• Carole (8/5): Super séjour et super accueil, un hôte très à l'écoute qui a à coeur de satisfaire les clients - Un parfait accueil et une très bonne localisation qui permet de visiter Sorrente et d'accéder facilement à pied à tous les endroits à visiter et à tous les restaurants sympas. Le bruit, la chambre se trouve au bord d'une route très passante et c'est très bruyant.

• Savita (9/5): Lovely stay - Fabulous location - ~5minute walk to the bus/train station, many local restaurants and cafes. Walkable to all major sites. Super responsive host and very easy check-in. Mario gave us early access to leave our luggage and was available to address the minor issues we had. Our place had a small balcony and was spacious enough. Breakfast was at a local cafe included a pastry, coffee and juice. We took the Circumvesuviana from naples and back. Get to the Sorrento train station 10-15min to guarantee a seat. The bus to Amalfi coast was also convenient - we managed our way to Positano and then Amalfi. Hiked up to Ravello and took a private shuttle down. Recommend taking the ferry back one way to save time and stress. Sorrento is a lovely town with great food and parks. The coffee near the bus/train was awesome. Blue Capri - fresh pasta and pizza was also great Walk everywhere! Nothing about the place. It was great! Chantecler restaurant was awful ;(

Sisäänkirjautuminen kesti kun henkilöä odotettiin paikalle. Ranskalaisen parvekkeen lasiovi ei ole äänieristetty, eli liikenteen ääni kuuluu todella kovaa huoneeseen öisinkin. Ei kannata varata jos on herkkäuninen tai kaipaa rauhallisempaa aluetta.

• Zsófia (7/5): Good location, modern apartment, but a bit noisy. - The location is good, the apartment is modern, the breakfast in front of the apartment, in a bar, is very nice. As it is on a busy road, it’s quite noisy. But we had a personal inconvenience too, as we asked for baby bed, which was there, but without a mattress, so it wasn’t useable. We asked for a mattress, they said that they will check it, but finally nothing happened, no feedback.

La habitación era luminosa, cómoda, amplia y moderna decorada, tal cual las fotos. Internet funcionaba muy mal. Los enchufes funcionaban mal, más allá que tienen tomas de enchufes nuevos no cargaban. La cafetera fallaba y más allá que avisamos no lo solucionaron. Son todas cosas solucionables.

Parking is extra and if you come after9 clock there is an additional fee for check in of - We recently stayed at Sorrento Deluxe in the Capri room on August 29, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The listing was purposefully deceptive regarding parking arrangements. It strongly suggested that parking was included, which significantly influenced our decision to book. However, upon arrival, we were informed that parking was actually available only at an additional cost of 30 euros on the street. This unexpected expense felt like a blatant misrepresentation. Had the listing been transparent about the parking situation, we might have reconsidered our booking. It's frustrating to encounter such misleading information, especially when travelling. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and updates their listing to reflect accurate details, ensuring future guests aren’t caught off guard like we were. Would not recommend unless transparency and honesty are improved.

The room has a coffee machine and you can find complementary biscuits added ( very kind service). The towels are so clean. The breakfast is in close restaurant. Only 50 m away. Very good breakfast. The hotel is very close walking distance to main area of city center. Gian is very helpful person and he kept in touch by what’s up to help us. Nothing. I did not have time to experience the pool

La limpieza podría mejorarse, añadir otro tipo más de comida en el desayuno ya que es la misma diariamente, el desayuno es fuera del establecimiento en una cafetería que realmente son muy simpáticos y la bollería es buena.

• Bar (8/5): A nice stay, good location - It is a nice room, feels safe. Very good location, hust a few minutes from Sorrento center a quick walk from any public transportation. Very clean and beautiful room. There wasn’t a person at the desk of the building all the time. And there isn’t a second lock on the door.

Je krijgt koffie/thee met een croissant. Dus geen uitgebreid buffet o.i.d. maar vlakbij zit een super leuk tentje (Radical) waar je alsnog een heerlijk ontbijt kan scoren.

Located just outside the centre was nice and quiet on an evening with a decent pool and secure grounds felt very safe Parking is a challenge in sorrento but found it easy to park in a local garage.
