• Gazisa (8/5): Une très bonne seconde expérience. - Un second séjour dans cet établissement. La maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel et donc très calme. L'appartement était très propre, les draps et essuis sentaient très bon, le matériel promis dans l'annonce était bien présent que cela soit dans la cuisine, la salle de bain, la chambre. Télévision et Wifi fonctionnant parfaitement (critère important pour nous). Parking très aisé devant la maison, ce qui est très appréciable. Appartement avec une décoration, élégante, sobre, chic. Communication très facile et rapide avec un hôte bien sympathique. Grand merci à lui ! Le bruit des voisins en soirée. Ils parlaient fort, bougeaient meubles (table, divan, chaises, que sais-je ?) ce qui est dérangeant lorsqu'on veut se reposer. Néanmoins, cela ne remet pas du tout en question la qualité du logement, le propriétaire n'étant pas responsable du comportement des locataires. Peut-être penser éventuellement à une meilleure insonorisation... ou prévenir les locataires à côté/au-dessus qu'ils ne sont pas seuls... ;-)

Was schoon en netjes, Ik heb daar een nacht gebleven omdat ik volgende dag vroeg moest vliegen van airport Charleroi. Vlak bij vliegveld. Zelf koffie en thee was aanwezig. Ik heb het gevoel dat de bedden goed niet was verwisseld. Slaap bank is niet lekker om te slapen

• Florence (8/5): parfait pour une courte nuit après une soirée. - Logement fonctionnel, propre, serviettes de bain et gel douche en suffisance. Matériel pour faire du café ou thé à disposition. Lit un peu étroit(car nous sommes habitués à un lit 1m80) mais confortable.

• Andrew (5/5): Okay for an early flight from CRL - Did the job and close to the airport It’s an old style. Windows were open when I arrived at 9.30pm and it was very cold (slept fully clothed). Cobwebs all round the bedroom and “aged” furniture. The rest seemed clean but I was only there for 8.5 hours.

They were in French but simple to translate and afterall, why should they be in English. Not a dislike as such but no key/lock on the bathroom door. Fitting a simple slide lock would be a good improvement. But not a major issue.

The instructions and information provided were clear and complete, allowing us to do everything completely on our own without any difficulties. The apartment exceeded our expectations: spacious, beautifully decorated, and with a cozy atmosphere. The cleaning also deserves praise—impeccable in every detail, creating a very pleasant and comfortable environment for all of us. Definitely a place we recommend and plan to return to! The shower water capacity is reduced. For a 4 people family our last daughter had not hot water to shower

This offers all of that, along with being a spacious, clean and comfy home. We have no complaints.

• Deaa (1/5): Never Again - The apartment is spacious, located in a tranquil area, and is well-equipped with all necessary amenities.... all what written is true.. However ... The apartment has clearly suffered from a severe mold problem that was inadequately addressed. Upon entering, we were met with a horrendous odor, resembling that of a toilet. Opening the windows and doors did not help, and leaving them open overnight on a ground-floor apartment was not an option. I personally could not sleep there, but the rest of my family decided to endure one miserable night. We left early the next morning, hoping the terrible smell hadn't clung to our clothes. Never again. Trust me, no matter how low the price, it is not worth it.
