Guest Reviews
- Steve (7/5): Easily accessible to everything -
- Jodie (1/5): Absolutely horrendous - The cleaners were lovely that’s about as far as it goes The rooms were outdated the owners are very rude will send you to their pub to drink take a lot of your cash then not let you stay at the hotel saying you have drank to much won’t respond to booking.com for a refund which we’re entitled to. Car park is not safe and secure you scared you will get robbed walking to your room
- Phil Rolfe (2/5): A dump. - Location was central No staff on site room not clean old and poorly patched and renovated. Drainage pipes leaked onto carpark below. Light outside door didn't work. Old building poorly maintained.
- Deborah (7/5): -
- Coker (5/5): -
- Gavin (10/5): - Clean
- Gayle (8/5): Nice clean and comfortable for what required and our budget. - Breakfast not supplied at this accommodation, but microwave, toaster and plates, cutlery etc also supplied for one use and housekeeping changed daily Happy with facilities for price.

- Sandra (7/5): Satisfactory - Beds were comfortable. Bed linen lovely and clean. All essentials provided. Ramp up to units so no stairs to climb. Undercover parking. The room has a stale smell.
No staff present on site.
Marine carpet on verandah walkway had holes in it.
No proper mirror in bathroom.
- Song (10/5): - I like the accommodation very much Everything is perfect

- Melissa (7/5): -

- Brett (8/5): -
- Jodie (10/5): - The staff are amazing.. LOVE that it's pet friendly
- Barry (8/5): This is now our 'go to' place to stay in Ipswich. We come here regularly to visit family - It was very handy to have a microwave oven and cutlery and crockery. Water in the bathroom is very hot so showers are good. Beds are comfortable. Nothing
- Peter (4/5): Wouldn't stay again - Well located to city. The room was dated and old and smelled a bit "funky" Parking was on a first come first served basis, with not enough parks to rooms ratio. Being on a main road it was noisy.
- John (8/5): Comfortable stay in central Ipswich, great value for money - Location to centre of town, restaurants and pub.
Rooms were comfortable and clean. Nothing really
- John (8/5): Passable - Location is great but it is very noisy. Not a lot just a lot of noise at 2AM. with people arguing.
- Bryce (5/5): -
- Tes (4/5): -
- Kerry (10/5): -
- Rebecca (3/5): -
- Rosie (6/5): Comfortable enough. - Location was close to where we had to be. Old, run down & noisy.
- Wendy (5/5): Good bed but unhappy stay because of shower - It had a few problems like the tv I just had so many problems turning it on that I ended up using my iPad to watch tv, but the worst thing was the shower , the whole thing was locked into place so high up in the air and it was unmovable for me , as I started work very early and finished late there was nobody to ask to fix it and I was so tired I just went with it and went to bed , it shouldn't be a problem for the price I paid.
The bed was very comfy and that was what I was happy with and the location was close to the work as I'm not from here, I only came for some work. Shower and tv
- Alana (7/5): basic and good location - It was basic and what we were after in terms of a place to sleep and shower.
Shower was hot and waterflow was great but showerhead was loose so we had to prop it up against the wall to shower. It's in need of refub, there was a tissue in our bathroom on the windowsill that had been missed by housekeeping, the beds were lumpy and hard, the bathroom cabinet is water damaged. Mainly cosmetic issues that need to be aaddressed, but ok for the price.
- Lord (10/5): - Location good
Staff efficient and friendly the single bed in room 11 is lop sided
the double bed is fine
- Guest (2/5): -

- Janelle (6/5): -
- Brett (8/5): -
- Karleen (10/5): -
- Karl (4/5): Never again - Soft bed Noise, loud guests next door with dog barking, no reception staff, check-in never seen anything like it, very loud, noticed a car damaged in the car park in the morning
- Peter Carol (6/5): It was okay but I suggest a fence to keep the public out, even if it just went around the reception area. - Proximity To exposed to the road and the public.
I had a group of people outside my door on the Friday night for about an hour, drunk etc.
- Aussiegurl87 (10/5): -
- Lord (10/5): excellent - The staff are family friendly
the price is better than any other motels
very convenient all round the main bed was comfortable
the 2nd single bed is lop sided
- Jordan (8/5): -
- Rimes (5/5): Underwhelming - Close proximity to where my appointment was. No Wi-Fi even though it was advertised. Sticky floors and aging facility. Wasn't terribly expensive but still would have expected it to be reasonably clean and otherwise as advertised.
- Natasha (7/5): Good and cheap. - Pricing. How close it was to things Bit run down. Pipes smelt when water was running
- Duncan (3/5): - Decided not to stay at all. No aircon in adjoining room. Serious need of updating. Insecure door to room. Meth heads in car park. Decided to move on at the cost of one nights accommodation out of 10 nights booked.
- Sam (7/5): staff were super helpful from beginning of stay - Staff were super friendly & helpful power point behind TV didnt work so had to plug it into another point
- Eliza (10/5): -

- Thomas (7/5): Very satisfactory -
- Melissa (10/5): -
- Steven (7/5): A fair property for the lower price offered. - It was conveniently located. It was clean and quiet. Needs an air conditioner in the second room. It was hot and stuffy for those who couldn’t sleep in the main room that did have an air conditioner.
- Kelly (7/5): - Location
- French (8/5): Good enough for what we needed and where it is located - Had to leave early
- raelene (9/5): -
- Erin (9/5): -
- Katherine (9/5): Perfect for what we needed. - Site made it very simple for a late check in. Appreciated the cleanliness.
- Stacey (8/5): Weekend away - Locational and nice clean room The internet was working properly so made watching the TV hard
- Ruth (9/5): -
- Kieran (8/5): -
- Neville (7/5): - Light in room looked like it wasn't working, but when other lights turned off, the light appeared very dim.
- Karleen (10/5): -
- Jean (10/5): Great value for money walking distance to St Andrew’s Private Hospital - Very easy process when picking up key. Room had everything you need. Great value for your money
- Nikki (4/5): Average probability wouldn’t recommend - Location No contact with staff and Am still waiting for our invoice had a dog close to property barking most of night
- Simon (10/5): - Nice parks, walks nearby. Hot, sun in room.
- Aaron (10/5): -
- Aaron (10/5): -
- Marlene (7/5): - Was comfortable not too far to walk to supermarket 1st night was good 2nd night was woken by a tenant fighting and yelling at someone outside door being slammed and dogs barking from inside a room
- Nicole (8/5): -
- Rachelle (8/5): -
- Kirra (8/5): -
- Craig (1/5): -
- Nick (7/5): -
- Samantha (8/5): -
- Danielle (5/5): - No staff, water went off weren't informed
Doesn't look like the booking.com pictures
- Rod (9/5): Really enjoyed it and will definitely return. - The location was within easy walking distance of the train, CBD, and interesting sights .
- Greg (7/5): -
- Peter (4/5): Location is great, but lack of "motel" type accomodation - alternatives are VERY EXPENSIVE - Whole place needs a bit of love.
Trying to contact the office - finds that the phone numbers are NOT CONNECTED!
No response from email sent due to no phone connection.
Shower taps don't close off so shower head is continually dripping wetting the bathroom floor.
The TV is set tomorrow "Google Assistant" - and totally annoying! Couldn't turn off the "Assistant" so gave up.
The room price is about right - but would definitely pay more for better conditions and facilities. All of the above.
- Brett (8/5): -
- Sarah (6/5): Convenient Accommodation - The location, and free under cover parking. The hard mattress and a car club driving around the centre of Ipswich on a Saturday night.
- peter (6/5): -
- Kay (7/5): Good value for money - Location Dated
- Greg (9/5): Enjoyed. - There was no breakfast as that is a thing of the past. I stubbed my toe on a bit of your furniture and the lady in your office provided me a bandwidth. Old building but recently repainted. Nothing in my point of view..
- Tamarrah (2/5): - great central location TV reception didnt work, shower was constantly dripping and leaking, random hole in the wall near bed was concerning and badly patched.
- Diane (5/5): Should have ALL units completely finished & working before taking bookings. - Couldn’t use the ONLY tap(not long enough) Couldn’t rinse dishes or brush teeth. Shower wouldn’t turn off(ran ALL night)3 nights. Only 1 working power point. Noisy drilling etc A/H. Central
