• Mae (6/5): Correct mais ... - Logement situé dans un quartier calme. Taille de la chambre (chambre A) correcte. Équipements basiques mais suffisants pour quelques jours. Check-in très facile, les instructions étaient claires. 1 seule tenture, trop courte, pour couvrir l'ensemble de la fenêtre.Si nous ne voulions pas être vu depuis la rue nous étions obligés de fermer les volets en pleine journée. Lit très bruyant. Sur les 4 nuits que nous avons passées, les 2 dernières ont été épouvantables : aux environs de 2h40 du matin et le lendemain aux environs de 3h du matin, les canalisations (probablement sous trop de pression) faisaient un bruit très fort, similaire à un sifflement. Problème non résolu lors du séjour malgré nos messages et vidéos.
• Sivić (1/5): - Gefallen uns ist gar nicht. Fotos entsprechen nicht die Wirklichkeit wie der Unterkunft aussehen. Die Unterkunft entspricht in keiner Weise den Bildern. Das Apartment war sehr schmutzig, extrem staubig und roch stark nach Zigarettenrauch. Zusätzlich war ein unangenehmer, schimmelartiger Geruch vorhanden, der auch durch tägliches Lüften nicht verschwand. Jedes Mal, wenn wir zurückkamen, war der Gestank sofort wieder da. Wir verstehen nicht, wie wir es 14 Tage dort ausgehalten haben. Das Bett war kaputt und sehr unbequem – wir mussten es selbst notdürftig reparieren, um überhaupt schlafen zu können. Außerdem ist das Apartment so eng, dass sich zwei Personen kaum darin bewegen können. Die Küche ist zwar vorhanden, aber ebenfalls sehr klein und in schlechtem Zustand. Sowohl das Waschbecken als auch die Dusche waren verstopft, und insgesamt wirkte alles ungepflegt und verfärbt. Nachdem wir diese Probleme gemeldet haben, hat sich niemand mehr darum gekümmert oder ist vorbeigekommen, um sich die Situation anzusehen. Zusätzlich wurde uns sogar noch Geld für Bettwäsche und Handtücher verlangt – selbst nachdem wir all diese Mängel gemeldet hatten. Das ist absolut unangemessen. Insgesamt ist diese Unterkunft nicht zu empfehlen.

• NickSviridenko (5/5): It was ok, but I would not stay at this place again - The shower was good, also the location is not bad if you want to live close to the train station. Communication was ok as well. Smell of cigarettes all over the place, it was difficult to sleep because of that smell. Neighbours were noisy as well.

• Karin1988 (7/5): - Unkomplizierter Check-in und gute Beschreibung. Bad neu saniert, Heizung vorhanden. Geschirr alles da und Platz zur Ablage. Zimmer um einiges kleiner als erwartet, Kühlschrank sehr spartanisch. Nicht so praktisch für längere Aufenthalte. Könnte mal wieder ausgemalt werden.

• Milena (4/5): - The photos of the accommodation do not match reality. The room is very cold and there are no extra warm blankets. The walls are very thin, and you can hear everything from other rooms and the corridor, which made it difficult to sleep at night. There is a mini fridge, but it barely works. There is also a small electric stove, but there are no pans, pots, or any cooking utensils.

• Meffert (4/5): Die Unterkunft ist dringend renovierierungsbedürftig, so nicht zu empfehlen - Lage sehr gut, per Öffis alle Ziele in Wien gut zu erreichen. Wir haben 8 Tage in Apartment B gewohnt, es handelt sich bei den insgesamt 4 Apartments um eine mit billigsten Mitteln umgebaute Erdgeschosswohnung, ehemalige Türen wurden mit nicht Lärm dämmenden Spanplatten geschlossen, genauso wurde mit den eigentlich funktionalen Nasszellen verfahren, mit anderen Worten, man nimmt unfreiwillig Tag und vor allem Nacht an Gesprächen und anderen Aktivitäten der Bewohner der anderen drei Apartments teil - erholsamer Schlaf undenkbar... Am Fenster hat es nur für einen Vorhang gereicht, der die Hälfte des Fensters abdeckt, man sitzt quasi auf der Straße... Die Einrichtung der kleinen Küchenzeile war jämmerlich, ein Messer, Klarspüler einer nicht vorhandenen Geschirrspülmaschine als Spülmittel... Das Bett alt und knarzig, Matratze war okay. Unterm Strich keine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, wir kommen jedenfalls definitiv nicht nochmal.

Dreckige Wände. Fleckige Bettwäsche . Boden nicht sauber überall Haare von anderen Gästen . Bad war auch nicht Sauber. Man kann alles hören von den anderen Bewohnern des Arpartments. Sicherheitsgefühl Null , da man die Türen nur von außen per Code öffnen kann . Innen keine verschluss möglichkeit . Wer den Code hat kommt rein.

Estaba sucio, pequeñas manchas de sangre en la pared del baño, además de pelos. El baño huele a tabaco constantemente. Las sabanas tenían manchas. En la parte de cocina faltaban sartenes (no había ninguna). La cama es incómoda.

• Monika (6/5): - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko dworca kolejowego i centrum, dobrze zorganizowany dostęp do mieszkania - wiadomość z kodami na czas, dobrze opisany sposób dotarcia do mieszkania ze zdjęciami, łazienka ok, w miarę czysta i z gorącą wodą, obsługa szybko odpowiada na wiadomości, ale Bardzo zimna podłoga (mieszkanie jest na parterze), choć całe mini mieszkanko w końcu sie pogrzało w czasie naszego pobytu, mieszkanko bardzo małe - problem w tym, że nie wiadomo, co się do końca wynajmuje, ponieważ to jest po prostu duże mieszkanie podzielone na 4 mini mieszkanka, wszystkie podobnie umeblowane, a nam się trafiło chybabro njamniejsze, ścianki działowe b. cienkie, wszystko słychać, co się dzieje obok; w drzwiach od środka brak zamka - wiadomo, że potrzebny jest kod, aby otworzyć drzwi od zewnątrz, ale wpływa to negatywnie na poczucie bezpieczeństwa, kuchnia wyposażona minimalistycznie, ale właściciele chyba reagują na komentarze, ponieważ podstawowe produkty takie jak sól, cukier, ręczniki papierowe były, samo mieszkanko trochę brudne i zniszczone, natomiast czarę goryczy absolutnie przelały nieświeże reczniki - ewidentnie nie prane - jeśli oferuje się takie udogodnienia jak pościel i ręczniki, to muszą one być świeże i pachnące

Also, if you are thinking of renting these apartments for extra amenities like a kettle, don’t count on it — absolutely nothing works, NOTHING at all. When I contacted the owner and asked to fix the problem, he said he would send a technician and everything would be repaired. Of course, no one came. I was not offered any solution to the problems. It was terribly cold in the room; there were two heaters, but they didn’t work either. There was already mold in the coffee machine, and the bed sheets had stains. If even this doesn’t stop you and you still decide to stay here, bring your own slippers, because they are not provided. Overall, never again!

• Eleftherios (1/5): “Very disappointing stay — would not recommend” - Τοποθεσία ΜΟΝΟ!!! “Very disappointing stay — would not recommend” My girlfriend and I stayed for 4 nights in Vienna (28/12/2025–1/1/2025) and unfortunately our experience was very negative. From the first day we requested an extra duvet, as for a double bed there were only two very thin single duvets. The host refused to provide an additional one, stating that “there isn’t any.” Customer support was available only from 09:00 to 21:00. On the third night, after 10 pm, the power went out in the apartment while the outside temperature was around –2°C, and the only heater in the room was electric. There was no way to contact anyone at that time, even though we had already sent a message. We received a reply the next morning, after we had already spent a night in the cold. We were told that the owner and an electrician had been informed and that the issue would be fixed, but when we returned later that day, the power was still not working — for a second consecutive night. In our opinion, the lack of support in such a serious situation and the overall conditions of the accommodation were unacceptable. We would not stay here again, and we believe the property needs major improvements in both hospitality and technical support.

On top of that, the walls and doors are very thin and poorly insulated, so you can hear everything from other guests. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

• Makowsky (1/5): Nicht empfehlenswert! - Die Lage war okay, man hat schnell Zugang zu den Öffentlichen Wir waren zunächst erschrocken über die Zimmer Größe. Sobald eine Person das Zimmer betritt ist es voll. Was im Text als großzügigen Wohnbereich beschrieben wurde, war ein halber Meter zwischen Tisch, Schrank, Küche und Bett. Als wir uns näher umgeschaut haben wurde es nicht besser, die Wände dreckig und voller Macken, ebenso die Küchenzeile. Die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken, der Badezimmer Mülleimer war voller Hinterlassenschaften unserer Vorgänger. Überall war Staub und kaputte Fliesen etc. Im übrigen hatte die Zimmer Türe einen so großen Spalt dass die ganze Nacht über es hell beleuchtet war Aufgrund vom dauerhaftem Licht im Flur. Wir fühlen uns anhand der Anzeige auf Ihrer Seite getäuscht. Wir hatten nicht viel erwartet aber der Zustand dieses Apartments steht nicht im Verhältnis zu den Kosten. Aktuell warten auf eine Rückmeldung ihrerseits.

• Senada (1/5): - Lokation We took the apartment because of the location, but it was the worst apartment we had and for a lot of money, it couldn't be any smaller, the walls were like cardboard, we heard every movement of the neighbor, the bed creaked and was uncomfortable :(

A szállás foglalásánál más képek voltak kint. Pár éjszakát eltölteni oké ha csak aludni mész, de hosszabban nem javaslom. Szomszéd szobában valaki dohányzott és az egész szoba olyan szagú lett.

• Sarah-Dinah (4/5): Irreführend Beschreibung - Ehrlich gesagt nichts wirklich. Ich konnte leider nicht durchschlafen, da die Haustürklingel extrem laut ist und mich mehrfach in der Nacht geweckt hat. Außerdem schließt die Eingangstür zum Apartment nur, wenn man sie richtig fest zuknallt – was viele nicht tun. Dadurch steht sie oft offen, was ich als störend und unsicher empfand. Das Apartment selbst ist sehr klein und entspricht eher einem Mini-Studio als einem richtigen Apartment. Die Beschreibung empfinde ich daher als irreführend. Ich werde hier nicht noch einmal buchen.

• Kristýna (4/5): byla to špatná zkušenost za vícero peněz - Dobrá lokalita, kousek od vlaku. Také super systém na kód, dostali jsme se dovnitř hned a nemuseli jsme bádat. Místnosti byly hned v 1. patře (po schodech doprava), zdála se hl. kód a pak byli jen opísmenkované pokoje, zadal se kód na klice a byli jsme uvnitř. Ale to je asi tak všechno. Pokoj D. Smrad v pokoji, jak zatuchlé zpocené boty, odpad také smrděl. V koupelně dveře byly polo-rozbité a hlava od sprchy omotaná lepicí páskou. Nad záchodem kapal boiler, takže tam bylo stále mokro. Špinavé zdi, které by bylo fajn jednou za čas přetřít. Lednice, která byla špinavá, mokrá a ze začátku vůbec nechladila. Byl to opravdu hodně malý prostor, chápu kvůli místu, že je to takhle udělané, ale byla by super varianta výběru pokoje, protože člověk si mysli, že dostane normální byteček a dostane krcálek, kde se člověk ani nepohne…kort za tu cenu to absolutně neodpovídá…jestli jsme za tuhle cenu mohli dostat jinačí pokoj, větší, tak je to velký rozdíl! Za tenhle pokoj by měla být menší částka už jen kvůli komfortu, který tam je. Ještě jsem zapomněla na wi-fi ke které se nešlo připojit, hlavním důvodem je, že ani nešla najít…Člověk by nevěřil, že v tak malém pokoji jde mít tolik nedostatků.

• Weronika (5/5): Znośnie, mogło być dużo lepiej - Wygodny materac i to byłoby na tyle Bardzo małe studio, które z 4 innymi tworzyło całe mieszkanie, wnerwiająca melodyjka dzwoniąca za każdym razem, gdy któryś z gości wchodził do mieszkania. Deski w łóżku trzeszczały niemiłosiernie, w pokoju straszny zaduch, mieszkanie znajduje się w bardzo słonecznym miejscu, zaraz od ulicy, a wewnątrz nie ma klimatyzacji. Łazienka z odpadającym od ściany prysznicem, niby oferują pralkę, a ta akurat się zepsuła. W kuchni zabrakło ociekacza na naczynia, dwa małe palniki i jeszcze mniej miejsca na blacie, w rogach kuchni pajęczyny i niedomyte naczynia. Ogromnie gorąca woda lejąca się z kranu kilkakrotnie sparzyła mi dłonie. Do centrum daleko, każdy zabytek w odległości 20/30min iścia pieszo. Konieczność dopłacania majątku do jakiegokolwiek parkingu w okolicy. Wifi, które w 2025r nie działa i nie jest zapewnione.

Would recommend. - The modern city apartment was very clean and had all the necessities and even a fan, good location, close to the u-bahn stop and Wien hbf Window on the ground floor facing the street, no place to hang towels in the bathroom, closing the main entrance door was a bit tricky the first time

• Anastasia (9/5): When you enter the apartment, you actually find yourself in a shared hallway with three separate units. One of them is y - The apartment is located 15 minutes from Vienna’s main train station and about a 40-minute walk from the central square. There are supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. There was a hairdryer, 3-in-1 shampoo/shower gel, and liquid soap. 1.The room was not cleaned and felt cold. The bed smelled like men’s cologne, which made me question if the sheets had been changed. The towels, however, were clean. 2.There was no sound insulation — the window didn’t close properly, and the walls were like cardboard. 3.We had several issues with the lock. Even after entering the correct code, the door wouldn’t open. At one point, we and a few other guests were stuck outside for about an hour. Eventually, we pushed against the door and knocked on the lock until it finally opened. (It seems the lock was repaired afterward.) 4.There were no curtains on the windows, and a streetlight was shining directly inside, making it hard to fall asleep. 5. The bed creaks very loudly.
