• Uyen (9/5): - Da hat man alles was man braucht für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Öffis ist in der Nähe. Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Einfache Selbst Check-in. Schnelle Antwort von dem Anbieter. Der Preis ist akzeptierbar. Die Wohnung ist alt und hat Flecken überall, auf dem Flur sowie an der Wand, auf dem Sofa und auf dem Bett. In der Nacht war es nicht ruhig. Man hört von der anderen Wohnung und Verkehr auf der Straße.

Тож його можна вмикати лише вночі. Розташування комфортне. Поблизу все є. Лише декілька зупинок на швидкому поїзді до аеропорту. «Чистий» посуд треба було перемивати ще раз, бо він був не дуже чистий. Посуду небагато. Дуже тонкі подушки. Довелося спати на декоративних. Дуже рано приходять прибирати квартиру. Поважніше було б зробити це хоча б на 11:15, коли в квартирі нікого нема. Я навіть не почистила зуби та не випила води, бо треба було вибігати з квартири. Я такого ще не бачила в жодній орендованій квартирі. Я розумію, що хотіли впоратися швидше, але було некомфортно.

• Petra (8/5): - Good location, close to the Erdberg bus station. 9 minutes walk from the metro station, Lidl, Billa, dm, bakeries are also close, a lil 5-8 minutes walk. If I have to highlight one more thing, it’s the bed. It was super comfortable. It was not exactly like the pictures, but close. It was totally okay, for this price. I would come back.

• Louisa (2/5): Ausreichend für 2 Nächte, aber mangelnde Hygiene - Sie war sehr geräumig und relativ zentral Die Sauberkeit und Einrichtung lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Nachttische im Schlafzimmer und Ablage im Badezimmer hatten Flecken welche nicht von uns waren. Das Bett war nur mit einem Tuch bezogen wo man, wenn es direkt verrutscht war, auf dem dem Schonbezug mit Schaumstoff lag was einem einfach unhygienisch vorkam, genau wie die Flecken auf dem Sofa. Dir Nachtlampen waren alle mot Batterien ausgestattet welche leer waren und somit nur die grelle Deckenbeleuchtung genutzt werden konnte. Die kleine Lampe auf dem Esstisch war die einzige mit Strom welche funktionierte. Die Tischdecke im Wohnzimmer war auch kaputt und die Pflanze gab es auch nicht mehr. Alles also sehr kahl und kühl und nicht mit dem Charme von den Fotos! Der Duschvorhang muss dringend getauscht werden, die Duschhalterung war auch defekt und das Ablageregal auf dem Foto war auch nicht vorhabende, weswegen man keinerlei Ablagefläche hatte, außer den Mini-Rand vom Spiegel. Außer einem großen Handtuch pro Person, gab es nur auf Nachfrage zwei weitere. Für 2 Nächte war es das Maximum sich dort irgendwie wohl zu fühlen. Die Bilder haben stark getäuscht, besonders das Gefühl von Sauberkeit.

Upon arrival, the apartment had clearly not been cleaned at all – there was visible trash left behind and the overall condition was unacceptable. We were asked to leave for about an hour so that someone could come and clean, which was very inconvenient after traveling. Although the apartment was cleaner after that, it still did not match the photos or the expectations set in the listing. The overall quality and condition were far below what was advertised. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet basic hospitality standards, and we would not recommend this place.

• Kristýna (4/5): - Dobrá lokalita, hezký dům, v blízkosti od letiště. Ochotná komunikace s hostitelem. Špatně se bydlení hledalo. V booking mapách je bydlení na jiné straně ulice. Check-in byl ve dvě, ale v tu dobu apartmán nebyl připraven. Mohli jsme si ale odložit alespoň zavazadla a museli jsme čekat další hodinu. Za tu hodinu se stihla převléct postel, ale nějaký rozsáhlejší úklid rozhodně neproběhl. V koupelně byly vlasy v odpadu a na toaletě chyběl papír. Ten nikde skutečně nebyl připraven. Na jednu noc to nevadilo, ale nevrhalo to dobrý dojem. Povlečení na posteli bylo malé a vysvlékalo se z matrace a člověk musel dávat pozor, aby se jí nedotkl. • djkayce (7/5): Comfort and location combo - It isn't luxury but it is value for money. Comfortable and clean with a great location for Simm City. Few things need repairing; shower holder, curtain rail, toilet seat.
• Rocío (1/5): - Very disappointing experience. The host was extremely rude and unprofessional from the beginning, and communication was unpleasant. Instead of being helpful, the host spoke to us in a very disrespectful way, which made the whole situation uncomfortable. The apartment was also not properly cleaned before our arrival. The level of cleanliness was poor and clearly below what you would expect from a property listed on Booking. Overall, the stay was very disappointing and we would definitely not recommend this place.

• Gábor (4/5): Semmiképp nem egy luxusapartman, kár így nevezni, mert sokkal jobbra számítottam. - Koncertre mentünk, közel volt a helyszínhez. Nagyméretű szobák. A fürdőben volt hajszárító, ez sokszor nem általános. A Luxury az egy teljesen más fogalom, ennek ahhoz semmi köze nem volt. Az ágymatrac egy habszivacs, abból is a legócskább minőségű. A konyhában a víz befolyik a mosogató medence alá, érdemes lenne a rést szilikonnal szigetelni (ezt a szállásadónak javaslom). A nappaliban nem lehetett elzárni a fűtést. A fürdőben nincs elegendő fény, és nem egy bizalomgerjesztő helyiség. A legolcsóbb anyagokkal felújított vízesblokk, a luxus nyomokban és ehető tetten. Az utca zaja, és a nem megfelelő sötétítés miatt hajnalban felébredtem, és nem tudtam visszaaludni. A felső szomszéd járása is nagyon lehallatszik.

• Mihael (4/5): - Lokacija je uredu. Blizu javnog prijevoza što je veliki plus. U blizini je i javna garaža. Stan je velik i prostran. Kauč u dnevnoj sobi je na razvlačenje. Prijava je navedena od 14h i budući da se nismo drugačije dogovorili s vlasnikom, došli smo u apartman malo nakon 14h. Stan i dalje nije bio pripremljen za nas, nije bio očišćen nakon prošlih klijenata. Vidjeli smo svakakve prizore nečistoće i nije nam bilo ugodno doći u takav smještaj. Vlasnik je rekao da odemo prošetati i da će za pola sata stići spremačica, nakon skoro sat vremena smo otišli u šetnju, spremačica još nije došla. Sva sreća kasno navečer kada smo se vratili iz obilaska dočekao nas je čist stan. Smatramo da nije uredu goste poslati "da prošetaju" jer smo morali ostaviti svu prtljagu u stanu za dolazak nepoznate osobe čistačice kao i da nije uredu mjenjati naše planove, puno smo putovali i htjeli smo prvo malo odmoriti i spremiti se, a tek onda otići u šetnju. Madrac u spavaćoj sobi je izrazito neudoban, pokrivači pretanki za godišnje doba kao što je zima, mala deka koja nije dovoljna ni za jednu osobu da se lijepo pokrije, sat koji se vidi na zidu na fotografijama pola brojeva je otpalo, nedostaju! Parking nije u sklopu objekta, nego tek na dolasku vlasnik upućuje na javnu garažu u blizini koja se plaća!

Secondo piano senza ascensore (scomodo per valigie e passeggini in caso di famiglie). La luce della cucina non funzionava, ho avvertito il proprietario che inizialmente si è proposto di mandare qualcuno per sistemare, ci siamo accordati per l’orario ma non si è presentato nessuno e non mi ha mai più risposto alla conversazione su Booking. La pulizia dell’appartamento era scadente, c’erano molti tappeti ed erano pieni di peli e capelli. La porta d’ingresso non rimaneva chiusa se non si gira la chiave.

• Elena (8/5): - Místo jsme vybírali na základě ceny a dostupnosti na trase cestou na letiště, přespání na 1 noc. Toto je celkem vyhovující. Apartmán prostorný, voňavý, nic důležité nám nechybělo. Mile překvapil čaj, káva, cukry. K dispozici lednice, myčka, umím si představit pobyt i na více dní. Na základě horších recenzí jsme se připravili a cestu i dům našli, adresu nám hostitel napsal v den příjezdu společně s informacemi, jak získat klíček ze schránky. Informaci o klíčku a adrese ubytování, lépe i na jakou zastávku tramvaje je to nejblíže, by bylo lepší poslat s předstihem více hodin, než až po 14. hod., kdy už byl teoreticky možný nástup do ubytování. Na booking.com totiž adresa není.

Просторные апартаменты Как вошли в квартиру, на пороге нас встретил таракан. Это было очень гостеприимно с его стороны, но мы его жеста к сожалению не поняли. Под окнами ночью достаточно шумно, приходится закрывать окна, было душно.

• Mariusz (7/5): Good for stay, if you are not too sensitive to street noise - Clean, large apartment Both rooms have windows facing very noisy street, even in the middle of the night there were cars and delivery scooters roaring. Combined with quite warm summer night, unfortunately made for rather unpleasant experience.
