- Ekkehart (5/5): - Direkte Lage am Strand Sehr schwer aufzufinden, erst nach Treffen mit Vermietung, die sehr freundlich war. Vermieter war anfänglich schwer zugänglich. Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und liegt direkt am Strand. Die Gegend ist allerdings ein wenig heruntergekommen. Vermüllung in Umgebung, kann an der Jahreszeit liegen. Wenn man nicht nach rechts und links schaut, war es okay
- alfonso della maggiora (7/5): - Veduta mare L'appartamento fa parte di un condominio fatiscente e nonostante si veda che sia nuovo è stato fatto dive prima era yn garage perché ci sono le finestre piccole e alte da dove entra poca luce e non si vede il mare che si trova davanti ,poi si sente bene il rumore degli scarichi degli appartamenti superiori
- Mario (6/5): Appartamento ristritturato, davvero fronte mare, ma il contesto non è all'altezza. - L'appartamento è stato rinnovato da poco, è sicuramente comodo, pulito e curato. Ha ampi armadi e tutti gli utensili utili per cucinare e per rimanere anche più a lungo (lavatrice, stendino, necessario per la pulizia).
La vicinanza con il mare, è davvero a pochi passi, ci ha convinti a rimanere.
Lo spazio antistante l'appartamento permette di parcheggiare il veicolo. Avrei preferito sapere prima che l'appartamento è un "seminterrato", le finestre sono piccole e la luce naturale è poca.
Il contesto in cui inserito non è all'altezza dell'appartamento, il palazzo avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione degli esterni, la prima impressione non è certamente positiva e questo influisce sul rapporto qualità prezzo.
- Krunda (9/5): - Krásný, čistý apartmán v těsné blízkosti pláže i supermarketu. Slušně vybavená kuchyňka. Velmi vstřícní majitelé. Neskutečně hlučné odpadní potrubí.
