Guest (4/5): In questo appartamento non ci tornerei! - Nulla! Scadente! Divano letto sfondato da buttare! Cattivo odore di fogna in bagno e di fumo nell’ambiente
Francesca (6/5): Per poche notti. - L' appartamento è in una posizione ottimale: a due passi dalla bellissima spiaggia di Serapo e vicina al centro storico, raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata di mezz'oretta. Nel locale è presente tutto lo stretto indispensabile: asciugacapelli, stoviglie varie, biancheria, asciugamani, condizionatore e ventilatore. La proprietaria è gentile e disponibile. Il divano letto, come riportato da altri recensori, è davvero molto, molto scomodo. Inoltre, dato che l'appartamento si trova in una strada molto trafficata, si è sottoposti ad un rumore intenso fino a tarda notte, e dalle prime ore del mattino. Per questi motivi consiglierei tappi alle orecchie e massimo tre pernottamenti (a meno che non si dorma facilmente in ogni condizione). La tapparella era difettosa. Lo scarico del bagno schizzava acqua dal cassettone in alto. Non sono presenti zanzariere. È presente un solo tavolo di plastica, posto sul balcone, per cui bisognava spostarlo avanti e indietro.

Concetta (7/5): - La struttura semplice e essenziale, potrebbe essere valorizzata di più visto il rapporto qualità media/prezzo altino; consiglio di aggiungere una tenda da sole sul balcone perché impossibile da usare anche per bere un caffè all'aperto con il sole che batte per tutta la mattinata. Le pizze e le tielle della rosticceria di fronte divine. Host disponibile, ma non ho gradito la modalità del check-in fatta di video e audio piuttosto che la classica accoglienza di presenza; si rischia di telefonare per una domanda o un dubbio e si finisce per credere di disturbare. La posizione positiva per la quasi vicinanza al mare, ma negativa per il corso su cui si affaccia, sia per il continuo passaggio di auto sia ad esempio per lo scarico merci del supermercato di fronte alle sette di mattina con furgoni accesi e schiamazzi vari, ecco se si va in vacanza a riposare questo è un deterrente. Alcuni elementi di arredo come sedie del balcone, stendibiancheria alquanto malconci.
vittorio (2/5): Bella vacanza ma sarebbe stato meglio un’altro alloggio - La posizione, vicino a tutto! Appartamento da ristrutturare, isolare acusticamente è impossibile dormire con i rumori incessanti, le finestre sono inesistenti (no doppio vetro) senza serranda in camera da letto, il divano letto è dal lato scala e si sente sempre l’ascensore salire e scendere.. è impossibile dormire o farsi una doccia quest’ultima si allaga non defluisce l’acqua e se non stai attento ti bruci con il miscelatore lato acqua calda diventa ustionante! Poi c’è un profumino…

Cristian (10/5): - Ottima posizione della struttura a poca distanza dal mare. Un ampio balcone con tre ampie sedute ha permesso di ampliare l'area salone anche all' esterno e di poter godere della vista notturna sul quartiere. La presenza di un ulteriore spazio esterno lasciato come locale tecnico ci ha permesso di sfruttare l'area come utile lavanderia di supporto. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti dalla struttura.

Anastasiia (8/5): Nice but needs improvement - The pluses were: the location (close to the sea), parking space (though first we were sent to the street, found no place and had to call the booking service to cancel it, but the last moment the host said she had the private spot for us), wifi (though mentioned as absent in description), big terrace, kitchen (we didn't use it) For the comfortable sleep we missed some silence: the elevator could be heard half a night, the sofa beds were almost impossible to sleep on with two people on it, one making squeaking noises when you move.
