• Baltikas (10/5): - Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα με προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και άριστη σχέση ποιότητας και τιμής. Καθαρά και προσεγμένα δωμάτια, με άμεση εξυπηρέτηση σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Αν και μείναμε λίγο αυτή τη φορά, σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε για διακοπές καθώς αποτελεί το τέλειο σημείο για εξορμήσεις στο πρώτο αλλά και στο δεύτερο πόδι της Χαλκιδικής. Ο ιδιοκτήτης και τι προσωπικό πολύ ευχάριστοι και με χαμόγελο.

Mirno,bez saobraćaja i gužve.Plaža je 20m od objekta a gradska plaža 5 min autom.More je mirno i čisto.Blizina restorana i prodavnica. Jastuci su bili mali i mekani. Na terasi nedostaje još jedna zavesa jer je od ranog jutra sunce jako pa se ne može sedeti.Plaža blizu objekta njie uređena,ima puno morske trave.

• Mihaela Alina (8/5): Nice stay but a bit expensive for what they offer. - The property is very close to beach. We have stayed in Elpiniki Luxury Rooms (other building than Elpiniki Luxury apartments). We had the room with see view, but the building it’s not in the first line of houses. Not being in the city center, it was very quite. Even if the property doesn’t have it’s own parking you could find very easy were to park your car. The room is not so spacious (on the first floor we had a large bed, a closet and a small kitchen). Having a small kitchen, when we wanted to cook something we really felt that we need a table where to put the ingredients and the plates (inside the room). The sun beds are not in front of Elpiniki Luxury Rooms, only in front of Elpiniki Luxury Apartments. The distance between the two buildings is around 100m.

The location is ideal, offering both peace and easy access to nearby attractions. The hosts are warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, which makes the experience even better. A wonderful place to unwind and feel at home in style.
• IOANNA (8/5): Ποτίδαια _ Elpiniki όμορφα - Όλο το προσωπικό ήταν πάρα πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό, έτοιμο να βοηθήσει σε ότι είχαμε ανάγκη. Μάλιστα μας έκαναν και αναβάθμιση του δωματίου χωρίς extra χρέωση. Βλέπαμε την θάλασσα από το δωμάτιο μας η οποία βρισκόταν σε απόσταση 20 μέτρων από την είσοδο. Με το αυτοκίνητο σε περίπου ένα τέταρτο, είκοσι λεπτά μπορούσες να επισκεφθείς και άλλες εξαιρετικές παραλίες. Το δωμάτιο έχει τα απαραίτητα για να φτιάξεις ένα γεύμα. Δεν έχει φούρνο και έχει μικρό ψυγείο (για 2 άτομα ήταν επαρκές). Η θάλασσα μπροστά στο κατάλυμα δεν ήταν από τις καλύτερες στην περιοχή, είχε πάρα πολλά φύκια σε όλο το βυθό. Αυτό δεν ήταν βέβαια απαγορευτικό για να κάνεις ένα ξεκούραστο μπάνιο. Εάν αυτό σε ενοχλούσε μπορούσες να μετακινηθείς λίγο πιο κάτω...

• Vasilis (10/5): We enjoyed our stay in elpiniki apartments. The staff and the owner, are polite and friendly. Also the room was too comf - It was close to the sea … so it’s comfortable to swim in 2 minutes far from the property Maybe the curtains need to be more blackout for sunny period.

• Nino (10/5): Wonderful experience at Elpiniki Luxury Rooms! - The property is located in Potidea, Chalkidiki. The moment we arrived, we were greeted by the staff and shown to our rooms. Everything in the room was spotless and even when we needed more towels the staff was helpful. The beach is literally in front of the property which makes access available to everyone. The location is awesome for those who want a relaxing escape from the buzzing noises of the city. A little bit far from the supermarket, 20 mins on foot but we didn’t mind since the beachfront is awesome.

• Egor (7/5): Nice place in Halkidiki - The room is not very big, but it has everything you need, including a small kitchen. There's plenty of parking space nearby, which is important for travelers by car. The nearest beach is within walking distance, but I went to Agios Mamas Beach, which is a very nice spot for swimming. There’s nothing more to add about the room itself – everything works, everything is fine. However, the cleaning was subpar: something sticky was spilled in the bathroom, there were hairs in several places, so overall, the cleanliness could be much better.

• Marija (10/5): Perfect! - The property is located right on the beach, it is a 1-minute walk to the private Elpiniki beach with the cleanest sea, where there are sunbeds and umbrellas that you can use as guests of Elpiniki apartments. It's not crowded, it's very private and peaceful. Location is very calm, you need to walk about 15 minutes to the center of Nea Potidea. Everything was great, the room was very clean and new. There is also smart TV, on which we logged into Netflix and enjoyed the nights we were staying in the room. We will definitely come again. The only thing that I was missing is the knife for the bread and cutting board, but that did not ruin our stay.
• Igor (8/5): Nice stay, but it could be better. - Rooms according to photos. Close to the beach, which is not best beach you can imagine, but good enough. On very end of small settlement, so if you are looking for a quiet place and don’t mind 15 minutes walk to the nearest restaurants and markets, it’s a good choice. Host is helpful and responsive. Mattress was extremely soft, to the point if you don’t sleep exactly in the middle of it, you will feel it in the morning. Upper part was always few degrees warmer, and although you have ventilator, it works nicely but there is some noise that during night can be disturbance. Unfinished building (has nothing to do with owners / hosts of this facility) is somewhat ruining otherwise good sea view.

• Emiliya (9/5): Very nice family vacation - Very nice apartments just 30 m from the sea, in a quiet area of Nea Potidea, yet the restaurants and shops are 10-15 min. on foot and not more than 3-5 min. by car. It was good walk from dinner. The room (family with side sea view) was not big, but there was enough space for everything - closets and cupboards were great even for 3 people with a lot of luggage :)) , everything is almost brand new, spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Nice balcony with side sea view. We stayed 7 nights and there was cleaning service 3 times with changing the sheets and towels, which was very convenient. The owner is very kind and helpful and I would definitely recommend Elpiniki rooms for family vacation. There are some small things - as the weather is over 30 degrees alraady - in the second level of maissonette it was really hot and the AC was not enough to cool it down. I also recommend some extra kitchen utensils and a toaster, but actually for a snack or breakfast there was everything needed. The beach in front of Elpiniki rooms is not great, but just 100 m away, in front of Elpiniki apartments it is better with free sunbeds and umbrellas. But if you want really good beaches - there are another options nearby the channel and even better on the north side (there is also sea fun park there). Yes, you go by car, but it is 5 to 10 min. away. And there are beach bars and free zone as well.

• Anca (10/5): A magical location - The location is EXCEPTIONAL, from the beachfront location to the quietness and privacy of the area. The building is located in a quiet zone, far from the noisy taverns or beach bars, but only from 5 minutes of walking to them. It is an ideal place for those who seek peace and only want to hear the sound of the waves. The room has new furniture and fully equipment, it is spacious and tastefully decorated and the kitchenette is very useful and perfectly equipped. The room's balcony is large and spacious, more than enough for two people and ideal for a late breakfast or dinner. During my stay, I didn't miss a thing, and the host (Evangelos) was up to be sure that I had everything I needed. This is the second year that I have returned with great pleasure to this location and I will definitely return to Elpiniki at least once a year. The beach is beautiful and enough for a lazy day under the Greek sun. As my host said ”we have Sea, Sand, Sun”. The small town has many taverns in the area of the large beach and also in the seaport side and numerous supermarkets. I highly recommend this location that completely won me over.

• Ani (6/5): I would recommend but there are some places for improvement. - Quiet location, 20 min by foot from the “center”. Bed was comfortable and there were nice curtains so light doesn’t wake you up. There is no internet. There is no cellular connection. After the cleaning service(once per 3 days) they gave us new sheets for bed that were different and not comfortable. When you are out of the room, the refrigerator doesn’t work and food goes bad. Garden view means you look at mud.
