Ann (7/5): Good - Agnes was delightful and very helpful. She drove us to the station as we had too many bags! The apartment was close to the city centre so perfect for pedestrians. The bed was comfy too. The apartment needs to be renovated and lighting in the kitchen and bathroom are too dim and gloomy. The sofa was not too comfy to sit on
