/5): - The facilities at the property were amazing - the kitchen was well stocked with crockery, a large fridge freezer etc, it was spotlessly clean and the living room and bedrooms all had TV's which is a bonus. The retreat is huge with lots of room for everyone. There is ample parking and Lucy was so friendly and helpful with lots of suggestions of things to do and places to visit. The hot tub was fab, clean and really hot too! Lots of plastic glasses to take outside and Lucy's suggestion of bringing a dressing gown was spot on as it was a chilly evening! The road is noisy and although Booking.com said a pub was close by you couldn't walk there due to a lack of pavement! This is not a reflection on Lucy or the property.

• Nikki (10/5): Perfect Lodge - Fantastic property which was well equipped. The lodge is very spacious and fitted 6 people comfortably. A 10 minute drive from Wales with a lovely farm shop and cafe a 2 minute drive. The lodge is ideally situated and I would recommend. The garden with a hot tub and furniture holds the sun all day.

• Roger (9/5): A great 4 nights over Christmas enabling mum to see some of her grandchildren and great grandchildren. - We selected the property as we had my elderly mother with us who has mobility problems. The property on a single level including a bedroom with en-suite facilities plus two other bedrooms and large open plan room was therefore ideal. The owner Lucy was very helpful before and during our stay, providing Xmas decorations together with additional chairs for our extended family to visit on different days. The hot tub was a great bonus. Struggling to think of something! Only issue was the Tesco delivery we ordered struggled to find the accommodation- no one else did!!!

• Newton (10/5): Awesome place … Lucy the host was amazing - Was huge … loads of space and extremely clean Was right next to a main road so a little noisy during the day. Evening and night was quieter . Didn’t spoil the break but made sitting in the garden and chatting a little difficult

• Janette (9/5): Wonderful, spacious and well presented place; perfect for a group stay! - Amazing space; huge living area with comfy lounge; large dining table and kitchen with all you could want. Bedrooms spacious and comfy. Outside area was great with outdoor furniture and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. Space for 3 cars. Whole place was decorated to high standard and lots of lovely finishing touches. The only thing was it was next to a busy-ish road so traffic may bother you a bit if a light sleeper.
• Chloe (10/5): A spacious, clean, modern lodge perfect for a weekend away. - This place was an amazing find! It was so spacious, in perfect condition, very clean and the host was lovely. It was the perfect hub for a local wedding, and the hot tub was an added bonus. We loved everything!

Made my wedding day incredibly special to have somewhere all my bridesmaids could get ready together.

• Darryl (10/5): Exceptional - Delighted to have found this property as a short-notice booking. Lucy confirmed the booking quickly along with all the necessary info re: location and check-in and also communicated promptly when we were delayed en route, helping to reduce the stress of a mid-journey windscreen wiper failure! The property has bags of space and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for a group aged from 13 up to 79. The hot-tub was a lovely late-December treat. Would strongly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Lucy was quick to reply to messages and also very helpful as we checked in late. It was all lovely... Maybe a full length mirror somewhere would be good 😊
