• Katinka (9/5): Great cute place for a small group of friends! - Loved the fresh airconditioned rooms, and pretty balcony! Great responsive customer service. Nice calm cute area. Only missed a sponge for dishwashing.

• Sandra Saraiva Louro (4/5): Noites atormentadas por baratas 🪳 - O apartamento é bom, as instalações são boas e a região é tranquila. O Sr Joao se prontificou a nos atender. No entanto, esquecemos alguns utensílios no apartamento, um até com algum valor sentimental, e o proprietário não foi capaz de coordenar com a equipe dele e encontrar o que esquecemos. Infelizmente, a equipe não é de muita confiança. Sem contar na falta de dedetização do apartamento, cruzamos com algumas baratas durante a estadia. Inclusive após apagar as luzes para dormir, ouvi barulhos estranhos e quando acendi, encontramos uma barata passeando pela mesa de cabeceira, sem contar com as outras 3 que encontramos durante a estadia de 2 noites.

• Ksenia (9/5): very good - A lovely apartment with access to a terrace and a wonderful view, located on a quiet street in Lisbon. Excellent location. Very fast and pleasant communication with the property hosts. It would be very nice if the apartment had wine glasses and small essentials like salt, spices, and olive oil. They were not provided, but we managed anyway.

• Laar (6/5): Ok - On the positive side, the apartment is spacious and bright. The appliances were good and worked well. We also appreciated that the bedding included a proper duvet instead of just a sheet. Overall, the style and layout of the apartment suited our group, but several aspects need improvement. The apartment has a good location. On the first day, during check-in, we experienced some confusion. We had asked if we could leave our luggage in the apartment earlier, and the host kindly agreed. However, the weather was extremely bad and rainy, so we decided not to bring our suitcases in advance. We had the check-in instructions and arrived shortly before 16:00. To our surprise, the apartment was still being cleaned, and we had not been informed. We had to wait outside in soaking wet clothes, with a baby. I wrote to the host, who called me shortly after to apologise and explained that one of their staff members had fallen ill, so they had not communicated the delay. While the explanation was understandable, nothing was offered as compensation, and it affected our overall experience, especially as we were already tired. Once we entered the apartment, everything was clean, but it was raining heavily outside and the balcony doors had been left open. One of the bedroom laminate floors was clearly swollen and damaged from moisture for quite some time already. During our stay, a large amount of rainwater kept coming in through one of the bedroom balcony/terrace doors, and we were constantly drying it. I informed the host, and they offered to come assess the situation, but this was not convenient for us as we had limited time in Lisbon and were mostly at the apartment only to sleep. The balcony area was in poor condition. The shower drainage was weak, and we also encountered a large cockroach in the kitchen.

• Márta (10/5): - Nagyon tetszett a szállás elhelyezkedése, illetve a tetőterasz, ahol kint pihentünk, láttuk a kivilágított hidat és a Krisztus Király szobrot. Könnyű volt megtalálni innen a nevezetességeket. A szállásadó minden kérdésünkre azonnal válaszolt.
