Gary (10/5): Great location on the French Broad Rivier to enjoy Asheville - Location, comfort, space and quality of the furnishings. This house is by the French Broad river and very beauitful view Nothing. It is ideal when you travel with kids and want easy access to downtown and the mountains

Cruz (8/5): Pretty house, lots of stairs - Comfortable beds, kitchen is good. There is a full bathroom in each bedroom. The view of the river is good. Nice park area across the street. Close to downtown. The living room is not comfortable, more seating is needed. Maybe make it a sectional or reclining seats. The sleeper sofa is not a comfortable bed. There are several televisions in the house but the one in the living room is quite small. The drive way is pretty dangerous to pull out of. The area is not safely walkable at all. Be prepared for many steps because it is a 3 story home
