Bed was comfy, the big balcony was perfect and the little Weber-q did the heavy lifting when it came to dinner.

Loved having a fireplace in late winter, also the washer & dryer was very handy after a week touring. Shared breakfast on the deck with the magpies often. Shame we couldn't use the cooktop which limited cooking options a little, but the BBQ was excellent. Even though the bed was super comfy and warm it did squeak even when sitting on it
- Leisa (9/5): Relaxing retreat - We loved the location, fireplace in winter and the relaxing vibe of the place. It was spacious and homely. The firewood provided was excellent. We would've liked to use the stove for cooking but it was blocked off. The bed creaked when I moved in the night.

It looks like the owner is improving the place with every stay as all the points for improvement on the previous reviews have been addressed! - the bed was very comfortable and the sheets were really nice linen sheets! - there was a good iron and ironing board - there was a good brand washing machine and dryer and also a clothes line - brand new BBQ area and brand new BBQ on the balcony - comfortable sofa - we had very good weather while we were there and it was really nice sitting out on the balcony and very protected from the wind

No working hob and limited kitchen utensils and cooking pots. Washer dryer but no iron or ironing board. However, when requested they delivered an iron and ironing board.

- Lucia (9/5): Superb - The guesthouse is super comfortable with a really nice balcony (that we didn’t use because of the rain)! We especially enjoyed the fireplace in this cold weather and the location (a short walk from the beach).
