• karar (1/5): - The room was extremely dirty and unhygienic. There were visible feces residues in the toilet, the bed was torn and covered with stains, and the pillow was also heavily stained. Dust and dirt were everywhere, and all the furniture was broken or damaged. On top of that, there was no electricity in the room, which made the stay unsafe and impossible. The room was clearly not fit for human accommodation and posed a serious health and hygiene risk. Because of these conditions, I had no choice but to leave the room immediately. The host refused to cancel the booking or take responsibility, despite the obvious and documented issues. What is most disappointing is that this place is completely misrepresented on Booking.com. The photos and description do not reflect reality at all. Everything I describe here is fully documented with photos and videos. I strongly warn future guests: Do not book this place. Hrozné ubytování, neupravené odešla jsem ještě ten den, chtěli za vše peníze, za klíče za jiný pokoj tak já zaplatím pobyt a ještě mám platit bokem. žadala jsem je o peníze zpět jelikož jsem pobyt ihned zrušila. Nejsem náročná ale ale za peníze chci něco čistého. Za mě tedy nedoporučuji. Fotky na bookingu pokoje vůbec tak nebyli je to jen aby nalákali lidi😡

• Maya (1/5): Not a Romantic lodge = Scarry lodge: Dirty toilet, run down appliance, dusty, stinky bed, scary place to stay, and you g - Only plus was the location and the security man There were fecal stains on the toilet, I asked the lady to have it cleaned and this is her answer (directly copied from sms ) “If you are well off and care about hygiene book a hotel they sanitize rooms it's not good to put your pregnant wife in a rental “ And she refused to clean it The bed was stinking and there was crumbs and particles from other people. She refused to refund us because she said she cleaned the place by herself and didn’t notice anything. Pictures attached cannot add more due to limitation.
• Christine (10/5): Exceptional - The best host i ever met, Amina , was super helpful and responsive all the time , she is so sweet and all always present around to fix any issue on spot . Definitely i recommend to stay in any of her rental suites. Nothing
