• Niklas (6/5): - Die Besitzer haben sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben und vor allem das Pärchen vor Ort (Yerley & Carlos) sind super lieb! Die Lage ist okay und vor allem sicher. Die Küche mit Innenhof hat uns gut gefallen. Wir hatten in der ersten Nacht ein furchtbares Zimmer (roch komisch und war sehr laut), durften aber danach das Zimmer wechseln und dieses war sehr angenehm. Es kommt also sehr darauf an welches Zimmer man hat und wer zum gleichen Zeitraum in dem Hostel ist…

• Danielle (10/5): Amazing hosts - The staff here were so amazing! I can't recommend highly enough. They stored our bags while we went to guatape overnight before we had even checked in and then again once we had checked out. They also let us hang out and charge our phones until we needed to leave! The room was comfy and had a big TV that could do Netflix and YouTube etc if you signed in. Bathroom was clean and shower was good though we didn't get the hot water going. Overall such nice people and a great location, supermarket just up the road, heaps of restaurants and 10mins walk from the metro :) It was quite noisy at night but that could have just been the people staying at the same time as us

No hay nada en particular que no me haya gustado de la estadia en casa primavera.
• Cesar Elí (7/5): Si quieres dormir cómodo esta no es tu mejor opción. - La ubicación era buena, muchos lugares para comer alrededor, o donde comprar cosas, el barrio se sentía bastante seguro. En los tours éramos de los primeros en ser recogidos, esto último tomalo como algo bueno o malo. La habitación era demasiado pequeña y se escuchaba todo, lo que pasaba en los pasillos o incluso en otros cuartos. La llave de la regadera estaba rota por lo cual teníamos que maniobrarla. El cuarto era caliente, aunque nos dejaron unos ventiladores. La última noche fue una pesadilla pues otros inquilinos hicieron una fiesta y se supone que a las 10 de la noche debe de estar en silencio, pero no, hubo mucho ruido, la gente se sentaba en la terraza a platicar y gritar, y definitivamente no pudimos dormir debido al ruido. Di aviso a los anfitriones pero no contestaron nada ni resolvieron el problema. Nuestra habitación fue la 5.

So nice room and friendly staff :) The door was thin so heard everything outside the door. Even tho it was a quiet hostel. But should be quiet from 22 outside rooms :) earplugs helped.

• Nicolas (4/5): Pour le petit prix uniquement, déconseillé pour les séjours au delà de 2 nuits - La localisation est idéale. 15 de marche pour la station de métro A qui dessert tous les lieux clés de Medellín. Chambre sans fenêtre mais sans aération ni VMC. L'odeur d'humidité et de non aéré est insupportable et imprègne les affaires. Absolument aucune isolation phonique, c'est vraiment très problématique durant la nuit mais aussi les matins tôt quand Mr Carlos est présent avec sa voix très grave. Absolument pas reposant ni même l'envie d'y rentrer le soir

• Antoine Topin (10/5): Really nice place to stay in El Poblado - The place is really nice and the area offers a lot. It's very calm and the bed the VERY comfortable. Nice value for the the price with super friendly staff. Nothing negative to say. It was all very nice.

This shouldnt even be allowed to be a hostel , first the owner is going to message you like 10 times before you check in into this dirty damp place behind a restaurant food cooking smells with all kinds of banging noise day and night some people live there and make noise until 5 am ! Other guests have brought people to party here and there is no reception or security to verify anything The rooms are soo damp and not ventilated i have had problems breathing normally they have painted the walls recently so you cant see the mold the shower is full of mosquitos , the co owner or worker carlos was waiting beside my room door every morning because he taught i didnt pay for my stay and jumped on me as soon as i went to the bathroom asking for payment ! Really unproffesionnal and to be honest they shouldnt even have a permit to operate a hostel in these conditions the city should close it down ! The towels and sheets they provide are dirty and full of stains ! Avoid this place there are many great hostels in poblado , im in process of taking them to court and get compensated for health issues caused by the poor ventilation and dirty condition of this "hostel" this was a nightmare

Ruidos de otras habitaciones. Habitación 5 con poca ventilación. Cobro suplemento de toalla y limpieza pero no se cambiaron ni se limpió durante la estancia.
• Anne (8/5): A mostly lovely stay in Poblado - The property is very lovely, comfortable, excellent location, good value, and the reception was very responsive to our questions and requests. We had an incident that took away from the good time we had at the hostal. We were sitting and talking with some friends in the courtyard one evening with some drinks. We made efforts to be respectful, to not talk loudly or cause a disturbance for other guests. Yet suddenly, a male staff member came to us aggressively demanding if we were doing drugs (which there was absolutely no reason / evidence to believe such a thing because we were not). This felt unfair and disrespectful, so I hope in the future the staff can verify a situation before making baseless accusations to their guests.

• Maëva (9/5): - J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour a Casa primavera. La chambre était très propre, des serviettes de toilette sont fournis, la salle de bain privative très chouette. Si vous cherchez une chambre privée avec salle de bain pour un très bon prix c'est l'endroit parfait. Tout a été bien organisé pour mon arrivée tardive dans la nuit. No baggage storage but let us leave our bags there in the courtyard by the reception desk / counter. Check-in details were only sent to me after I contacted the property when there to find out how I gain access. The room wasn’t ready when I arrived and I arrived after the check in time, so I had to wait for the cleaning to complete. Otherwise a good stay.

• Karen (2/5): Hotel with no staff present - The location and the shower were very good and there was no noise from the street. There was no staff around whenever we were at the hotel (there is one staff person in from 12 - 17 h, but we were always out and about during that time) and there was no explanatory document on the hotel’s facilities and guidelines either. I had contact via WhatsApp with a lady responsible for the check-in and general management. Getting new towels or toilet paper was a drag. Due to the abscence of staff, credit card payment could only be made online. I was asked to bear the costs of that online payment in the beginning. Later on the hotel offered to cover the costs. The room’s window showing onto the patio could not be locked (which made us feel unsafe) and there was a gap between the room’s door and the floor which let in any noise and the permanent light from the patio.

• Frances (7/5): Good cheap stay in Medellín, good for a short stay - Good size room and really nice bathroom, even had hot water! Free coffee was a nice bonus. The location is excellent, really close to the main bars and restaurants in El Poblado. Basic hostel and not very social but can’t complain for the price. Staff very responsive via WhatsApp. Very cheap laundry service! Kitchen is small and basic but does the job.

There was no one there to let me through the door so eventually the cleaner came and helped check me in (with the help of someone else on WhatsApp). The rooms don’t have windows so they are a bit musty.

• Justin (6/5): Affordable private rooms but with the comfort that comes with it - The good thing is that is it one of the only place that offers affordable private rooms in Poblado and in a good location However: - the guy who was here when I arrived late a night was the most unfriendly person and questioned the fact I indeed had a reservation. - the room (without window and in basement) smelled horrible, mould and humidity. The sheets were constantly humid. - The room is very tiny and they did not put any effort to put hooks or hangers so you can put your clothes anywhere - the shower and toilets were not very clean as well as under the bed - also I was not explained anything when I arrived, like I did not j is there was a kitchen. And the kitchen is also very hot, humid and clearly not cleaned regularly
