El riad es absolutamente precioso, cuidado al detalle y limpísimo; tiene todo lo que una persona puede esperar y necesitar para disfrutar de una experiencia auténtica y cómoda en Marrakech. Pero, sin duda, lo mejor ha sido el trato humano. Desde antes de llegar, la comunicación por WhatsApp con Mustafa fue impecable: atento, cercano y pendiente de nosotras en todo momento. Una vez allí, Hassan nos recibió con una amabilidad increíble y estuvo siempre disponible para ayudarnos con cualquier cosa, haciéndonos sentir como en casa desde el primer minuto. También queremos destacar a la cocinera, porque la comida fue espectacular. Recomendamos muchísimo hacer al menos una comida o una cena en el propio riad, ya que preparan comida típica marroquí con muchísimo gusto, detalle y un toque más exclusivo y especial. Nosotras disfrutamos de una comida privada y fue una experiencia maravillosa; todo estaba exquisito y preparado con muchísimo cariño. Todo el equipo tuvo gestos y detalles que hicieron que el viaje empezara muy bien incluso antes de aterrizar en Marrakech y terminara todavía mejor después de descubrir un lugar tan maravilloso. Sin duda, volveríamos. Sinceramente, nada. La experiencia fue excelente en todos los sentidos.

• Michelangelo (9/5): - Posizione perfetta all’interno della Medina. Tutto facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Pulizia di elevatissimo livello (cosa importantissima in Marocco che è molto spesso difficile da trovare). L’intero Riad trasmetteva sensazione di nuovo e igiene.

A casa de banho não tem porta ou seja falta de privacidade, muito desconfortável para quem vai com amigas, a água do duche não escova bem chegava mesmo a porta do quarto e inundava tudo por onde passava tinha sempre tudo molhado.A classificação e preço qualidade não corresponde a realidade do Riad. Uma porta na casa de banho, verificar o duche para escoar a água.

• Sean (7/5): Had high hopes but.... - Firstly, the staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast was also delicious every day with local bread, cakes and fresh fruit and the riad was super clean. After taking a long time to choose our riad for this trip, we had really high hopes for this one. This was our third trip to Marrakesh and so we knew what to expect from a typical riad. We had specifically selected a double bed instead of two singles and this was probably why they put us on the ground floor. This meant we were between the kitchen and the main family living area. So the TV would often be on in the evenings when were in bed and at different times of the day when they had meals. However, the worst aspect was the noise at night. Not sure if it was because the front door was often stuck and hard to open but the doorbell went often throughout the night and often the guests or friends would be greeted noisily, so we found it difficult to sleep with the commotion. The only outdoor area is upstairs (as is the case with lots or riads) and others we have stayed at have had a pool but this riad does not. Space is limited and there are only 4 loungers. So if the weather is poor (which it was during our stay), other than your room you are sharing the family space. They helped us with a taxi back but I didn't appreciate being charged double what we had paid for the taxi from the airport to the riad (which we had booked through Booking).

Dårlig luftkvalitet selvfølgelig. I tillegg veldig dårlig belysning i trappene opp til takterrasse. Svært vanskelig for eldre gjester (som trenger mer lys) å gå opp trappene. Frokosten er veldig søt og for oss med diabetes er den ikke veldig bra. Kjøpte selv skinke og ost som jeg fikk oppbevare i kjøleskapet til hotellet. Å kalle det et Spa hotel er for meg litt rart.

Az ott tartózkodásunk alatt végig nagyon kedvesek, melegszívűek és segítőkészek voltak, mindenben a rendelkezésünkre álltak, és bármikor számíthattunk rájuk. A szállás tiszta és rendezett volt, naponta takarították, a reggeli finom volt, a főbb látványosságok pedig rövid sétatávolságra vannak. Szívből ajánljuk! -

We had transfers from the airport by them as well, and because the riad is in a small street the taxi couldnt takes us there, so the staff was waiting for us, escorted to us to the riad and even carried our bags. The breakfast was always warm and delicious. The rooms were clean, and the cleaning lady always folded our bed and clothes in a funny shape. Hassan is truly the best staff to have!! He was always kind and funny and so helpful, he made our stay very comfortable and lovely. Thank you so much!

We originally switched from another riad and showed up here randomly late at night just to check it out—and that spontaneous decision turned into one of the best experiences of our entire trip. We were welcomed so warmly from the start, and by coincidence, the owner and his wife were there celebrating her birthday that evening. Not only did they welcome us with open arms, but they even invited us to join the celebration and share cake with them. From that moment on, we didn’t feel like guests—we felt like family. The service here is truly exceptional, and I cannot say enough good things about Hassan, Ghizlan, and Mustapha. All three were beyond amazing—extremely professional, genuinely kind, and always happy to help with anything we needed. They consistently went above and beyond in ways that felt natural, not forced—this is simply who they are. A special thank you to Ghizlan, who made sure our room was spotless every single day. The level of cleanliness was honestly next-level—almost too nice—but that’s just how much care and pride she puts into her work, always with a smile and kindness. From the beautiful cleanliness of the riad, to the amazing Moroccan tea they would always offer whenever they saw us, every detail was perfect. They helped us understand how everything works in Marrakech—where to eat, where to shop, how to get around—making us feel comfortable, safe, and truly at home. These people made us feel Moroccan. • Sokhna (10/5): Séjour au top! Revigorant! - Au top! Personnel au petit soins tout au long du séjour. Un service d’une qualité exceptionnelle! J’ai particulièrement aimé l’emplacement car on était au cœur de la ville avec les habitants et non loin du centre. Je remercie tout particulièrement Mustapha et Hassan ai si que leur collègue pour leur accueil et leur bienveillance. Le seul petit point noir c’est l’isolation des chambres. Nous ne connaissions pas les Riad et je pense que il faut prendre en compte le fait que les chambres doit communicante et pas isolée avant de décider de passer son séjour dans un riad.

• Musawir (8/5): Great hosts and location good for walking - The riad was clean, the hosts were great and accomodating, very attentive. Location is good for walking to nearby places of interest (within Medina). Bathroom is bit small, and after showering water goes out of the shower area as it is open. Only thing to separate the bathroom and bedroom is a curtain. To get to the riad you have to walk through sketchy back alleys as the taxi doesn't go directly outside property (I imagine it would be same for most properties within Medina) only 3 mins walk though.

• Mana (1/5): Bad experience - Nothing Reception doesn’t speak English and we didn’t feel any hospitality during our stay. We asked the reception if we could have breakfast 30 mins later or if they can prepare a packed breakfast because we were exhausted after 10 hour travel but they kept saying no to us. The room doesn’t have a door in bathroom, the towel was so old and the glasses were dirty

• Udo (9/5): Schönes Riad in der Medina - Ein schönes Riad in der Kasbah, man erreicht schnell gute Restaurants (Zeitoun oder Andalussiya) und ist auch schnell in den Souks und am Hauptplatz (20 Minuten), Taxis fahren in der Nähe ab. Hier ist man mitten in der Medina und trotzdem gut erreichbar durch z.B. Taxis. Das Personal war super freundlich und hat immer geholfen wenn es z.B. um Taxis oder andere Fragen (frühes Frühstück, Wege etc.) ging. Das Frühstück hat man auf dem Dach eingenommen (Rooftop), das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Die Zimmer waren sauber und nett eingerichtet, alles hat funktioniert - was will man mehr.
• Rob (9/5): Fantastische Riad om Marakkech te bezoeken, waarbij je alle rust kunt vinden in de Riad. - Prachtige Riad, gunstige liggen ten opzichte van het centrum (5-10min lopen) en veel andere bezienswaardigheden. Lekker dichtbij van alles en heel erg rustig in de Riad, met een mooi dakterras, waar het ontbijt (erg goed) geserveerd werd.

Definitely taking notes for my future house design! Bathroom was beautiful too, everywhere was spotless clean. Service was excellent, super friendly staff and super accommodating to anything extra we needed, terrace was beautiful to sit and relax.

Hassan e Muss são extremamente gentis, prestativos e honestos. Inclusive oferecem o transfer do aeroporto para o riad por um valor muito justo.

The property itself is stunning – beautifully designed with a perfect balance of traditional Moroccan charm and modern comfort. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to create a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. What truly stood out for me was the exceptional staff. They were incredibly attentive, kind and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable. Whether it was offering helpful recommendations, arranging services or simply greeting me with a smile their professionalism and friendliness made me feel right at home. The location is also excellent – peaceful yet close enough to the heart of Marrakech making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a serene retreat. I would highly recommend Luxe Nomade to anyone visiting Marrakech whether for leisure or a special getaway. It is not just a place to stay it is an experience of true Moroccan hospitality at its finest. I will definitely return on my next visit!

Confortable beds, key access to main door (while other riads you have to knock and wait outside till they open for you) Rooftop is really nice but in warm days having breakfast there could be annoying. It just need few more umbrellas or maybe a water dispensor sort of thing.
• Pablo (10/5): Trato increíble e instalaciones increíbles - Ante todo lo que más me ha gustado de este Riad ha sido el trato recibido por la gente que trabajaba en el. Tenían una cocinera excelente, todos sus desayunos eran perfectos y probamos un tajin cocinado por ella y fue increíble. La persona que se dedicaba a limpiar las habitaciones lo dejaba todo muy limpio y ordenado haciendo un trabajo genial. Sobre todo quiero hacer un comentario a Hassan, la persona que se dedicaba a recibir a los huéspedes y la cara más visible del Riad, esta persona ha sido siempre super hospitalaria estando siempre que lo hemos necesitado y tratándonos como alguien de su familia. Recomiendo muchísimo este Riad. Nada, todo fue perfecto un 10/10.

• Sephora (10/5): Agréable apaisant - Hassan étais très gentil, très serviable et à l’écoute de nos besoin tout le personnel étais très souriant et agréable, les chambres sont très belle et les lits confortables, le petit déjeuner aussi était très bon et nous avions tout les jours des fruits variés, il y a une bonne connexion à tout les étages et même sur la terrasse, niveau emplacement le Riad est bien placé par rapport au centre et aux moyens de transport je recommande fortement

• Maria Teresa (7/5): Comfortable stay, but it could be better - The place was clean, looking good and the host helped us with the parking and everything that was necessary for our stay The person who welcomed us and picked us up from the parking didn’t speak English. Also, there was no way to have breakfast before 8 am (our flight let us leave at 7:30 am). The location is good, but the way in the Riad is a little bit hidden. Remember the way, google maps could be wrong.
